The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. It felt like it was a little understaffed but maybe because we arrived at the beginning of the season.
The restaurant was closed which was a shame v- although still serving breakfast

The decoration is kitsch but it works. It has a nice view over the city. The receptionist was kind and apologetic.
We were given a room, which we later found out, were not meant to be given. The water was off in our room. The air conditioner only worked at full blast very noisily but if off the room was incredibly stuffy and hot. We were given a thin sheet instead of a duvet, the pillows are hard as rocks, the drain gurgled the whole night and then the electricity went off so again, our room became incredibly hot and stuffy. We had work to do so not having electricity was not going to work. The restaurant is absolutely terrible. We were served meat that clearly had been frozen and then cooked to a tough and grey matter. Our “green salad” was just chopped wilted lettuce. The chips, cheese rings (?) and rice were all clearly frozen too and reheated. Really poor food.

We didn’t like the breakfast, but everything else was great. The hotel itself is wonderful.

Very nice room and hotel
A bit far from town. Unsafe to walk for a solo female traveler - a car is necessary

It's one of those travel mistakes I made that turned into magic. I booked Vinifera Ephesus Hotel but my map app took me to its sister hotel Vinifera Vineyards Hotel instead. We arrived late in the evening and I was very upset to have taken us to the wrong property. The manager, Sergun, changed our evening with her calming and warm hospitality. She told us that she can help us to change the reservation to her property if we wish to stay. She worked everything out with the sister property while we enjoyed their 5-star restaurant with amazing food and wines.
The property sits on a beautiful vineyard but the rooms are very basic.

A lovely quiet spot away from the town.

The theme and decoration of the hotel itself was stunning, combined with a wonderful location, peaceful and quiet. We loved the mosaic on the bathrooms and how each room was named after a Greek God, containing a small painting of the same God it represented. A very nice touch.
Nothing to report, everything was amazing.

The hotel is decorated with artifcats etc, in the style of what the ancient cities might have. For e.g. the statues, the mosaics, even the naming of the rooms instead of just numbers.
The room had a balcony which was great to just sit and chill and watch the sunset.
Bathroom and shower was good.
Breakfast was served in the garden which was nice.
It was walking distance to the town and downhill. However it was an uphill hike back to the hotel.
The staff helped to arrange a car for us (our request was last minute) which was at a reasonable cost.
Need to improve the cleaning. Room was dusty and obviously not swept at the sides and under the table.
Room was on the small side.
The hotel is situated in a housing suburb and it looked like more houses and an apartment was being constructed.

Our stay was made great due to the wonderful staff at the hotel. The breakfast manager/server Atnan really did make our stay. He gave us perfect professional service, helped plan our first and only full day and Ephesus and gave us a lot of history of the area and pointed out some places in town for us to take care of some other business we had. Oh, and the Turkish Breakfast he served us was amazing! The night host/server was also great and very positive and did a great job as well. The Check-in guy with lots of hair did a good job as well checking us in and explaining things about the area, maybe just have him clean himself up a little to present a little more professional, haha.
Cons: The room did have a smell in the bathroom which might be due to either the toilet bowl cleaner beside the toilet or the drain, not sure which but the smell is not pleasant. There is not a single iron in the whole hotel, buy a couple new irons for the hotel, that's an easy purchase. The patio furniture by the pool is wrecked with bird poop all over it and so was our window and balcony of the room, I'd have this cleaned/fixed immediately.

Gorgeous hotel on a hill overlooking the valley. You can tell they put a lot of effort into all the details to make it beautiful. Very quiet with good sound insulation. The staff is great. Adnan specifically is wonderful with so much hospitality and generosity. The breakfast is amazing and in a beautiful courtyard. We had dinner in the beautiful glass restaurant and it was absolutely delicious and at a great price quality ratio! Highly recommended!
Everything was perfect!

Very good set breakfast with variety of choice, very tasty and good location of eating area. Abundance of tea and coffee. The staff was very helpful and even filled our thermos with tea after I've butchered some Turkish words.
The room has a good size bathroom and the place is very clean. Necessary toiletries are included.
Very nice interior design, it sets the mood when visiting Ephesus. Nice view from the room.

It is a beautiful hotel.
Attention to detail in the decor.
The staff was extremely nice.
The WiFi was OK. (The best I had in Turkey)
The breakfast was nice and huge.
It is cheap to take the taxi to the city center.
Room was very big.
Enough closet space.
Shower pressure was very good.
The room had not been used for a while and had not been freshened and there was a bit of dust.
It took about a day and a half to warm up the room.
A bit far from Ephesus, and no restaurants around (except the hotel one).
Room too bright to sleep well in the morning.
Toilet brush was very dirty.

Very clean and easy to access everything from this location.
Lacked a bit of vegan options for the breakfast.

Everything - I will definitely stay here again, friendly staff - especially the restaurant staff went the extra mile, the hotel décor can be seen as tacky but I thought it was tastefully done and playful - nothing to complain about, we actually stayed an extra night because of nice setting and value for money. The breakfast was also way above average for Turkey.
Everything was really nice - nothing to complain about :)

The property, room, and views were all gorgeous!! We really loved the Turkish bath in our room and the full closet setup to hang up our clothes. If you eat at the restaurant, definitely try the curry chicken. It was probably my favorite meal in all of Turkey. I really loved the mythology theme to the hotel and the view of town at night was beautiful. It was such a great stay!
It's up a large hill, so either taxi or expect a tough walk back to the hotel. That doesn't bother me at all, but just keep it in mind. It makes the views and sunsets worth it!
7.0 / 10.0
The view was serene, the garden was lovely, the building was clearly designed with a vision in mind and it was beautiful. The restaurant was very slow during dinner time but the food was tasty, and the breakfasts were huge with proper Turkish portions and
delicacies.
Unfortunately the rooms were not maintained properly, broken and old fixtures, damaged wall plasters (not meaning the rustic look but the actual damage) stained fireplace surroundings and chipped furniture made it look messy and given up. The worst was the shower, we stayed at the Hera suite, the hot tub was barely functional with most buttons broken, the shower was not even functioning so we brought the staff's attention to the issue and they only said they will see what can be done and then completely ignored the problem, without giving us any further explanations. A shower that does not function at all is unacceptable in any hotel let alone the suite.
