This artistic Provencal villa looks out from a dominant position over the renowned, picturesque hilltop village of St Paul de Vence. Set in a mature garden of 1500m2 filled with flowering shrubs and Mediterranean plants including palm trees, olives, orange and fig trees, the villa retains its original beamed ceilings and floors made out of Mediterranean stones.
Mas de St Paul is set in a very tranquil environment, surrounded by the lush green valley and the hills, yet provides easy access to both villages of St Paul and La Colle sur Loup (~8 min walk to the centre of La Colle sur Loup village including the bakeries). Villa is within 15 min drive to Nice International Airport as well as close to other Cote D'Azur highlights such as the towns of Antibes, Cannes and Nice and the Principality of Monaco. Balancing ultimate privacy with proximity, Mas de St Paul is the ideal house to relax in and a convenient base to visit around.
Mas de St Paul has 4 en suite bedrooms, beautifully designed spa bathroom, large swimming pool, open and closed garage, BBQ area and an open plan lofty reception room and kitchen. It offers a large terrace for al fresco dining as well as a balcony off one of the bedrooms to enjoy.
Living up to the artistic reputation of the village of St Paul, villa offers its own private art collection to be enjoyed by the guests. Furthermore, Mas de St Paul is located very close to several famous museums and art galleries, including Fondation Maeght.
Area is also a culinary joy! House is located moments away from some of the most famous restaurants in Cote D'Azur, including the famous chef Alain Llorca, which is 10 mins walking distance as well as the historical La Colombe D'or.

LOWER FLOOR: 3 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 of which are junior suites with additional space/ seating areas. All 3 bedrooms have their own private outdoor entrances and can be accessed separately. All have stunning views of St Paul. Laundry room, garage.
GARDEN: large swimming pool, summer kitchen and gas BBQ. Lush Mediterranean garden including mandarine, orange and fig trees. A romantic gazebo with a bench in the lower garden.
INCLUDED: Towels, sheets and a linen/ towel change mid- stay for 2 week rentals.
