stained sheets really put me off

pool and restaurant

bad smell in the bathroom. think it was coming from drain. bed linen stained , old towels, no pool towels was told to use the bath towels

Very nice hotel with lack of maintenance

Amazing friendly and helpful staff, very nice rooms and location Free upgrade to bungalow.

Lack of maintenance of rooms and aircondition. ACs a Little loud outside. Rooms need a descaling and deep cleaning.

Exceptional

On arrival we got a free upgrade to one of the cottages which was beautiful. The pool was great to have and the dinners in the restaurant were delicious. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in

very little. the staff were nice

the rats!! I didn’t sleep properly for 3 nights due to the fear of the rats. my friend and I both had issues with rats in our rooms. I moved rooms 3 times. also the locks were all broken. I had to move rooms as I couldn’t lock my door from the inside so I felt insafe. my next room also had a dodgy lock the toilets were blocked the TV was unclear

Bubbles n' Breaky!

Breakfast was great. Especially as I was 1 person so my room gave me 2 breakfasts each day. 60" TV in my room. Sony and Panasonic allows for screen mirror feature from your phone. One of my rooms had a bathtub!! My favorite accommodation in Lombok :-)

This is Lombok so need to think about the environment. I had food in my room which attracted a rat 1 night. But after I removed the food I didn't see it again.

A waste of money

Room was bright and cool a/c

No hot water, toilet's ceiling looked like it'll fall at any minute. Lots and lots of mosquitos inside the room that i had to buy my own spray. Also, i'm sure a family of rats live in the ceiling of bungalow 214 because their noise of running around once dark was truly terrifying. The bed was big, but it made awfull noise with every single movement.

Great place and recommended

It's really great place to spent time during my holiday. The hotel is super nice, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It's my first time in kuta lombok and very lucky to stay at JM Hotel. The location is very easy to find. Also from the hotel to the beach is not far, in front of hotel, there is many small shop for by souvenir from Lombok. The last one, the spa is very nice. And the restaurant very recommended if you want try local food. Thank you so much JM Hotel! I am promise to come back on my next holiday😊

old, moldy and broken rooms

Very nice staff

Rooms are just super old, dirty, moldy and just not up to date. We saw two different rooms and then told the staff that we would like to check out the next morning. After that we got a very nice room and the rest of the stay was rather pleasant. but as far as I can tell, the hotel has only two rooms that are renovated and all the other ones are just in very bad condition.

The best option in Kuta, Lombok

The staff is incredibly nice. They helped us with everything, from help hiring a driver to finding a laundry service or arranging a fair price. Desi, thanks sooo much for all your help! The facilities are very nice, the swimming pool is always clean and the small spa area is a very nice touch. The breakfast area is great and the breakfast provided was very complete, with several options for foreigners as the amazing banana pancake! The room is very comfortable and both, room and bathroom are bigger than expected and count with all necessary amenities. Finally, the hotel is positioned in a perfect area, very close to the beach and to the restaurant area.

Helpful and courteous

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Snapped my leg and after the hospital I needed to spend a night at the hotel with a splint. I couldn’t walk or even move from a horizontal position. The staff at the hotel assisted me in a way that was far better than even the hospital and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed in this time of complete pain and discomfort. I highly recommend as they will meet whatever needs you may have. Thank you so much to the staff at JM Hotel. I will stay again.

Great rooms, crap food and better cleaning needed.

Nice, clean and large rooms.

The included breakfast is a joke; tiny omelettes, badly cooked and with zero filling. We had to eat elsewhere, after eating the JM breakfast, as we were still very hungry. There was also a lot of dust on the table and chairs in the breakfast area. Next to the road, they should have been getting wiped down, regularly.
