Beautiful hotel and lovely rooms. Emily was exceptionally helpful and lovely, she helped to resolve a room issue and helped to upgrade me to a dipping pool room.
Excellent service and lovely people

Our stay was just perfect, special thanks to the staff (all love for Sonja, Stavros and Dimitri!!!!), super friendly, attentive, beautiful people, relaxed atmosphere, comfy sunbeds, nice music by the pool, DELICIOUS greek salads, great cocktails, best mimosas we’ve ever had! Service was always super fast and so friendly. Loved our room with a pool, very clean and cosy and we really loved the location close to Mỳkonos Town, easy to get everywhere. Beeeautiful restaurants within walking distance (180° sunset bar, Zuma) We are super happy and will definitely be back!
We were only sad to leave this place

Property itself was simple and clean.
Design, toiletries etc all good
Pool guys and breakfast/ guys were great. Friendly and nothing too much trouble
No late room available and not even the option to use an internal Tom to shower for an hour😩
We arrived at 10.30 pm , welcome drink given but a sandwich or something would have been appreciated.
Not very proactive on reception.
8.0
Location, parking and the warm welcoming atmosphere
No place to hang towels, beach bags or hats inside the room.
And sometimes the noise of the planes crossing over when landing and taking off.
But nothing in general that I didn’t seriously like.

Nicely furnished rooms, very kind people
Extremely noisy. You feel like is you were sleeping in the middle of the runway of the airport.

Excellent location, lovely rooms and wonderful staff!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with a supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy all nearby and a 5-10 minute walk down the hill into town. We had welcome cocktails on arrival, our bags delivered to our room, and our room was upgraded to a sea view for no extra cost. The breakfast was absolutely lovely too well worth the cost.
Not much to say! Maybe if the pools were heated it would be a bit nicer in the winter/spring months!

Honestly, this was one of our favourite hotel stays. the staff were so lovely and accommodating (Emily, Stelios, Nikos and Theodora).
We would like to say a special thank you to Emily as she made sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our stay. We hope to stay here again soon and would definitelyyyy recommend My Mykonos Hotel.

The most beautiful hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly.
Far from Mykonos town

The pool was beautiful with views stretching out over the bay of Mykonos. It is a great place to watch the sun set, and very closely located to popular bar 180 Sunset, just a 5 minute short walk if you want to enjoy some music as well! The staff were fantastic, so warm and welcoming, and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, they even upgraded our room which was such a welcome bonus.
Through no fault of the hotel, the walk up to the hotel from the town is short, but very steep. Perfect on the way down, but would recommend good footwear or a taxi home.

Excellent welcoming staff
Especially Theodora
nothing only that the food was a little expensive but it was high quality

lovely interior of hotel and pool area. good food!
I think considering staying at the property the transfer
fee to and from the hotel is very over priced. you are
better off booking a private transfer as a lot cheaper.

the rooms were clean, the bed was huge and very comfy!
not enough sun loungers by the pool for their guests

Not much. Showed the staff the issue with the mold in the shower. Said they were fully booked and couldn't offer an alternative. Ended up booking elsewhere. Management weren't prepared to offer a refund for two further nights accommodation which was pre paid and we didn't use. Pathetic!
Attitude seemed to be - "we're fully booked, there's nothing we can do...". But once we had made other accommodation arrangements, their attitude changed and all of a sudden there were other room options they could offer us. Too late, we were leaving!

The staff were incredibly friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. The breakfast was lovely as was the service. Great location away from the crowds but close enough to walk.
Not enough sunbeds

lovely and clean, very well presented, amazing staff
no options for breakfast and could have done with a few more sunbeds in busy hours

I thought the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The decor was modern and classy. The food and drinks were really impressive. We really appreciated the free water bottles everyday.
The room needs hooks/rails inside and outside for drying towels and bikinis. The sink area lacked places to keep your toiletries E.g a shelf or under sink cupboard. More sun beds needed. The coffee pods should be re-filled daily rather than one at the beginning.

The staff were very helpful qnd very kindly upgraded our room to one with a private pool for our honeymoon. The regular pool was very nice and had plenty of places to sit/lie. The rooms were very well styled and practical.
