Close proximity to Haneda Airport. Nightly rate was a bargain. Very clean with a courteous staff.
Beds were slightly firm. Breakfast was served in the main hotel which is in a separate building.

浴室への出入り口がバリアフリーになっている点
ベッドの占有面積が大きすぎて使いにくかった

the free airport shuttle
the room humidifier was empty of water. the window is securely locked. it cannot be opened a few inches in the winter for fresh cold air for guests who do not want a/c.

Conveniently located near Haneda airport, nice restaurants nearby, free transfer to the airport provided by the hotel

Schneller Check in und bequemes Bett.
Kostenloser Transfer zum Flughafen perfekt organisiert.
Air condition Beschreibung nur auf japanisch, englisch wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Convenient location - close to the airport and train station. Clean, quiet. Airport shuttle.
Bed against the wall.

Great location for our last night in town, with the airport shuttle being one of the reasons we booked. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with for check in and check out. Our rooms were exactly what they were advertised as, and the showers were amazing. A great location, easy to get to via the public transport system and some amazing restaurants very close by for dinner.

The hotel was perfectly functional for an overnight stay and the airport shuttle was very convenient. There was free coffee available in lounge.
The shuttle was hard to find at the airport and there was little information available about where to find it. We had to phone the hotel for information. There is a regular shuttle form terminal 1, and an irregular shuttle from terminal 3.

2 stops from Haneda airport.
only a few restaurants in the area within a short 5-10 walking distance

I liked that it was in a quieter part of Tokyo. It was around 45 minutes by trains from Shibuya, where the pedestrian scramble crossing is. The hotel was very clean and what I expected from the description and pictures. The breakfast was great and worth the price.
The West Wing doesn't have laundry facilities in the building, although, it appeared there would be some there. You have to walk down the same block to the main hotel, to do the laundry. It's not a big deal, but it would have been nice to be able to do it within the building rather than carrying your clothes down the street.

Very clean. They offer free soft drinks at the lobby.
Room was a little bit small.

East to get to with free shuttle bus from T1 at Haneda. Helpful staff at check in. Very small but comfortable room. Well equipped bathroom.
Near to a few local cafes for dinner
Everything was gine

I like this place, this room is good

Standard Room perfect for the night before the flight.
Bus shuttle transfer included is brilliant.
Nothing to dislike, everything is as expected for a night stay before the flight.

My second time staying here for transit in Tokyo. Great location close to the airport. I couldn't get a shuttle on the way from the Airport so I took a taxi but it's reasonable. A shuttle back to the airport was very convenient. Convenience stores and a few restaurants are close by, which is very convenient. Small but nice and clean room.

Good hotel for a night before or after a flight near Haneda airport. The shuttle bus from and to airport came on time .
The breakfast served in the Jal city hotel ( in next building ) was varied a combination between western and Japanese
All you need for a good night sleep. The bed cover was pleasant
Complimentary water bottle would be a nice touch
The room was a little bit small

Very spacious bathroom, ice maker on the floor, free Softdrinks, coffee, soups in the lobby. Very clean.
Modern hotel where almost everything worked.
Comfortable beds, view of the airport. Free breakfast.
Very rigid on check in time. We were 13 min early due
to rental car return scheduling, no take! Ok. They say 15:00 check in. Fair enough. But for what purpose?
The only other thing that was very annoying: the aircon temperature reset itself to 27deg every hour or so.
Much too hot in the 36 degree temperature.I informed the staff who went into back room and said it was internally adjustable and that he fixed it. No, all night we were sweating, then fine after manually adjusting. The the cycle began again. Kept us awake. Not good.
4.3
We booked this place because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle bus to both terminals. However, besides it being close to the airport its connection to the other parts of the city was not that bad as the train station was virtually across the road. The hotel itself is very comfortable, the rooms are small, but have everything you need. The unlimited supply of coffee and drinks down in the lobby was a great feature too. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is that extra bit that makes this place great.
Nothing to mention.

What was great:
the beds, sheets, pillows and comforters
the shower
the airport shuttle
location near a great ramen shop
What I didn't enjoy
Breakfast-I didn't think it was worth what we paid for it
The front desk employees were lovely, but their command of English was limited, making it a bit difficult to communicate

Easy get there for a short stay.
Room is very small.
