It was so bad that after i saw the room, i checked out and found so another motel to stay at

Excellent location but not a nice clean place to stay.

Great Location in middle of town centre.

Dirty Run down & tired. Broken fittings and curtains. Advertised as 1 double 1 single and sofa bed. there was no single bed.

My room was in much need or maintenance, however bed was comfortable and air conditioner warm.

Location excellent being central. No breakfast facilities although with a kitchenette I could have made my own, but choose not to.

Since my last visit the motel has become very tired and run down. The shower drain blocked, bathroom ceiling paint flaking and seems to have some mould. Cupboard doors coming off the hinges. Spider webs in ceiling corners and in fact a spider hanging above the main bed. Carpets very dirty and water stains.

Locatio and parking was great. Bed comfortable and linen clean.

It's old and tired and badly in need of an upgrade. Hot water temperature fluctuates and could be very dangerous. Electrics are crazy and had plugs and switches in odd places that didn't work. Shower was very slow to drain.

Amenities were fairly basic but it was clean and comfortable.

Motel is located in the best location. Is very quiet and convenient. Value for money. Facilities old

Ok but rude reception person

Maintenance is not good. The tap handles in the bathroom were that loose i had to tighten them up before we could use them as they could have come off and one of us could of been burnt by the hot water. When we checked out he didn't even come out to talk to me when i told him about the taps, he just yelled out thanks. We won't be staying there again

Great location

Some Indians turned up very late and let there kids out of the car right along side our room yelling and running around screaming. After about an hour I got out of bed opened the door and asked them to be quiet but just looked at me like I was stupid. Was about to ring management about midnight. Worst nights sleep ever. No respect for anyone trying to sleep

The room booked was not available on arrival. The room offered was not suitable, The light switch in the bathroom is placed to high for most ladies to reach, The room did not have the beds requested. The staff tried to accommodate us in various rooms ,finally finding a room that matched our booking.

I would never stay at the Inverell Motel again

I liked the fact that I was able to get 2 nights refund after staying 1 night.

To check in there was no one at reception. I had to walk around the property to find a cleaner to get checked in. No parking had to park out on the street. Other people staying at hotel were loud and drinking in the car park area including the upstairs and down stairs rooms. People staying at the hotel asked me for smokes. One gentleman knocked on our door at 5:00am asking if he could sleep in our room on the floor and he would pay us $100.
