Whether you're coming to hit the slopes and enjoy the snow or fly fish and hike the wildflower-laden trails, this Warren townhome puts it all at your fingertips. With access to 12 on-site tennis courts, a game room, a fitness center, three shared pools, two saunas, and a hot tub, your stay promises to be fun-filled and hassle-free.
Located in the Bridges building, you'll be less than a mile to the downhill runs and alpine action at Sugarbush Resort, which you can reach with the free shuttle. Surrounded by outdoor adventures and opportunities for relaxation, you may never want to leave.
Step into the main living area and cuddle up with a good book, or lounge on the soft couch while you stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. If you have dirty laundry, the private washer/dryer will take care of them in no time.
Grab a hot cup of cocoa or a local microbrew and head out on the deck to take in the tree-lined views and alpine serenity. Afterward, you can whip up a delicious dish with some local produce.
If it's too cold to cook outside, the fully equipped kitchen features everything you'll need to bring your culinary creation to life, including a dishwasher to lead the charge at cleanup time.
As the day winds down, this two-bedroom, one-bathroom townhome will let up to four guests stay in comfort. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed and plenty of storage for all of your belongings. The second room has two twin-size beds, letting everyone spread out and enjoy some privacy.
Start your day early to make sure you get out on the slopes first! Strap on your skis or snowboard and shred the fresh powder at Sugarbush Resort. Offering a wide variety of downhill runs and snow-filled activities, everyone will have the chance to dive into some snow-filled fun!
During the warmer months, you'll have a seemingly endless array of hiking trails and mountain biking courses to conquer. Head to the local fishing shop and get some inside advice on where to spend the day wetting a line along one of the local rivers. Afterward, head back to float the afternoon away in one of the pools (one outdoor and two indoor) or challenge a friend to a game or two of tennis on one of the 12 courts (two indoor, eight outdoor Har-Tru Courts, two outdoor Red Clay courts), including free court time, so you can work on your backhand.
No matter what time of year you come to visit, this Vermont townhome puts you in the heart of the alpine action while enveloping you with serenity and mountain beauty.

Very nice

The toilet broke and it took several phone calls and text to get someone to respond. One of the call operators apologized that this “amenity” was no longer available. As if a toilet is a luxury item.

This is a great location and space. The owners need to fix the fireplace since it is broken. Yes, it was disclosed. But, if you look at the reviews, it has been OOS for quite some time. It is kind of a standard when you go skiing! Otherwise, the place was great. Nice use of space, comfy beds, great view of the woods, etc.
I am not happy with Vacasa. I had to beg for more than one role of toilet paper and they seemingly couldn't find the only standard size pillow that I left in the master bedroom. Even when I offered to pay. There were other little things that were not left for us too. I could have let that go if it weren't for the other things. They just don't have to local feel that you expect in VT. I am a property owner and so I know what service other PMs provide. I hope you consider change, dear owner.

Thanks for a great visit to Sugarbush. The location made it convenient for the non skier in our group to drop us off at the base and join us for lunch. My only request is for recreation center to open sooner and close later.

We have rented this unit for the past 6 years for a week to ski at Sugarbush. The location of the Bridges is fantastic! The condo itself is nice and light filled but the current owner (Vacasa) has really let the property go. The fireplace didn’t work in 2023 and when we returned in 2024 it was still not functioning which is a bummer for a ski rental. Anyway, the stove has a burner out, the microwave would blow the fuse panel and the power button doesn’t work on the remote. It just seems like the unit has been left to dwindle away without much upkeep which is a shame because the location is amazing! To be fair Vacasa did contact me right away and agreed to compensate me for the hassle. Overall I would recommend this property.

Great for the proximity to Sugarbush, everything else was bad. The hot tub closed at 7 PM, which was not disclosed in the listing. The TV was not connected to anything and did not work. Trying to communicate with the hosts was a nightmare, as this listing simply books you through another website, and every message brings you through a corporate chat system.

Great location. Comfy couch and master bed. Wish the fireplace worked and the TV was a normal one.

With the shuttle bus right outside the door, and the rec center a short walk away, we love The Bridges. This unit is spacious and had the basic stuff needed for a multi day stay (though they could use a few baking sheets and tissues!).

Great condo with calming views out the back; pools are a great added amenity. Would stay again!
5.0 / 5.0
The condo is in a resort with access to tennis courts, sauna, and indoor and outdoor pools. It was immaculate and private. Parking was very close to the entrance. Only drawback is that there is no cell service, so no way to get the early checkin text message. The wifi in the condo was fast and reliable, though. Comfortable furniture and easy to use appliances. Bring your own coffee for the coffeemaker. Laundry and dishwasher detergent are provided.

The apartment was just as seen and described. The place was clean, and had the basic all neatly placed easy to find. The amenities are nice for day where the weather does not cooperate with plans or even just a something to do in the evening after being out and about. The location was perfect for us, we had a few places we wanted to visit and were looking for something not in the city but that would be at the most 1 hour from site we wanted to visit and this place fit that perfectly.

We had a great stay; the unit is generally wonderful. We loved the living and dining room and the bedrooms! A few things that could use some improvement: the oven light kept going on because the door doesn’t stay closed, sink in the bathroom seems leaky- there was always water on the counter, and the second blanket on the main bed felt really old and dirty so we didn’t use it. There was no dishwasher detergent that was mentioned by Vacasa so we couldn’t run the machine. Some things weren’t clear, like where to put trash, so we just left it. Overall, a really great stay with opportunities to improve the experience.

We rented this condo for a ski weekend with our children. It was the perfect spot for a family of 4, accommodations were comfortable and updated.... everything was clean and communication was great! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice, light-filled unit. All the basics were provided: soap, dish soap, new sponge, paper towels, etc. It's on a lower level, but has some view out the back, from the living room, and plenty of light comes in.

During this hot summer, it was great to find a cool location for a few weeks.
Great shower, plenty of hot water
very private lanai with view of woods.
under/over washer/dryer - small but works well.
TV worked well - WIFI adequate - however during heavy local usage may be slow (i.e. late afternoons).
fairly easy lockbox entry
kitchen adequate - many serrated knives but no regular edged knives that were sharp.
flatware limited - 6 dinner knives, 6 dinner forks, 3 teaspoons, and 6 tablespoons (need to wash often)
tons of plates of all sizes, plenty of glassware of all sizes
Queen bed very soft if that is your thing
in case of very warm weather there are two fans - can not comment on heat as we never used it.
fireplace was very enjoyable on chilly nights and mornings
no “Welcome Book” showing places to eat, things to do, sights to see, trails to walk, where to put garbage/recycle, etc.
Various spices provided

This condo is sunny and comfortable! The main room offers a beautiful and peaceful view of the forest, and if you venture onto the deck you can even a burbling brook down below. So beautiful! The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook any meal. The beds are comfortable. The fireplace is cozy on a cold evening. All-in-all, a perfect place to end a day adventuring through Vermont!

Very nice condo super close to Sugarbush
We have stayed here a few times and enjoy the condo, the resort and the proximity to the Mountain. It's a 0.5 mile drive.

Great getaway for family
We really enjoyed our stay at the Bridges. It is very close to the mountain, even walkable although there is a shuttle right out the front door every 18 minutes. They have a great pool, tennis courts and a fire pit where I met some fantastic condo owners who were very friendly. With COVID rules in place, we even had the indoor pool and outside hot tubs to ourselves for an hour each day. The Bridges is close to all of our local favorites, the almost famous Warren Store, Lawson’s brewery, the Mad Taco and not far from Waterbury and Waitsfield. The condo itself has everything you need for a family of four and was comfortable and clean. Great stay and we look forward to our next trip to the MRV.

Enjoyed the stay!
Nice clean property. Arrival instructions sparse. TV remotes didn’t work (no way to control volume) but we managed to download an app to one of our smartphones and make it work. No control for fireplace was huge dissapointnent for everyone. Its tough coming home after a days skiing with kids to have no fireplace pr TV…

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo, it had a great location on the mountain, and was a lovely time of year to visit. We visited Burlington and Stowe while we were there as well as hiked Camel's Hump. Washer/dryer was great too. Would recommend bringing ground coffee, and any sugar you need. We ended up buying coffee beans (oops) so had to buy a grinder, and while there was olive oil and salt and pepper, I was missing sugar for my coffee, but wasn't the end of the world by any means.
Fully functioning kitchen plus herbs and spices. TV was equipped with a ROKU and had access to channels as well. Fire place was warm and being from Texas, greatly appreciated the heaters in the bathroom!
I would stay again for sure!

Great location, nice sized condo, clean, and good beds
The Bridges is a great location for a play-outside vacation (all year round). This condo has a styling and comfortable living room, decent sized bedrooms with good beds (not all rental properties have good beds) and a decently stocked kitchen. A few additional items (dish sponge, an extra dishtowel or 2, and a few oven mitts) would have gone a long way but other than that I was really happy! I did not try to use the TV/entertainment system but it wasn't a regular cable TV - but if you have Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon accounts at home then you're probably just fine for entertainment. Great wifi!

Very nice condo, no issues
This was a great choice for us. We are two adults and two kids.
Condo was clean and adequate for us. Everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Played tennis almost every day. Used the pool every day. Biked to Sugarbush and the new gravity park being built on Norm Robinson.
The Paradise store is open most days, and restaurants are somewhat nearby.
If you need ski gear, Alpine Options is down the road.
Covid has slowed things down a bit but there is always the Waitsfield bridge and river areas for swimming.
If you’re a cyclist, App Gap is seven miles away. A great ride for sure. And lots of mountain bike trails.
As for the tennis, there are 10 outdoor courts, but keep in mind only five have nets and lines. The rest are unmaintained.
There is definitely some slowdown as a result of Covid, but it’s still a great location for a getaway. Wear a mask, be careful.

Great place to stay
A very nice place to stay; clean, nice kitchen, big windows looking out on the snow, comfortable furniture, etc. Really close to the ski resort.
My only complaint is that the concrete steps leading down to the unit got very icy; one of us ended up slipping and falling pretty badly on the way in. (We called the office and they sent someone to deal with it right away)

skiing was great, bridges resort is a little dated. Accommodations were clean and neat. The dishes on the other hand were not, we had to rewatch the ones we used.

Vermont Vacation
Property was clean and well stocked. It was a perfect location, central to all our planned day trips. We would come home early evening to beautiful views and a cozy fire. Surroundings were lovely. It was close to a grocery store and close to town. We would definitely consider again.

Beautiful condo in Vermont
This was an excellent location and condo for my recent vacation in Vermont with my husband. We picked the Warren area so we could see a lot of Vermont. We went to Manchester, Woodstock, Stowe, and Burlington while staying here. Perfect location and excellent condo. We cooked a fresh breakfast and dinner each day and packed a lunch picnic. The kitchen was excellent.

Mostly nicely renovated. Very nice video options. Comfortable beds. Nice gas fireplace. We were quite comfortable.
