Luxury for a family of six and amazing staff! Thank you!

Absolutely stunning! We were very lucky to be upgraded to an apartment on arrival. The staff were amazing and so great to talk to! Such a lovely place and so much space for 6 of us! The kids all had beds and their own bathroom. We even had a media room. Such a great way to end the school holidays. Plenty of parking and so close to food shops. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay.

Loved how all kids had there own room and beds separately to us, everything was very clean, staff member we seen was lovely and very helpful and the kids like having a swim even tho it was freezing lol and the kids like having there own varanda to sit on in the sun to warm up after the pool

The aircons in the rooms kept making a sound every few mins

Would not rush back.

Location was good

Suite was very tired and tatty and did not match the photos online. The faux leather sofa was way past its sell by date. It was all cracked and peeling and bits were all over the floor and on our clothes if we sat on it. The towel rain in the bathroom was missing and a slat was missing from the shutters. For an “executive suite” it was very sad! Also restaurant was closed all week. We could have been notified about that.

Comfortable for a quick overnight stay, but not long term.

Location was great, lots of food places in walking distance.

We booked for 6 people, but were given a room for 4 people. We then moved to another room, but the two trundle beds had not been made up, so we had to then track down bedding and make the beds ourselves. Reception staff member was very apologetic and clearly struggling with difficulties with cleaning staff.

Too many baby cockaroaches. All towel rails were missing from the bathroom. We requested a ground floor room, and got top floor. The table in the room was cleaned with a product that left the table VERY STICKY

Horrible never again would I give them even $1!

Literally nothing!

Our room was extremely small two bedroom with a kitchen is a massive reach but it was fine it’s only one night! What made it unbearable was the aircon made a horrible noise every 5mins even when turned off! It was during a heat wave with no fans and the tiny windows gave no help! We ended up leaving at 3am because we were all awake and uncomfortable even when we drift off the aircon would still put out a super loud noise and wake everyone up at this point it had been turned off for 3hrs so why it kept making this noise we have no idea! We called the after hours number which just rang out so we left a message hoping someone would call us back to even just move rooms and to this day 2mths later no one has returned our call! Absolute waste of money!! We would have been better off to keep driving then deal with this.

Comfortable and within walking distance to a good coffee shop plus other food outlets.

Comfortable and accommodated a family of 6 comfortably. We stayed for an overnight stop on our way down south and also stay the night on our way home.

air conditioners in both bedrooms were leaking - very badly. the property knew about this prior to us going in. luckily we at least had some common sense (unlike the staff) and put bins under them because they half filled the bins so would have flooded the rooms.

receptionist was lovely and room more than expected. Great stay.

Tiled rooms which felt extra clean due to no carpet. Comfortable beds with fresh white linen, felt good. Rooms were nice and clean and very well looked after. Rooms have modern window shutters on the windows not daggy curtains. Great value nice clean modern feel to the room.

TV in each room made it perfect while travelling with the kids, surprisingly quite considering it’s on a main road. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were very welcoming we will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends :)
