The stay was nice but the pool and jacuzzi was closed for a couple of days. Had to have two pillows replace and the fireplace didn't work. Both things were taken care of. Thank you.

When we arrived there were big boxes in the living room we had to move as well as a taped tissue on a broken chair. I’m assuming maintenance was supposed to be by to take of these things and didn’t show up. On day 3 of our 4 day stay the power went out. I contacted Vacasa and they couldn’t find out when power would turn back on. The power was out only in the set of condos we were staying in- others were not affected. Vacasa said someone would be contacting me soon about it. After several hours we hadnt heard back from anyone and we had to leave and go somewhere else to stay. We weren’t able to cook, shower and we had a lot of food in the fridge. I sent an email stating we were checking out due to no power and asked for a refund for that one night. Nobody ever called me back about the power and I have emailed them a few times requesting a refund for the one night. Still haven’t heard anything. As far as the place- it was clean and close to the lake.

Property was clean and well maintained. Location was very good. I expected it to be closer to the lake with a lake view, and also was under the impression that laundry was in the unit and not in a separate building.

We had a good time staying here, but few things to mention . Its a 2 story house, so for a big group its not very idle, it was too cramped upstairs. Kitchen has very old stove and not many amenities covered, we had to buy many things to support our stay. We even lost power last day and had hard time finding someone to help us.
Laundry is far from the unit and closes at 10 pm , we returned home late and left early so hard to schedule half day to get the clothes washed. It was not convenient for us.

This condo provided a great home-base for our visits to Glacier. We liked having restaurants and grocery stores close by. Our daughter especially loved the pool and beach!

The location was fabulous - can walk to Bonsai, to the public beach (has rentals), access to a path that leads along the river & to downtown. Quiet location.

This rental was clean and easy to access. We got in late and would have loved to have had some ground coffee left for us to use. There were other condiments and coffee filters.

We loved the community on the lake with the indoor pool and sauna! The condo was as advertised, all be it dated. We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing too fancy but a very nice place with all of the amenities we needed to be happy cooking our own food including a really nice gas grill. Beautiful area on the lake and there is a pool and hot tub but it does have limited open days/hours. Pretty easy walk to downtown Whitefish too if you want to go out without driving. Super short drive up to the mountain to ski too.

Overall a very nice property. Fit our needs for a ski and skate day. Some applicances were not very clean. The mattresses were very nice in the bedrooms but the pull out couch mattress needs to be replaced.

Great location and pretty view of the lake. Convenient to grocery store and downtown Whitefish. Not far from Big Mountain for skiing (we visited in Sept though) and only about 30 minutes to West Glacier entrance! One of our best vacations!
Also, the deer are everywhere so drive slow through the neighborhood! And there was a mama black bear sighting and Cubs in the area while we were here, so it was recommended to have your bear spray even when walking around the condo area in evening or dawn.
Some suggestions for the condo……it would be helpful to have a book or just a one pager with the code for the laundry facility and garbage dumpsters. Just some little things like that were missing.

Love the area, love the lake access, love the community! The grounds are in beautifully maintained and are gorgeous. So wish the cleaning staff was better, I would return but we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the unit.

The location is awesome!
Positives: The unit had beach towels, plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils. We liked having Roku/Netflix options in upstairs living area for nighttime movies.
Negatives: Check in wasn't until 4pm, and when we called Vacasa, they wouldn't check with the owner to see if we could check in 2 hours earlier. The air conditioner did NOT work well in 90 degree heat. This is a two-level unit and only one wall unit on the 2nd floor. The dining ceiling fan was not working, so we bought a new battery, and still didn't work.
We also bought a box fan for the basement and left it in the unit for the next guests. There were four broken chairs on the deck, only two plastic working ones and the table on the deck is too big for the space.
SUGGESTIONS: provide floor or tower fans for basement and upstairs bedroom, more chairs on the deck, and beach chairs for guests to use at the beach since there are no chairs on the beach for guests.

Stayed for the weekend with some girlfriends, we had a great time. Everything inside was absolutely spotless and clean. The place is very cozy, and the interior is up to date. The beds were very comfortable, wifi works excellent, and kitchen has everything. Above all, the highlight of our stay was probably the view of the lake through the windows. Highly recommend staying here!

Great facility. Low water pressure in downstairs bathroom. Took a long time for it to heat up. Other than that a great setting and facility.

Good: location is tranquil, you get about 300 feet of beach to walk (between two private beaches), and the kitchenette is well stocked. I also enjoyed that they have board games in the unit for use. As for the “needs improvement”: I saw a greasy hand print on the counter, so they obviously don’t wipe those down. Mattress was subpar at best. I tried notifying the owner that the downstairs freezer wouldn’t stay shut but never got a reply. I did enjoy my stay here and would do it again, but there are definitely a few areas for improvement.

Our group of 8 adults stayed at this property for a weekend trip in August 2020. Note that this was during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the trip approached some of us were getting nervous, so I reached out to the property to see what our options were for canceling. We never heard back. We eventually decided to go anyways, so didn't pursue this further, but I did think this was pretty unprofessional. When we got to the condo, it was quite dirty. Almost seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all, although the sheets and bathrooms weren't bad. However, there was food and crumbs all over the kitchen counters and floors. There was chunks of food and crumbs left in the fridge, which had clearly not been cleaned at all. There was a bowl full of food left in the microwave that we did not discover until our second day, so yet another thing that clearly had not been cleaned. Additionally, there was one garbage that had not been emptied. Normally this would just be an inconvenience, but during a pandemic we considered it a safety issue. We felt like we had to completely disinfect the condo before we felt comfortable using anything.I did reach out to Vacasa after the trip to inform them of our concerns. This included sending pictures of some of the mess described above. They didn't respond to my first email, then when I called them they asked me to send another email and never responded.I understand that things could be backed up due to the pandemic, however cleanliness needs to be a priority especially now. I will say the condo itself was comfortable and nicely located for our purposes. Nothing super fancy, but served our purpose well. The downstairs shower needs some maintenance as the water pressure was so low we couldn't use it.Altogether, we were all kind of disappointed and felt like for the price, we could have certainly stayed somewhere cleaner and better. We were especially disappointed by the lack of responsiveness when we reached out with our concerns. If you stay here, I would recommend coming prepared to clean up after whoever stayed before you.

Great Condo On Whitefish Lake
This condo was super cute with great space for the 4 of us to spread out. It’s right in Whitefish (and on the lake!) and an easy drive to Glacier National Park. I wish they would have let us know the hot tub was closed for covid prior to getting there. But overall the place was great and we had a wonderful week!
