We got a free upgrade to pool access room which was nice. The pool is lovely and great for doing lengths if you like to swim. The beach is on the doorstep too and it's quiet. Food and cocktails are really nice too. The room is spacious and comfortable with a really nice rainfall showerhead. The staff are really nice and did everything they could to help us with anything, would definitely stay here again
Breakfast buffet could be a bit better

Commodité, le quartier
Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude, le lavabo était bouché sur plusieurs jours malgré mon alerte. Un matin l’eau était toute marron impossible de se laver

The staff was fabulous!! All of my questions were answered, all requests were met and the hospitality was amazing! I felt completely welcome at the property and it was so peaceful. It was a convenient location right on the beach and a very nice property. It was so awesome that I extended my stay!!

Location awful… on a main road. Loud. Not ideal.
My bed sheets were dirty when I checked in. Every morning the pool was dirty, beer bottles and wine glasses left on the side. Other guests blaring music from there speakers at the pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they are excellent! It made our stay easy and comfortable as we could always ask for assistance.
The airport shuttle (at a cost) is great for first-time visitors and I would recommend using this.
The location is great if you want a beachfront property, and it is close to the city centre as well. We were able to do many activities in and around the area.
The linen, although clean, had many stains. It was not only a few stains, but many, and this was the case with the bedding throughout our stay. This was my biggest issue for our room - a hotel must never use stained white linen for guests, ever!
I had booked 3 Deluxe Sea View rooms - one for my husband and I, one for my mum and one for my brother. My mum and brother checked in a day after we did, but for some reason, they did not get the same room as ours. My mum's room had a strong musty smell on entry, suggesting dampness in the room. This was present during our whole stay for one week. We were unable to change rooms for my mum as we were told the hotel was fully booked. My mum struggled sleeping in the room for the whole week due to this.
The bar area in the pool was not functional - it could be cleaned at the very least if not use so that guests can eat or drink there.
The buffet options for the hot breakfast are limited as there are no traditional European breakfast items such as bacon, baked beans, hash browns or beef sausages.
As a place with a high rating on Booking.com, I expected much, much better, especially considering the hotel is more expensive than other surrounding hotels.

The hotel was nothing like you would expect. All the photos on the website are photoshopped. We went there and left to another hotel within 4hours.
The place was worn out, hotel room wasn't cleaned well, there was someone's dirty shoes in the closet and the hotel offered us as a complimentary some slippers.. those i would never wear (you could get feet fungus) they were worn by at least 20 customers before us.. There is no direct sunlight to the pool at all, just partly on the other side. The music was playing very loud (you could hear it loudly in your room) and the same list went on at least 5 times in 4 hours we were there.
We also ate at the hotel and we got serious food poisoning. We needed to go to hospital and spend there 6h in IV and we were sick 4 days and needed urgent care.
The hotel wouldn't even give us our money back. Just bad service. Don't recommend.

Mrs. pin was friendly and energetic in helping, or I singled her out with a special greeting and thanks

Looks great. Beautful swimming pool, but all the rooms look onto it so no privacy for a pale fatty like me. They have a bar, but its design does not inspire one to hang out and chill. Overall, looks great, beautiful room, but lacking a soul

The privet pool and the easy access to the beach. The staff were friendly.
The room was not as pictured in Booking.com! The furnitures are old. The lobby and the shared pool was crowded and the music was terrible. The value of the villa is to high compared other facilities around.
