 Not too much
I think the cleaning is below average . And it’s very old and rundown. The lounge had stains all over it. The doona cover had stains all over it and it was just very disappointing

Very good size for the price
The sheets were already stained and the aircon wasn’t very good and there was no warm water. In the early hours of the morning there was no water at all taps, toilet shower ect didn’t work.

I was a little hesitant staying here after so many reviews said it was quite unclean but there was nothing to worry about, it was quite beautiful!! very private, staff were very welcoming a little bit of a language a barrier but we are staying in their country after all.
The only problem was one of the lights wouldn’t turn off but they came to help.

It is private suitable for couple getaway
Breakfast booked in advance but due to miscommunication between villa and their salesperson we have to message every Morning to ask for it..toilet kind of smelly and no air refreshener provided..another issue is main fan is not working, first day at the evening we have call and complain but until check out no maintenance man come to fix it..a bit dissappointed as we expected nice vacation in Bali..

I like the private pool, the tub, the bed, the kitchen and everything else! It is spacious for 2 people.
No water heater and no coffee tea sugar as complimentary

Glass wasn’t even see through it was so dirty. Decking was broken and I feel over on it and it was incredibly unsafe. Drilled a hole into a wall and had the plaster fall off whilst in the room. Fridge didn’t even close Would recommend plenty other places over here. Will not be coming back.

Whatever you see on their web page is just not true. This place is hidden away in back alleys and building sites. There is no restaurant or any food service and the place is filthy and run down. When asked to clean anything (and there's lots to ask for) you just get a positive reply then nothing happens. Stained bed, showers and (broken) toilet
are encrusted with years of dirt. The pool is a health risk I would not risk. Mosquitos by the thousands, stained grey towels, bedding badly stained, nothing in the kitchen except a couple of unusable pans. No international electric multiplugs so you cannot charge your phone unless you carry your own
and overpriced by any standard. We stayed at the Hilton for less. They also want you to pay cash.
Don't book this place unless you're a masochist.
Everything. Particularly the manager!

had your own pool
it wasn’t clean ,the bathroom smelt like raw sewage, it had mould in bath , towels were past their use by date ,had only cold water for 4 days , the basin plug didn’t work , looked like toilet , shower , basin , sink had never been cleaned not just whilst we were there .

The staff were very polite and welcoming. That is about it. If they fixed everything up it would be a great place to stay.
Luke warm water with little flow in the sinks or bath. Filthy shower glass and tiles, Had to ask for toilet paper and soap. Deck by pool broken and dangerous. Pool hard to get out of as there are no steps. Okay for young people. Sliding doors broken and hard to open. Towels were grey and old. Floorboards raised and nailed down. Mould on ceiling in bathroom. No spa treatments or meals other than breakfast (which was very nice but simple) . No tour desk or information. 2 windows with cracks. Toilet seat needs to be replaced as it looks disgusting and fell off once. We know that Bali suffered greatly due to the pandemic and we tried not to be demanding of the property, however the prices and standard are not good. We would have moved out but had pre paid. I will try and post photos later as they are on my wife's phone.

Absolutely terrible.
We arrived tired after a long trip, and after checking in we took a quick look around the room before taking a quick nap.
It wasn't until after that we realized the toilet was completely broken and detached from the wall. When we tried to flush, the whole bathroom flooded.
Also the lock on the door to the apartment was broken, so we couldn't lock it. This is other than all the random broken glass, peeled off paint, and general shabbiness of the room.
When we told the staff about the toilet and the lock, they said that nothing could be done because it's the day before Nyepi and all the other villas are full.
Now I understand they couldn't fix it for us because of Nyepi, but they should have never checked us into a villa in that state. Its extremely unprofessional and unhygienic, especially since they knew we would be stuck in the room all day for Nyepi. It was absolutely unacceptable, and we will never be staying here again.

The villa is beautiful, the aircon is cold, the pool is nice, the location is great and private.
The staff is not trained enough. They were rude and not helping. About a half or one hour after check-in one of the staff knocking hard on our door, basically shouting "excuse me, excuse me" and said "you didn't pay the room yet" while they didn't ask me in the first place to settle the payment first and I was sitting there for 15 minutes basically with them. The way they talked like it was my responsibility to ask them to ask me to pay them up-front. I was there to be in a peace with my mum, not to get annoyed by how rude your staff are since the very first start.
On the check out the receptionist saw me and my mum struggling to open the door with our hand full of bags, no initiative at all to help opening the door, the service quality basically is a big zero.
Other than that the hot water is not even hot, on check-in I saw hair on the bathtub, a dirty plastic on a patio, and spots on the small pillow which is disgusting.

Missing some items like face towel, slipper. And shampoo was empty. The rest is ok.

Staff went above expectation to satisfy requirements.
Overall villa was good however a little more TLC to finer details of villa wouldn't hurt. Was also very hard to get transport out of villa around christmas/new year period as not many taxi want to come. Private transport around the holiday period would be a good idea for guests.

When we arrived at the villa and went to check in they told us they were overbooked even tho we booked months in advance and had a conformation booking. They then told us they had upgraded us to their other villas which was 5/10 minute drive from the original, they said it was an upgrade but when we got there it was a 3 bedroom villa which looked nothing like the one we booked. We then asked for a discount or some kind of compensation for them messing up our booking which all they offered us was a massage or we could cancel our booking and stay somewhere else.
