Alles in allem ein traumhafter Ort!

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gute Lage

Schwierig mit dem Personal zu kommunizieren, geht nur mit Translate… personal ist sehr distanziert Wir waren mehrere Tage dort, Zimmer wurden nicht geputzt, weder Handtücherausgetauscht.

A beautiful and peaceful stay in Chiang Mai!

The rooms, grounds and pool were wonderful! So calm, quiet and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic and filling, with so much variety to choose from. We would highly recommend this place and the family room was great for our family of 4!

It was a little out of town so we caught a Grab most places but did walk one day and it wasn't too far. But it was so peaceful there that we didn't mind being away from town. Plus, there were bikes that we didn't use.

Ein Idylisches Plätzen schön zum Relaxen

Eine Idylle mit einem zauberhaften Garten und Pool, wo man nach langen Tag relaxen und sich ausruhen kann. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges und vielfälltiges Frühstück. Sehr vorkommendes und nettes Personal. Zur Altstadt bissl wei zu laufen, aber dafür hat man eine Ruhe und Idylle und keht gerne zurück. Taxi in die Altstadt kostet ca 100 THB.

A beautiful location, but the staff can make you feel unwelcome.

The place has an authentic Thai feel - lots of vegetation, a small waterfall with fish. The pool was clean and nice. Breakfast was good with a combination of Thai and Western food.

At the end of my stay they made me pay 500 bht because a towel and 2 pillowcases had a few stains from hair dye - I had been dyeing my hair for 2 weeks, but some of the dye still comes out when I wash my hair. Although those stains come out in the wash, and in Thailand it costs 30-100 bht to wash 1 kg of clothes, they made me pay much more. Also, when we checked out they didn't let us leave until someone went to check the room.

Heel ontspannen verblijf in een mooi onderhouden en schone plek

Het is prachtig groen en sfeervol aangelegd en onderhouden. Het zwembad is heel fijn voor de verkoeling en de kamers zijn heel ruim en schoon! Bij vertrek kreeg onze zoon een knuffel van de eigenaresse. Super vriendelijk personeel! We verbleven een week en zouden zo weer een week boeken.

We sliepen in twee verschillende kamers. In de tweede kamer was het bed vrij hard.

Tropisches Paradies!

Hong Khao Village ist ein Traum! Nur wenige, dafür geräumige Zimmer in einer wundervollen Ruheoase. Wir haben am 1. Tag upgegradet auf ein großes Zimmer mit eigenem Wohnbereich, getrenntes Schlafzimmer und wundervollem Bad. Wunderschön mit Vollholzmöbeln eingerichtet, eigene Terrasse im 1. Stock, Blick auf den wunderschönen Pool mit abgeschlossener Terrassentüre. Frühstück war super bestückt, Personal absolut ein Traum. Nach dem troubeligen Stadteindrücken ein absoluter Hammer. Hong Khao Village liegt zwar 3-4 km vom Altstadtkern entfernt, hatten aber unsere super liebe privat Taxi Driverin Neung, die uns immer abgeholt und zurückgebracht hat. Im Zentrum von Chiang Mai zu wohnen, wollten wir nicht, da dies doch eine sehr große Stadt ist. Wir waren hier sehr glücklich und haben wunderbare Stunden im tollen tropischen Paradies erlebt. Wir kommen wieder!

Para volver.

La atención del personal es de 10. La habitación es grande y muy cómoda. Ducha muy grande. Además, decoración cuidando mucho el detalle. Desayuno muy rico, aunque poca variedad.

El hotel no está cerca del centro, así que es necesario depender de un vehículo con el que desplazarte. Pero nada que no pueda arreglar el servicio de grab.

Stunning & Beautiful. The best staff and service ever!

We just stayed here for our honeymoon and it's one of our favourite places we have ever stayed. Hongkhao Village is breathtakingly beautiful, so much detail to all the design and is all well looked after and maintained. I can't praise the staff enough, they were so helpful and very friendly. Absolutely incredible team. Aomy organised a fantastic loy krathong workshop for all the guests because there was a local festival on. All the guests and staff who took part had a lot of fun. Great breakfast. It's not far in a taxi to the centre of chiang mai and reception will happily book one for you. When getting back from the centre, we found getting one of the red bus taxis a bit cheaper than a tuk tuk, but make sure to pick up a card at reception to show the drivers as most looked a bit confused even when we tried to show them on our phones where it was.

Some of the closest local restaurants are quite lively and very popular with locals, which we enjoyed. However many of the closest ones have loud music playing so if you'd prefer a more peaceful meal then you might have to walk slightly further or eat in the centre where there's more choice.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft mit super Erholungsfaktor

Eine ruhige und grüne Oase inmitten der Stadt. Super zum Erholen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das einen mit einem leckeren Welcome Drink empfängt.. Unser Zimmer war riesig (es waren 2 Räume plus 1 Badezimmer), das Bett ebenfalls groß und bequem. Es gab zwei verschiedene Kissen, was super war, da wir härtere Kissen bevorzugen. Das Badezimmer war auch groß. Pro Raum gab es jeweils einen TV, der im Schlafzimmer war ein smart TV (den anderen hatten wir nicht an). Es gab täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser. Zudem zur Begrüßung einen Obstteller sowie kleine Snacks. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für uns vollkommen ausreichend mit einer guten Auswahl an Gebäck, einer Bestellstation (Eierspeisen oder Müsli), Herzhaftem, Obst sowie Kaffee, Tee und Saft. Das Hotel hilft einem bei Bedarf bei der Buchung von Touren, hat bei uns einwandfrei funktioniert. Eine Tour ging bei uns schon früher los, daher hat uns das Hotel Frühstücksboxen bereitgestellt. Unter der Woche war es abends sehr ruhig, am Wochenende hört man eine Bar in der Nähe - hat uns aber nicht davon abgehalten, super zu schlafen. Zudem steht überall Schnakenspray herum, das man verwenden kann. Das hilft im Gegensatz zu den deutschen Mitteln auch tatsächlich gegen die ganzen Schnaken :D Einen Wäscheservice zu 80 Baht/kg gibt es ebenfalls, haben wir genutzt und hat auch hervorragend funktioniert. Der Pool ist schön groß, für mich zu kalt aber mein Freund konnte ein paar Bahnen schwimmen. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Wie überall, wo viel Grün drumrum ist, hatten auch wir den ein oder anderen ungebetenen tierischen Gast im Badezimmer (kleine Tierchen). Ist kein Kritikpunkt, nur ein Hinweis für Leute, die das evtl nicht so gut wegstecken :)

Heerlijk verblijf!

Prachtige stille oase in een drukke stad. Je komt helemaal tot rust. Het muziekje op de achtergrond is heerlijk. De kamers zijn prachtig ingericht. Het zwembad is heerlijk (niet te koud) en het ontbijt is werkelijk iets om naar uit te kijken. De mevrouw van de receptie was ongelooflijk lief en behulpzaam en gaf ons een welkom gevoel. Ook kun je op elk plekje gebruik maken van muggenmiddel, alle 3 nachten niet gestoken! De locatie is niet ideaal, ver van de muren van de oude stad, maar tuktuks en taxi’s weten het allemaal te vinden. Bovendien zijn we door te wandelen in deze buurt op leuke locale plekjes gekomen die we anders nooit hadden ontdekt. Zeker een aanrader dus!

Toen we aankwamen kregen we een kamer toegewezen zonder terras terwijl we juist hier hadden geboekt omdat je een eigen terras hebt. In de beschrijving klopte dit dat we dat geboekt hadden. We hebben dit gemeld en ze hebben dit gelijk voor ons opgelost door een andere kamer aan te bieden. Hoewel we merken dat dit in heel Thailand voorkomt kennen ze schimmelreiniger niet. De badkamer zag er daardoor wat vies uit.

Unser Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Schrank für die Kleider, keine Ablage für die Koffer, dunkles muffiges Bad, der Silikon an der Badewanne ist schwarz vom Schimmel.

Wunderschöne Außenanlagen mit viel grün mitten in der Stadt

Wunderschöne Anlage und der perfekte Ort um seinen Urlaub zu starten oder zu beenden! Das Frühstück war fantastisch, vor allem ist es liebevoll hergerichtet! Wir kamen aus dem Staunen nicht mehr raus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sie haben uns für unsere Hochzeitsreise liebevoll empfangen!

Geweldige ervaring. Midden in een natuurlijke omgeving in een drukke stad. Geweldig!

De prachtige locatie. Zo rustgevend in een relatief drukke stad. Een klein hotel met mooie losse kamers. Geen massa en het gevoel alsof je bij de eigenaresse in de Huon mag verblijven. Enorm gastvrij, top voor kinderen.

A slice of paradise

This hidden little oasis is incredibly welcoming. The staff are smiley and attentive and will go out their way to help you. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of cold and hot options. Plenty of fresh fruit. Omelette, cereal and some great Thai sweet products to try. Rooms are decorated in rustic thai design, plenty of towels, comfy beds, lots of fresh bottled water daily The pool is idyllic in its own lush little garden.

It is out of town so a tuk tuk needed for most things. Plenty available on the Main road close to the hotel. Standard 120Bh to most places around town.
