Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber, gepflegt

Location is far from anything. The accommodation though overlooking the sea was very average and tired and smelt. With adjoining doors, you can hear everything from the next room. The restaurant food was dreadful, really slow service. The pool was jammed with screaming kids, not at all peaceful. All in all not a great experience, especially given the array of really nice resorts on the island. Steer clear, is my advice!

Amazing resort with modern accommodation right on the beach. The beach is super nice with no rocks and the staff keep it clean. Lovely swimming pool and wonderful restaurant. Also not far from ferry so everything was perfect.
Unless you want to take a trip into the village via the shuttle the resort restaurant is your only eating option and it’s not cheap.

Krásné bungalovy na velmi poklidné pláži, pár metrů od moře.
Trochu chybí alespoň malý obchůdek a je zde jen 1 restaurace s barem, takže není na výběr.

Quiet location.
Difficult to get from Airport to Ferry terminal and then from ferry terminal to hotel.
Expecting 'Peninsula' style service which didn't happen.
Limited Breakfast - advertised as excellent.

Nice views of the hills and sea views from the room. Spacious room ( stayed in junior suite) and patio outside. Flat beach and can walk along the ocean.
Horrible breakfast spread ( everything offered was poor quality) . At approx 5000 baht per night - one expects more from a resort in Thailand. Furniture in the room looks tired and worn out.
Even on the occasion of a long weekend getting over and koh Chang emptying out - late checkout request for additional 2 hours was denied ( just for me to come back from a day trip and take a shower). First they said resort fully booked and then asked for 2000 baht to accommodate. If resort fully booked then how will they accommodate with more money?

The accommodation has easy access to beach, swimming pool and restaurant. Room was spacious and loved the shower.
Being first time to this particular resort it was a little confusing to understand how things work as regards checkin and as a matter interest there was no response to message sent via the Booking site.
There was a small party going on one night I stayed in next door room until quite late. It does mean if you are expecting a relaxed even romantic stay then this can happen.

Room was lovely and spacious and great view of the Ocean.
Facilities. Walked to a gym that was poorly equipped for the money the resort ask for. Breakfast was OK for the money, just about. Not much to do around the resort. Golf course was in poor condition.
Left a herat rate monitor in the room. Easy to see with a red chest strap. I contacted the resort immediately and they said they could not find it even though nobody had been in the room yet.

Staff was super kind and professional.
The room is amazing
Restaurant and room with amazing views. Overall environment, calm and classy
I like the fact that the rooms aren't in a building and nature can surprise us. I understand when cleaning the rooms the staff can't close the doors but what happened after 1 time that the room was clean I found 4.small lizards inside .

Amazing view, very quiet, beautiful very long chlorine free pool, great breakfast, very friendly staff, excellent super king size bed.
I guess my only real grumble would be that it's very difficult to swim in the sea as its so shallow and the whole concept of ig locations is a big turnoff. No spa?

we stayed here for our 10 year anniversary, after our original booking was cancelled, and after our stay here we are glad it was!
the resort is beautiful when you arrive from the road you do not expect it to be as gorgeous as it is when you get to your rooms! the beach view bungalows where incredible our bedroom/lounge area looked right out onto the private beach through huge sliding doors with a fitted mosquito net if you wanted to have them open! we literally woke up and walked straight out into the sea everyday.
the restaurant is great with stunning views and the food and drink is reasonably priced.
Koh chang was by far our favourite location and we have been in Thailand 2 months.
The perfect resort for any occasion!
there was nothing we didn’t like!

Surroundings were great, very nice and quiet and great nature. Perfect for relaxing and having a good time.
The Restaurant - the beach club - had a new owner and to be honest, it is now very bad. Cheap food, bad quality and the staff has a bad attitude. This was our only bad experience there. As the Resort is outside of everything there are not many food options and to have the only restaurant go down in quality soo much was dissappointing.

location is superb!!

the bungalow was very close to the beach (15 m) so it became a nice habit to jump into the sea right after getting up in the morning. TV-channels covered a wide range of international channels. WiFi worked well. The bathroom was very modern and huge built with natural materials. Breathtaking views of the Bay while having breakfast and dinner. Particulary the stunning sun sets in the evening.
The resort doesn't has a grocery shop and the next 7/11 was beyond walking distance outside the resort. No massage shop opened.

The room terrace was literally 15m from the sea (when the tide was in). The huge, roomy bathroom was very well appointed, and there was very little, if any noise during the night. The breakfast choices were good and the beach virtually deserted. We were able to take a stroll down to the private jetty each morning to watch the sunrise on one side of the peninsula and watch the sunset from the comfort of our room every evening. The Thai food on the in-room dining menu was exceptional (best Tom Yum Goong EVER).
The maid wasn't particularly thorough and we ran out of shower gel at one point. Despite leaving the bottle in a prominent location, with the pump cap off before maid service, the bottle wasn't replenished until we called reception. The sliding doors to the terrace were, ironically, too good at keeping the sound of the waves crashing on to the beach out!

Very nice view from the room. Beach literally next door, with palmed and white sand. The bed was compfy the both room and bath very spacious.
It was quiet but also a bit isolated from the island living. There is a shuttle service around the resort, but not much further. Get a scooter! Bit driving at night to a bar or restoring does not make that much sense.
The staff was nice and helpful, but double checks if you really did not take anything from the mini bar. Seems like a lack of trust which I did not like. Also, the restocking of the portioned free coffee pads a day was something that was forgotten 2 days in a row. After a call at the reception, it got delivered very quickly.
The housekeeping tends to leave the doors open while working, which results in visits from geckos on your room. Not bad, but you also get Moskitos as uninvited guests. That’s actually the only room for improvements from our point of view. Overall, not much to complain. We had a good time!

Location, rooms and beach is absolutely amazing. very hard to find a better place than this on koh chang.
House mate forgot to clean our room more than once. once they cleaned they kept forgetting to refill toilet paper, fresh towels and coffee. the staff at the beach bar is propeply the slowest and laziest person in the world....
