I liked it all

Breakfast was ok. As for the location, it is pretty close to a lovely long beach (less than a 1 km walk). The wifi connection worked well.
Cats and dogs wondered freely and followed us to our cabins, so we could not keep the cabin doors open. In a communal space the food for cats was served on a table customers are using for eating. Dogs were sleeping in couches and lounge chairs customers are using. Beware there may be mice or rats coming to a cabin during the night, it happened to one of us.

Absolutely beautiful gardens around rooms, very peaceful setting. What a special place!
Rooms a bit close to each other, would be nice to have more privacy.

Very nice location, close to the beach and a very good restaurant. Peaceful, pleasant, ideal for lovers. Kind people and not crowded.
I was surprised by the ecologic aspect but I enjoyed it. It was a nice discovery.

The rooms are designed in a unique way. You feel like a princess in your mini ancient kingdom. Very relaxing.
Needed an adventurous heart to feel safe when it gets dark.

It was quiet, comfortable and a lovely place to get away from the hustle and bustle of work and traffic. Views were terrific.
Can't think of anything at this stage.

jungle atmosphere. quiet retreat from the busy beach. no hawkers anywhere near gala!
too far from main beach, car needed. wonky ladder steps to nearer beach!

Friendly and attentive staff - thanks to Bev and her marvelous team!
Our cabana had a hammock under the trees which we thoroughly enjoyed as well as our own bbq facility.
Plenty of cupboard space in the room and space to store the luggage under the bed.
Mosquito net over/around the bed.
Great breakfast with healthier options as well.
I appreciated the Eco friendly aspect of the resort, the focus on saving water and reducing the use of plastic bottles.
We saw loads of different and interesting geckos and birds.
Fantastic restaurant about 400m walking distance from the resort- Sapphire Sands - a must when you visit the area.
No complaints from our side, but just for information sake: Although a 4x4 vehicle is not required, there are a few sandy spots going from the resort to the market/beach which might be tricky to get through.

Everything! Immersed in nature, really nice room, comfortable bed and nice hot shower with great pressure! But the best was the staff, they really made you feel at home and super welcome! Also thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit for breakfast and the location (15 min walk to the beach and 20 to the town).
Absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend it!
I loved everything!

like “glamping”. stunning property, doesn’t even feel like you’re at a popular and busy tourist destination close to the city.

We three as a family stayed 3 days and all loved it. The layout of the lodges allows for privacy and a level of intimacy and quiet that merges well with the in forest-eco-like setting. The kid has his own cabana adjacent to ours which was cool. Bev and team are super attentive and in the details while offering a well lighted and large central seating area, a small library, super breakfast, a good 'honesty bar', and excellent wifi. Additionally there is a large shared kitchen and individual ones depending on room taken. Added massages and the stay was an excellent one. Whoops... need to note Bev again as she ensured we were covered for all diving related which included drives to and from the like top-notch Blowing Bubbles dive shop when we were just plain too lazy to use our feet.

2.5
Friendly staff, ease of check in,
Way too many bugs, including cockroaches, even tea and coffee being extra for "breakfast included" package, extremely small room (actually a straw hut, little larger than the bed), no A/C, very limited breakfast options, noisy environment.
