Checkin was fast and smooth, receptionists are professional (special thank to Nhi, Tam and Duy for your hospitality). Infinity pool was great, gym has good amount of equipment.
Room is spacious and soundproof - we had a great sleep there. Everything is well-maintained and the food is superb!
Bar could be a little bit more lively and maybe add some shuttle bus to the beach for lazy time
4.5
I was impressive by the professional security guards here. They were so attentive and love the way they guided us how to park car and arrange everything. Really good service, the hotel is in the heart of city and easy to reach every where. Good value and love to come back .
4.5
The kindness and the attention from your staff. Very good, friendly in the morning.
helpful if need any time 24/7 very good
Front desk helped with Taxi and shuttle order very much appreciated
The breakfast room should have a coffee maker that can handle the need. I do appreciate the staff making coffee cups already, but then it is cold coffee
The pool bar.. is staffed but does not with a bartender. We order a cocktail and had to wait 40 min for it twice, room to improve

Breakfast looks good but actually not very special. Room is nice, spacious enough. Pool is wonderful (We spent lots of time in the pool). Staff was polite and wonderful. To our surprise, they actually sent card and birthday cake to the room for my mother's 80th birthday. We really appreciate their kindness and hospitality. Will go back for sure.

new and clean.
bath room is quite small. The family room doesn’t like the family room in other hotel.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are very clean and lighting is great. Bathroom with bathtub is wonderful. worth for money.
Coffee at breakfast place is less choices. But it is very minor thing comparing to other good staffs of the property.

Nice big rooms, we had space to relax on the sofa. Comfortable beds which is hard to find in SE Asia. Big bathtub, and bathroom! Very friendly, helpful employees. Breakfast was good with a big selection of Vietnamese and Western cuisine with an option to order different types expresso for a small fee.
Everything was good.

Breakfast
The check-in and check out process in Malibu was bad.
I go to hotel at 12:30. Receiption list tell me th checkin time at 15pm even on website public ar 14pm. We have to wait very long to check in.
Same when I check out: I give the key back to receptionist at 11:30 but after 1 hour waiting with pushing from me.
I book and paid family room for 4 people with 2 big kids ( age 10,12) but when I take the room: only 1 big bed and 1 single bad with totaly only 3 people to stay.
4.5
Nice location, few minutes walk to the beach.
Hotel is new and facility is good
Cannot open window so the air ventilation is not good at first. But hotel Manager supported us to open the window after we requested.
So overall, not bad.

The breakfast was very good. They have different things each day. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly.
The beds are comfortable. We had a room with 2 queen beds. I think there are only 1 or 2 hotels in Vung Tau that have room like that. We like the swimming pool too.
My mum planned to go with us but she was not well. Malibu refunded the money she paid. We really appreciate it.
No access to the beach. Back Beach accesses are blocked off by holiday houses and restaurants. They charge a fee to get in.

the size of the rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were attentive of surroundings and helpful despite the language barrier.

Quiet, tidy, friendly professional staff. There were the lottee mart shops within walking distance, great food, great Cafe.
Breakfast options were limited, it's abit far from alot of things and the beach is unsuitable for swimming.

Menu of breakfast very nice and more option to choose!

New and well appointed.

- Delicious breakfast, clean room
The front office staff are not trustful. I asked the bellman to book a taxi for me, he called a no brand-name taxi parking near to the hotel. Finally I was charged double by this scammed taxi-driver. I reported this problem to the same bellman, he told me to talk to the reception, then the lady receptionist responded me that “yes there are some taxi scams, please be careful next time or ask us to arrange a taxi”, she made me feel they have no responsibility for what happened to their guest who they booked that scam taxi for. I will surely not stay at Malibu on my next visit.

Staffs, breakfast
Staffs from room service were cute and nice. I only asked for a knife for cutting fruit but they said sorry because they cannot let us borrow it but they can cut it for us. When the guy came back, it was a beautiful fruit plate with chilly salt also. Unexpected.
Breakfast is fully enough for us. A lot of choices.
The fridge is not cold.
The receptionist is different. The girl in tie hair in the morning I check-out had a cold face, I met her the night before the day I check-out too. I came back from outside, but when I stepped in, only the bell man/ security said Hi to us. She only stood there and looked at us like strangers. Not too welcoming.

We liked the reception at the reception, the work of concierges. The hotel is on the second line from the beach.
The rooms seemed to us somewhat tired and also the view from the windows was on the construction site of another house
5.0
Nice environment of the room.
Nothing to complain
