I really did not want to review this place as the owner was very nice and means well. I liked that fact it was easy enough to get into with the owner meeting you and living next door, it had private parking, it had a nice terrace to sit on and eat and have a beer and in general was clean and well maintained. Also a supermarket at the end of the street for all shopping needs. Pricing was reasonable.
It was mosquito season and the climate and location mean that they thrive there! Terrace was great outside but as it gets dark the mosquitoes are savage. So take spray or buy mosquito coils. Also in the bedrooms there are no fans, so Spring and Summer not comfortable. I asked the owner if he had any and answer was no. There is an air condition but only one in the living room, which also acts as the third bedroom so it doesn't cool the rest of the apartment. So I hope the owner invests in a fan for each room as it will make a huge difference for comfort when its hot.
