Pleasant and fun

The breakfast is like good ole home cooking. The cafe is cute and the owner is very friendly to chat with. The location of the resort is quiet and safe.

I like the room and pool.

The lobby is hot and the cafe or resto smells bad. Netflix not working on tv. No longer have free toiletries and no mugs on the countertop. Food and coffee not so good given its price.

Everything was fine but the contruction and paintwork should have been mentioned in Booking.com

Nice and quiet place to stay. The room and bathroom was good, airco worked well, WiFi was very good, also very good pillows, mattress was quite thin but comfortable enough because memory foam. The restaurant had a good choise and quality of food. Garden and pool are nice to stay but when there are many quests there's not enough space to stay there. Roof terrace is also nice to stay. Staff was very polite. You have to request for room service but when you do they serve you at once.

The hotel was undergoing construction, mainly paintwork. Of course that means that the hotel keeps everything in good condition so we understood it, but it should have been mentioned at the website from Booking.com, people should know this before they book. It didn't trouble us very much, only at 1 day when we wanted to sit in the sala of the roof terrace a painter took his breaktime there and was sleeping in the sala for almost 2 hours. But this is all temporary, the hotel is nice to stay and will be even better when there's no construction going on.

Superb

Place is quiet, room is wide, staff are accommodating.

I would like those sunlight strips have some sort of curtain to control the light entering the room, it forces us to wake up in the early morning, we're both night time people. The mattress is a little bit thin to our liking.

Everything has good and bad sides, but I don't really think the price is that worth it for my stay.

I liked the pillows, it was really soft. The bed was very comfy. I enjoyed the tv, they have cable. The room was spacious. They have bidet and kettle, which is a bonus. They also have hot and cold shower. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good, wish they offered juice tho. The staff was very friendly. The place is good for a quiet rest.

I disliked a lot of things and some things I would like to suggest. 1. The place isn't really good for Business Trips, quite far from the main road. Lucky enough if a tricycle was around to take you to the highway. Only good for guests with personal cars. 2. The pool isn't clear, couldn't even see my legs even at the shallow end or the side of the pool. 3. Free breakfast was good but additional rice is too expensive. 4. The bathroom and toilet isn't enclosed, therefore if someone pooped, you could smell them. I don't think the exhaust fan was on. And because the shower room wasn't enclosed, it's freezing after you shower especially when the AC is on. 5. The AC and bed placement is annoying. The other side of the bed is freezing coz the AC hits that part while the other side isn't that cold. 6. The kettle in the room wasn't cleaned or washed. No glasses or mugs in their rooms, you have to ask it at their restaurant. 7. They should invest on fabric conditioners, that would definitely add more comfort to their guests. 8. This isn't the place's fault, but when I got there I was charged 400+ for tax coz booking.com did not state it on the final receipt thingy for the booking since they do 'Pay at the Property'.
