Beautiful villa, most amazing helpful host who is next door. The host played guitar and sung Italian music for us one night. Good outdoor kitchen and lounge area.
Aircon doesn’t cool upstairs bedroom very well, upstairs mattress wasn’t overly comfortable. Outdoor kitchen could use better knifes for cooking.

General notion of property and location OK…quick drive to beach. Neatly tucked away and good adjacency to supermarket.
The listing was misleading from day one. I should have enquired more about the property.
The property is actually 3 attached suites in one guest house. Images are misleading and what the individual suites contain is never fully explained. We got a glorified “bunk bed:” one large round bed on ground floor and a claustrophobic loft above…with ZERO AIR in 40 degree C weather…not even a fan.
Owner, while nice was in adjoining suite…and this was never noted in listing.
Outdoor kitchen was useless.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing villa. Just out of the noise of San Vito, 5 mins to reach the beach (by car or scooter). The apartment has a very nice outdoor area with outdoor kitchen, lovely to enjoy outside. The host Alessandro is extremely helpful and gave us good suggestions about restaurants and day trips.

Amazing place for relaxation and inspiration. Feeling like at Yves Saint Laurent gardens in Marrakesh.
Stylish details, cozy and beautiful exotic garden.

Alessandro was amazing - meeting us at the property in the middle of the night

The atmosphere was superb, the host was very kind and the location is great if you want to avoid the busy town center. We were located on the outskirts of town with trees around us. The house has a garden, you can enjoy the shade in the morning or in the evening after a day of exploring. There's a grocery store for a 10 mins walk. The place was quiet and we had cats who live there/or in the area, and are extremely cute. It's advisable to rent a car, as the region has so much to offer. The closest beaches are for a 10 mins drive.

The villa was amazing and Alessandro helped us with everything we needed. The location is 2 mins away from the supermarket and 7 mins (by car) away from the beautiful sandy beach.
The shower system should be changed. Personally, I am not a fan of water pouring down from the ceiling.
And the wifi was terribly slow.

The room was incredibly humid. By morning, all our clothes and shoes were damp.
With the humidity, there is a huge amount of mosquitoes in and around the room that are otherwise not in the area.
Overall very uncomfortable and we left after the first night.

The outside of the villa is nice and comfortable, the room was big and with everything you needed. The shower is amazing!
It was a bit humid, probably because we were the first clients of the season and the weather was still cold.

Located higher up in the mountains, the house provides stunning views at dawn, sunrise and a beautiful starry sky at night. The terrace is the best part of it.
It has a really pretty shared garden and a parking space.
The owner is really lovely, always checking in and hands on to fix any issues. Our son was greeted with a peppa pig baloon on arrival, a nice little cot bed was also provided. Alessandro gave us some good recommendations and left us some wine.
The house is 5 mins drive from a large supermarket and about 10 mins drive from the restaurants and the beach. There are several beautiful sandy beaches around. San Vito is really lovely, it has everything you need, but still has a village charm. Great Michelin restaurant with really down to earth prices.
The luxury double room has a large glass door, but no window, so it dark and it can get a bit stuffy at night.
There is nothing apart from a coffee machine and a little fridge in the room, so you are always forced to eat out or buy takeaways. I think a microwave or a BBQ would have made things a lot more comfortable.
Wifi signal isn’t great, I always had to hotspot off my phone.

No hot shower although promised, lot of bugs in the room when we arrived, no hair dryer (altough this is listed on booking.com), host speaks almost no English, room was quite humid (but no mold as I could see). The room was stuffy, it was hard to breath without the window open - but you can't open the window at night because of the moscitos! Wouldn't recommend it, very overpriced appartement, not comfortable.
