Great location but the apartment needs a lot of attention.

The location is amazing, stayed here many times and really is the only reason I stay again.

For the first time, they started asking for a 300 euro holding deposit. I don't have an issue with this, but the apartment has many problems which have always been there. There were cockroaches, the shower leaks badly, sink is loosely fixed to the wall, bathroom extractor does not work, there is damp in the wall between bathroom and lounge because of the shower, this causes the sofa to be damp all the time. This was moved to a different wall this time, but then you cannot watch the tv from there. If they fixed the issues that I have brought to their attention many times, then asked for the holding deposit I wouldn't mind, but this seems to be a way to blame occupants for problems that already exist. I left a list of all the problems with reception, but very much doubt I will stay here again, which is sad as the location is amazing.

Deberían de poner un teléfono de contacto a disposición del cliente para llamar en caso de duda antes de llegar por q es tan céntrico q necesitas muchas indicaciones. Por todo lo demás perfecto.

If you want a comfy stay plz look for smth else, 3/10 I give. really wondering who gives 8 of 10 :(

Located in the very center of the town in the side street of the shopping and restaurants area in 300 m from the beach.

Very noisy in the morning when truck are delivering, also when people are passing at night. The room in not comfy. Meubels are old and dirty, no simple things like coffe machine or even a bottle of water on arrival. Rooms are not clean and stinky (from the time when smoking was allowed I guess). Airco units are old, stinky and noisy. No towels dryers. No bedsheets and pillow to be found for the third person.

We enjoyed our stay overall but was spoilt by the smell of cigarette smoke.

Nice quiet area and central for all amenities. the apartment was clean on arrival.

The apartment was clean on arrival but would have been nice to have had the bedding and towels changed every 4 or 5 days. Also if you are a non smoker i wouldn't recommend these apartments as i could smell cigarette smoke day & night with only one no smoking sign up which was not obvious at all.

Very amazing location, right next to the beach. We reserved a department with balcony and i was amazing!

Great location, wonderful apartment with huge terrace.

There a small and cheep things to be added in order to make it perfect. Place to hang beach clothes and towels, lamps for reading next to the bed

The air conditioning was really noisy. The windows were awkward to use. The street outside was very noisy with delivery trucks. It wasn't clear from the booking whether we had a terrace. When we arrived, we did not.

No view on city. No terrace or balcony. That wasn't clear in appartment description. We stayed for a whole week and no cleaning
