Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed in the large apartment.

A 10 minute walk to Yong-san station, very nice staff, delicious breakfast, close to a grocery shop and ATM in the nearby connected hotel. Nearby shops open between 9 and 10 am
Price was a bit much. They were inconsistent with a promise they made when we checked in, so you shouldn’t trust their every word.

This hotel was amazing the staff were so friendly, central location we travelled as a family and they were fantastic with my daughter. We will defiantly be returning
We liked it all
4.5
Central location, away from traffic, congestion, and frequent protest demonstrations. Mall/grocery nearby. Convenience store and restaurants in Novotel next door. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and office. Very spacious, nicely appointed, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, very clean and modern, service was good, very nice gym.
Construction made access to mall more difficult, but otherwise, location is central and easy to access all of Seoul by cab or subway. We did request extra blankets, but they said they didn’t have any available (?). They did supply some extra sheets.

Impeccable service from all of the staff. Thank you.
Surrounded by electronics malls and nothing much. The nearest shopping mall is iPark mall for cafes and food.

Comfortably sized, well appointed Suite. Good housekeeping, nice touch to provide detergent and dishwasher liquid. Efficient and helpful Front Office. Good choice at breakfast. Five minute walk to Yongsan subway/train station.
At $500+ per night, a bit pricey for its location and facilities. Not near any significant monument/area of visitor interest. Not many dining options in close proximity

room service was taking so long . sometimes 120 minutes.
4.5
The room was amazing. Lovely big bath and shower, kitchen area with washer/dryer and washing liquid included. Instructions for using appliances in English. Room service food was nice. Nice view over the city (although booking.com said river view which we didn’t have). We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or roof garden but both sounded great.
It was a bit far and difficult to come from the train. to be fair, I think it is normally easier but the station exit is having work done so dragging luggage up and down a thin slope with uneven ground wasn’t easy. Not the fault of the hotel but definitely affected our stay. Also a bit out of the way in general and difficult to find food options outside of the hotel, especially at night eg 9pm.

the location is about 7 mins walk to yongsan station and sheltered walkway. room is very good

The view of Seoul and the surrounding mountains was very nice. The junior suite we had was spacious and sumptuously appointed. The staff was very respectful and treated us like vip which was appreciated.
Not much except maybe the location in that there are no famous restaurants or tour sites within walking distance.
3.5
Staff kind and hard-working
Rotten smell in the bathroom, through the pipes in the wash basin, throughout both nights.

The view was outstanding and the bed and blanket were incredibly comfortable. The staff was kind and courteous and comfortable with language accommodation.
The AC in the suite was not in good condition so the room was slightly warmer than I personally would prefer. I tend to keep my rooms around 20°C and the room was stuck around 23°C. Also the main lobby had a nice fragrance but it was a little too strong.
5.0
The facilities in our room
We were not allowed to extend our check out for 2 hrs later than the usual check out time.
5.0
cleanness, location and spaciousness
parking on the weekend was difficult some nights and limited facility access for my son who is 15 yrs old
5.0
Extremely clean and location location
The route to the neighboring hotel that the mall was connected to.

My family liked everything about this residence. Breakfast was great (better than other 5 star hotel that I stayed in youido.) Staff were super helpful. They bring the deliveries to your condo. The condo was quite. I didn't hear any noise except some construction work during the day that was warned in a letter and the fan.
It would be nicer if I had control on that fan. Only big minus was that the hotel was not able to give us Tax Refund receipt at the end of the stay, which could be a big saving for me.

great staffs, great breakfast, great swimming pool, easy to go everywhere in Seoul from yongsan by taxi or subway. and the facilities in the apartment are perfect.
