About this house rental
Hilltop 365 is a stunning, very private, luxury property with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, making it the perfect retreat for 5 couples or groups. This 3000 sq foot home sits on the top of 2 oak studded acres overlooking the surrounding hills and downtown Paso. The panoramic views are heavenly day and evening and can be enjoyed from 3 different decks. Located on the west side, it is only blocks, and within a convenient walking distance, of the downtown wineries, restaurants and shops. This contemporary home is professionally designed and very spacious with high ceilings. There are 3 large king bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, and 2 queen bedrooms, most of which have private entrances and private view decks. One bedroom is even a studio set up, with a secondary kitchen. Come stay in the heart of the wine region and enjoy the beauty of this home and the surrounding area. An EV car charger is also available on the property.

A group of friends down for a long weekend including wineries and great food. We were able to walk to downtown (short steep hill) and had a great time. The view from the deck is epic.

We were in Paso for our son’s wedding. My family enjoyed staying at Ric and Debra’s home. It was comfortable and close to everything we needed. Ric was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Six of us enjoyed this gorgeous home on a trip to area wineries. Great location and the home was the perfect size. Two of us shared a room and everyone else had their own space. The highlight of the home is the lovely top deck and view, which we enjoyed each morning for breakfast and in the evening.

Property itself was nice but this might be the first VRBO we have stayed at which did not have any complementary coffee. If the host does not think it’s important to provide coffee, they should let guests know that in advance so we could bring our own.

The property had gorgeous views from every room and angle. We enjoyed the outdoor space and there was plenty of room for our 4 couples. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and to feel at home.

What a fantastic stay, everything about this place was perfect. We had three couples celebrating milestone birthdays. We ate, we drank wine and relaxed in this home. So much room, open concept, great water pressure showers, super comfortable beds, walking distance to downtown. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Like Dr. Who’s Call Box, this home is so much bigger on the inside. The multiple decks offer great views. The Aviator Room is amazing! Must see to believe.

We rented this house to celebrate my birthday with friends, and it did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us, and the house was well stocked. Having the majority of the bedrooms downstairs was really nice, because it allowed us to take naps after a long day of wine tasting... LOL. I would defiantly rent this property again.

Our son surprised his girlfriend proposing to her at our favorite winery. Both her and our family stayed here and it worked out perfectly. We would absolutely stay here again. I had to contact the owner once and they were very responsive and fixed our issue immediately. I couldn't find a light switch because it was behind the master bathroom barn door (silly me...)

This house is perfectly located in the heart of Paso Robles with spectacular views. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated but the most spectacular room is the downstairs master that has an aviation theme. The kitchen is very well appointed and we were able to cook a beautiful meal paired with great Paso wine. We almost didn’t want to leave to go winetasting but decided we had to . We will be back for sure. Is

This house is more than what is listed. From the minute it comes into view, my breathe was taken away. It sits atop a hill with a view that words cannot do justice. It was perfect for our quick trip to wine country. It’s super close to downtown ($8 Uber ride that you can catch within 2 minutes) and five star restaurants. The hosts were quick to help us when needed (really only one time) but we’re willing to help in any way needed. The house itself was so inviting and felt like home.

We have been getting together with friends over Thanksgiving week for several years. We all agreed that this house was one of the best we'd enjoyed.
Walking distance to downtown, we loved having three master suites plus two bedrooms, a big open floor plan for dining and hanging out, a deck with gorgeous views. Plenty of parking, including the garage. An EV charger.
We all like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with tools and appliances, glassware, etc. We brought all of our own fixings (you supply your own spices, oils, sugars, etc.) and had an amazing Thanksgiving meal.
The hosts were friendly and responsive to our questions.
We'd definitely stay again.

A cosmopolitan group of college friends turned family celebrate as one gets married!
This was exactly what we all needed. We had 5 different couples/ families who all needed our own private bathroom and also the space to commune, drink, break bread and share story...this is he perfect spot for a large group that also needs privacy.

The house was amazing. Killer views and a epic overall experience and vibe. The property owners were more than accommodating to my large group of 10 adults and I am more than appreciative of interacting with them. Stayed at this same location in Oct. of 2020. (5) couples so private bathrooms a must... the (3) on suite rooms are simply amazing. Spacious living room and kitchen amenities great for large group. I personally love the large outdoor table and ability to BBQ right there. Views couldn't get any better.

Wine tasting birthday getaway success, thanks to the beautiful accommodations and ease of check-in process. The house was comfortable and private. The view is spectacular. The host was great at communicating along the booking process and made us feel welcome.

It’s not often you can find a large enough house for a larger group of adults! This house is beyond amazing! Check in was a breeze, house was very clean, large size rooms, lots of bathrooms, amazing view! I don’t have one bad thing to say! We stayed here with four other couples for my husbands birthday and had a great time! We would definitely come back!

Paso Robles 365 Hilltop
Very spacious lovely home, with great views of downtown Paso Robles. We had five adults for our stay, and this house was perfect for us. Three king-size beds and two queen-size beds.
Multiple washers and dryers; and other amenities. Location had great proximity to Wineries and downtown restaurants. Owners were great to work with; as we had to modify dates three times due to Covid. This VRBO home would be hard to beat.

We enjoyed our stay. Paso is a busy town, so being driving distance away from the town a bit was probably good. The outdoor areas were nice with good views. Laundry opportunities were great!There could’ve been a few more and better instructions.
