Beyond perfect and loved every minute

Just absolutely beautiful, felt so clean and lots of attention to detail.

Needed some more mirrors in the bedroom, we were four sharing and only one in the bathroom and a full length one which was hard to share when getting ready. Hooks…needed hooks to hang towels, bags etc in the room. Hairdryer didn’t work but we brought our own. Last thing is I had to work whilst there and there’s limited signal and the wifi didn’t reach the room so had to work in the bar area. Not an issue really but couldn’t play music from spotify in the room or facetime home.

Like coming home in Mykonos!

The hosts Jess and Marcus are fabulous - so friendly and willing to help however they can. The property is like an oasis of calm in Mykonos - so stylish and relaxing, you feel like you are coming home. We loved relaxing by the pool with comfortable beds and good music. The rooms were very comfortable and we had plenty of space. Breakfast was also delicious!

Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay. The property is up a steep hill - like most in Mykonos - but we were able to get around fine.

Staff was amazing!

The breakfast was amazing! The property manager was very accommodating even with last minute changes we made. They let us check-in early and were very understanding when we checked out late. They let us know of some fun locations to eat and swim at we did not know of otherwise.

AMAZING! highly recommend and would definitely come back.

I love everything! the room was beautiful and spacious! the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the bartender was the best and super helpful with advice on places to visit around the island! the hotel owner helped me book a car as well which was a super easy process! room is close to town!

The best place to stay in Mykonos

Before we even arrived in Mykonos, Jessica and Markos arranged our transfer to White & Grey from the airport which was friendly and seamless (and about 10-15 mins from the airport). 4 adults stayed in the family suite and it was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed to prepare our own food if needed. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The property itself (containing a pool, bar area, dining area and gardens) was beautifully maintained, always had a calm and tranquil atmosphere and was impeccably clean. The location was perfectly located - 6 minute walk to the closest supermarket and a 3-4 minute drive from the main town centre (which is apparently a 15 minute walk from White and Grey but we didn’t have time to try the walk). The hotel is approximately 8-15 minutes away from all the popular beach clubs. The breakfast spread included in our package was wonderful and varied and included cold cuts of meat, cheeses, olives, breads, jams, honey, yoghurt, muesli and sweet baked goods. It was lovely. Jessica and Markos were fantastic hosts, super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Jessica spent a lot of time with us planning our itinerary, listening to what we had already planned and giving us tips on other places we should visit. Jessica exceeded our expectations by managing all of our bookings and working tirelessly to make reservations for us at the popular beach clubs and restaurants during the busiest week of the high season. When she couldn’t get through to a beach club on the phone, Markos visited their reception desk to make our booking in person. They also are able to arrange ATV and motorbike bookings at a reasonable price. We are so grateful for this exceptional service. Regarding transfers, there are only a handful of taxis on the island so Markos provided our transfers on short notice all across the island. Past 11.

A hidden gem

I’ll start with a small disclaimer: my wife and I love exploring cities and aren’t part of the clubbing crew. So, this will obviously impact my review. We absolutely loved our stay at the White and Grey hotel! The staff is exceptional 👏 They are so friendly and eager to help. They scheduled a pick-up from the port ahead of time and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place is very clean, nicely designed, and well kept. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Old Port, which we particularly liked because it offered proximity but also some distance from the noisy night activities. We had breakfast included and it was so good. It’s a plus that they have a bar open until 11pm where you can grab drinks and food throughout the day. Another plus is that they offer a shuttle service which, from our experience, was around the same price as a normal shuttle. This is quite nice because you can just call them and they’ll come pick you up within 30 minutes. Overall, especially if you love walking and more secluded places, this is the place to stay!

staff was very nice and helpful, they organised an ATV for me which was uncomplicated and a good vehicle. poolside is great too, lots of good places to relax.

breakfast looks good but it's not that high quality in my opinion, especially the coffee the kitchenette is missing some vital utensils like a wash cloth or a proper knife.

PERFECT!

The property is located very closed to the city of Mykonos! We rented a car, one of the best way to get everywhere in the island! The staff was kind, polite and super helpful! Super breakfast and location.

Exceptional

Staff were brilliant; the pool area was gorgeous and a great place to chill out both at night and during the day; the food was amazing, really good portion sizes and definitely good value for money, particularly loved the Royal Salad with figs!; rooms were clean, cool and relaxing with very strong aircon. All in all we loved it, would definitely return and highly recommend!

To get to town there is a relatively challenging walk, down a side road and a large hill but If you have a quad bike / car / moped you’re fine.

Excellent Stay

Collected from the airport by kind Marcus - greeted at reception by welcoming Becky! Room was very clean - shower was hot - lovely furnishings (pictures don’t do or justice) and food was delicious. I recommend the salad with dried figs, the white and grey cocktail and the cosmopolitan!

Everything was perfect.

Lovely stay in Mykonos, excellent service from all the staff. Jessica and Markos were excellent hosts

The room was lovely, cleaned every day with fresh towels. Jessica was so helpful, even before we arrived, she answered any questions that I had. The location is around 20 minutes walk from the harbour, we walked in several nights and felt perfectly safe. We also hired a quad from the hotel which they helped organise which was the best way to get around the island. Our room had the added bonus of the hot tub which was great at night as the location of the hotel is quite breezy so the hot tub was a perfect temperature. We would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was lovely, but more variety for the breakfast that was included would have been great. Other than that everything was perfect.
