A perfect trip in this hotel, I will keep I wonderful memory about it and the workers !

L’hôtel central boutique est un lieu incroyable ! Le personnel parle parfaitement bien anglais et est très accueillant, disponible à toutes heures, pour tes requêtes ! La chambre est très grande, propre, avec une climatisation, de l’eau, un frigo … les lits sont également très confortables ! L’hôtel est très bien placé, dans le centre et proche de tout commerces utiles ! Hôtel que je recommande fortement lors de votre passage à Vientiane !! Merci à joy, réceptionniste, qui a été tres gentil et bienveillante tout au long de mon séjour ici ! The central boutique hotel is an incredible place! The staff speak perfectly good English and are very welcoming, available at all hours, for your requests! The room is very large, clean, with air conditioning, water, fridge ... the beds are also very comfortable! The hotel is very well located, in the center and close to all useful shops! I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Vientiane! Thanks to joy, receptionist, who was very kind and caring throughout my stay here!

Not bad.

Inexpensive, ok room.

Bed is tougher than expected. Minor ware and tear in bathroom. lights are dimmed.

Exceptional

Staff is very pleasant and helpful 😊 Room was full of space with smart TV and kettle. Exactly how I like a non-soft mattress (but some like a softer one). Absolutely white, clean, pleasant linen and towels. For this price it's very good choice 👌 This photos made after I rest a little

Smoke around the room and smell is really bad, so many mosquitos in the corridor.

Room is dirty with dust and dirty wall. Bathroom is too small and no floor mat.

The staff was good

The staff was friendly and helpful. They made up for any shortcomings that the room had. The second room I got was a good size, cleaner and had a bigger washroom than the original room they gave me. The location was good.

The first room I got was on a smoking floor and just reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room I got while a lot better still had a faint smell to it. Also, there was a constant noise coming from somewhere which was annoying. The fitness center wasn't available.

Friendly and helpful receptionists and location in an Lao area.

The Lao Hmong receptionists Mr Chit and Mr Win are the best receptionists in Laos. They treat you like a friend, are very polite and helpful. They have a wide knowledge of Laos and advise you on further travel. Last but not least, they are always in good mood and ready to help.

Some rooms are fitted with the Indian air-con National. These are not good air-con and loud. They must be replaced. There was no wardrobe in my room.

Cheap place to stay

Affordable room in Vientiane and helpful staff who assisted with advice and arrangements. Place was clean.

Our water went off and the drains smelled bad one night. It's a little far out of the centre.

the hotel is very hard to find. Address on Booking.com doesn’t match. I got redirected to a different hotel with almost

Not recommended

The staff with English skills were fantastic. They had a beautiful dog.

It stank all thought out. In the rooms and hallways like stail smoke, and downstairs lhere was a stench of urine. Everything was filthy besides the new lift. Of the lights only half worked. The fortitude was damaged.

Clean hotel with nice staff but service not as advertised

The room was clean and sufficient big, with good working table. WIFI was working well. Staff was nice. So overall, it was OK to stay there.

- there was no light bulb in the bathroom - there was no breakfast, although the reviews on booking said "good breakfast" and I paid for breakfast included - there was not fitness centre, although booking mentioned a fitess. there was some equipment in a restaurant under construction, not really what we would call a fitness centre. Overall, a little lack of maintenance and it seems the description did not fully correspond to the hotel in which I stayed.

good staff and great new wifi system

The wifi speed is much better than the booking review. I asked the hotel front desk and they said the wifi provider just upgraded their system. As we know, lao telecommunications is less developed, but this experience is beyond my expectation which helped my work a lot.
