Desconfortável, ruidosa, e com cheiro a mofo

Reservei um double deluxe,para meu espanto o funcionário leva me para o quarto ao lado da recepção, que fica encostado ao bar! O ruído do bar era insuportável, quarto esse que é para os deficientes com mobilidade reduzida, sem janela, um cheiro a mofo insuportável, imagino eu que não abriam o quarto a meses! Acordei com um cheiro a mofo e fui obrigado a sair e tomar ar de madrugada. Quando me levaram a esse quarto reclamei com o funcionário, disse lhe que não fora esse quarto que reservei,que não condizia com as fotos! Para meu espanto disse me que no site põe as fotos mas na realidade não é como nas fotos! Reparei que o funcionário estava muito desconfortável,enfim. Um pesadelo. A pior experiência da minha vida em alojamentos. Cuidado ao reservarem nesse hotel, podem ter pesadelo. Ass: Jose Pedro Cardoso

How dare u rent a rooms like that

The hotel looks alright from the outside

When i was given Keys to the room i was shocked by the smell coming out of my room. The bathroom walls and bedding stank of extinguished cigarettes. The air conditioning is strewn with dust and dirt and the omnipresent stench.

Terrible. I would not recommend to anyone.

Nothing. Staff were rude and asked me to bring my own bedsheet from home if I didn't like the one there when I asked for a bedsheet change due to my itching skin.

Everything. The noise, some of the staff attitude. The cleaners ask why I want to change rooms. Everything was just very unprofessional. I did number 2 and the toilet didn't flush and we had to keep using the toilet like that. No bathing soap in the bathroom. I had to use shampoo then go buy own soap.

A great value for money and super convenient location

We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The stuff is friendly and helpful. A fantastic place for a small budget in London. Super close to the metro station with frequent trains to central London and all major train stations.

not what I expected, you pay cheap but you expect a basic level. it done me for the night but wouldn’t stay again.

it was easy to find.

- was standing on the door for 5 mins ringing the bell to get in but by chance someone walked by to let me in it’s not 24 hour monitored like it said! - the room is very basic, no radiator and a plug in heater. - door to the wardrobe was missing and looked like it been ripped off. - general quality of all the furniture in need of replacement as it’s very warn and tatty. - only 1 plug socket near the work surface and the kettle only just reaches to plug it on the side. - no plug sockets next to the bed or side lamp. - the floor was sticky with wipe marks all over it. - only 2 pillows but bed comfort was okay. - alarms and noise throughout the night which woke me and concerned as the internal extra lock in the room did not work so slept lightly. - shower bracket broken so it could not be positioned but plenty of hot water. shower door poorly fitted which allowed the excess water to escape on to the floor. - the charge of £15 per night for a the car park round the rear of the premises which was dark and overpriced so parked on the street round the corner for free. overall it was cheap at £66, think I would next time pay the extra £14 and stay at a travel lodge. would say you pay for what you get but expected a little better.

I will never use this hotel again.

Easy to locate. Quiet area.

Poor communication skills of staff. Not polite. The man at the reception was arrogant and unable to communicate properly.

Decent one night stay place, as long as you can put up with the noise and the smell.

Great location near the train station and shops. Clean bedding and bathroom, AC working but requires a bit of tinkering.

The room had a heavy damp and cigarette smoke smell which took a while to get used to and was very pungent throughout the stay even after attempts of airing the room out. There is a joint bar/club near by so there was lots of noise over the night, but it was bareable as our room was situated the furthest away from it. Bed is clean but the matteress was very stiff, as were the pillows.

the room was so small , had one plug socket that when u made tea we had to put kettle on the floor , it smelled and the beds were terrible, didn’t sleep at all , it wasn’t worth £78 pounds each room , and it should not be advised as a deluxe room

The staff, the location and also the way that the room was presented The Walk in Shower was so lovely and the way the loo roll was folded was amazing as well The staff were so friendly and understanding as well

Disappointing

Generally run down and in need of refurbishmemnt. No hot water available. Had to have a cold shower. Hospitality and the staff were good and the food was good in the bar area. Just the hotel side that needs a lift.
