Genial.

El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, lavadora, lavavajillas, 2 baños, cafetera....te dan toallas y sábanas para toda la estancia. Era amplio,limpio...el spa estuvo genial. Que tenga parquing, tienes muchos supermercados cerca, el acceso a las principales carreteras es rápido, la forma de tirar la basura es muy cómodo.

La zona es un poco industrial, pero como estás todo el día fuera tampoco lo aprecias.

Lo mejor el centro Welness

La limpieza y las instalaciones del Spa y gimnasio. El apartamento es espacioso y cómodo. El personal amable y atento. Tiene cerca centro comercial, bares, ultramarinos para comprar lo necesario sin necesidad de coger coche

Los alrededores del complejo y el pueblo de Maliaño no son de lo más bonito de Cantabria, pero en coche muy cerca ya tienes Santander y pueblos preciosos.

Apartamento totalmente equipado, parking en el edificio.

Mala insonorización de los apartamentos demasiado ruido en general en el edificio sobre todo de niños corriendo y chillando que sumado a la mala insonorización... hizo la estancia menos confortable.

Me sorprendió la limpieza, habíamos estado hace unos ocho años y también fue genial los apartamentos tienen todo lo necesario para pasRy unos días,menaje de cocina,gel ,toallas,pudimos ir con nuestra perrilla yorkshire sin ningún coste adicional,cosa que agradecemos enormemente,las chicas de la recepción muy amables también,sin duda repetiremos Hay supermercados muy cerca, Mercadona,aldy, Carrefour en un centro comercial que puedes ir andando,todo muy a mano

Bien pero no tenían calefacción ni AA ni la piscina abierta lo

Ubicación.limpio y completo . El apartamento tiene de todo.muy bien situado cerca de Santander y al lado de un centro comercial no es necesario llevarse nada .solo la ropa y lo del spa.la wifi funciona bien.aparcamiento bien.

A 30 de mayo No ponen la calefacción central , estaba apagada aunque hicieran de noche de 10°C a14°C y primera hora de la mañana.tampoco tienen aire acondicionado ni bomba de calor .la única solución... un calefactor que prestaba en recepción.. pero tampoco hace calor para abrir la piscina .por el precio que cobran tener en cuenta que en esta época no hay calefacción.ni piscina ni una invitación al spa..( el agua del spa apenas está caliente)..creo que deberían poner un sistema de calefacción/AA independiente en cada piso.o al menos algo de calefacción en los baños

PAZ Y TRANQUILIDAD.

Muy bien disponer de aparcamiento propio y muy fácil de entrar. Y muy bien la oportunidad de poder disfrutar del ciclo de termas, SPA, piscina, sauna......

Quizás, si hubiese podido estar mejor ubicado.

Apartamento estava muito limpo e cheiroso. A cama era confortável e as comodidades da cozinha correspondeu às nossas necessidades

Muito barulho dos vizinhos. Pois o teto e as paredes pareciam ser muito finas, logo, o barulho era muito alto até tarde da noite, teve uma noite, que ouvimos barulho alto passava das meia noite

Súper buena ubicación y piso muy cómodo y silencioso

La facilidad para acceder. Todo bastante limpio y muy silencioso. Tenía de todo lo necesario en la cocina . Podíamos acceder gratis al gimnasio y al spa pagas 10€ y puedes ir durante todos los días de la estancia . El garaje algo estrecho la plaza que nos tocó ya que tenemos un coche un poco grande. Pero bastante bueno el acceso. Hay un centro comercial a 5 min andando, tres supermercados ahí mismo, la Renfe y una plaza con parques para niños.

El colchón de la cama bastante blando e incómodo para mi gusto. El sofá estaba un poco sucio y olía mal. Las mantas que estaban guardadas también olían un poco mal

Que no nos dejaron sábanas para el sofá cama.

Location was close to the airport which was good and also close to the local shopping centres bahria real 5 minute walk and valley real within 10-15 minute walk all other places to visit all within 15 minutes by taxi

The apartment was missing an electric kettle to make tea/coffee - this should be included in the kitchen.

Good value, easy to get there and easy to get to the ferry port.

The apartment was very spacious for the money. A little near to the rail tracks, but then it would have been easy to get into central Santander from there if I had had the time. Once I had worked out how to turn on the central heating, it was very cosy, but there were no specific instructions about this. Being disabled, the large parking space and the wide access throughout the apartment were much appreciated, as well as the wetroom and shower stool there.

As mentioned, the apartments are near to the railway but I was not personally bothered by train noise. I would rather have that than noisy neighbours, and I didn't hear much at all from other apartments. I speak Spanish, so access to the apartment and getting to know about the facilities available was quite straightforward for me. Anyone without this might find it difficult to make themselves understood.

Great location for the airport (5 mins away!) Apartment was very clean and well located. You can occasionally hear other people in the neighbouring apartments but we didn't find the noise intrusive. The buildings are next to a train line and we were at the back of the building closest to the line but it didn't bother us (the trains run through the night too but it wasn't a problem for us). There's a Mercadona and a Lupa supermarket nearby as well as a couple of cafes, KFC and McDonalds. Would definitely use again.

Very relaxing

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities and the swimming pool were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the house clean

Large spacious apartment. Fully fitted kitchen... dishwasher/microwave/washing machine/oven with hob. Small coffee pot. No kettle. Adequate pots and pans. Lovely open grounds for children to play..park.. outdoor pool (supervised). Nice indoor spa with small pool (you will need bathing caps in all areas and flip flops). Strict rules to be followed! Great Chinese shop very close...sells a good selection of food and drinks as well as the usual. A decent coffee/bar/restaurant on part of the complex. Good underground parking.

No Aircon...no fans.. people with small children beware...low balcony rail and windows. Hot water in kitchen takes a while to come through. Limited drying area for washing. Not the nicest of locations but very close to a large shopping centre and several fast food outlets.

Superb

Proximity to train to santander. Only 4 mins walk and then 7 minutes on train and you are in town

The area has plenty of bars and restaurants but not really a holiday resort feeling. Complex is in an industrial area. Good for shopping too viale real is 5 mins walk with good shops in it
