Budżetowy pobyt w sercu Guatemala City

Doskonała lokalizacja przy głównym placu miasta, bardzo uprzejma obsługa, dobre śniadania w barze obok hotelu. Bardzo czysto. Dobre WiFi, gorąca woda i ręczniki do dyspozycji.

Standard hotelu jest bardzo niski. Wymaga gruntownego remontu. Wyposażenie jest absolutnie podstawowe. Tylko dla osób niewymagających

Un hotel piacevole nel bel mezzo di Guatemala

Hotel centralissimo, con posteggio taxi per poter girare la città. Servizi "basici", ma essenziali. Personale sorridente disponibile efficiente Comodo il ristorante accanto all'hotel se non si vuole girare troppo la sera Contrariamente al giorno di notte c'è molto silenzio e si dorme benissimo

La zona 1 viene definita "insicura", ma di giorno è in realtà molto vivace e c'è una costante presenza della polizia. Di sera, purtroppo tutti i locali chiudono e ciò non incoraggia certo le passeggiate!

Great location, super secure.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly, and the complementary breakfast at the corner restaurant was great. It felt super safe and secure. I was aware of reviews criticizing the facilities, but for the price and location, I was very satisfied. Safety, security and comfort were my priorities. Fresh paint was not.

Nothing. I read the reviews and felt comfortable with what I was getting. My expectations were exceeded.

In Traum Lage, im besten Ort der Stadt. Alles zu fuss vorhanden. Klein aber kompakte Zimmer

Absolute Traum Lage, im Epizentrum, neben allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fussgängerzone, mit Shops und Unterhaltung

Nur das kleine kleine Zimmer.

I passed a good sleep night but it isn't the prettiest cleanest hotel I have stayed in.

The personnel is very friendly and know what customer service is. The location is perfect right in the center of Zona 1. Breakfast is really good: they provide a ticket to make effective at Patsy restaurant right beside the hotel.

The hotel looks pretty old inside. The carpet is worn out and dirty. Walls require paint. Illumination is a bit creepy and sad. The owners of the stablishment need to invest to provide a fresher look and feel to the hotel.

Mal recibimiento y cobros extras.

Todo estaba nítido, las habitaciones, los baños las camas muy comodas.. el personal de atención muy amable y servicial. A excepción de la persona que nos recibió...

Únicamente que cuando llegamos nos cargaron de más costos. Aclarando que ya habíamos hablado con anticipación de la hora de llegada, por los retrasos de algunas escalas de nuestro vuelo. Nos tuvieron casi 40 min esperando a que el Sr. Que nos atendió decidiera aceptar el pago de nuestra estadía... negando también el costo que el booking nos había proporcionado. Realmente ya no se si es necesario reservar por esta app, o esperar a que te cobren 25 dolares americanos más del precio de la reserva y te hagan esperar todo ese tiempo. Estábamos quebrados de frio y cansancio. Para mi fue muy molesto. Es una lástima que personas como esta nos haya recibido de esta forma y algo despectivo. Por todo lo demás el hotel para mi siempre es una maravilla, aclaro que es la primera vez que me hacen esto, ya que en ocasiones anteriores ya me había hospedado.

My stay was fair enough.

The restaurant doesnt meet the standars. The cleanliness is good. The only thing I liked is the location.

Not enough blankets for a cold night, the hot water was not working, really dark room, staff not friendly,

good price for 4 days stay, traveled for a wedding.

the location, the safety guidelines for covid. includes breakfast but the same menu nothing else. No air conditioning but its cool inside, there was no need for air conditioning.

there was never warm water for showers for 4 days a stayed. staff looks weird at Foreign travelers and thats sad.

The breakfast at Patsy was great and the location as well is excellent everything is nearby La torre super market and the staff at the reception desk is lovely and kind, is my second time the hotel is nice with a very nice location, but please change renovate the ponchos and the bed spread are clean but old, Even do still my favorite hotel because of the wonderful location, thank you for all your kindness.

God value older hotel in Zone One

Good older hotel in Zone One. Large room, large bathroom. Secure with 24 hour front desk. Strong wifi, okay cable selection. Comfortable bed, good lighting, everything clean. Good value.

The free breakfast next door

Couldn't walk between tv and foot of bed. Very small room. I left and let them keep what I paid. Went back to get my free breakfast at the great restaurant next door.
