About this house rental
Happiness is enjoying the colorful bay views from the open front porch on this beautiful home. Located on the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this spectacular home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room for great family entertaining. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "The Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).
PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist.

This was my first time visiting Pot Nets and the area and it was a really nice experience! House is gorgeous and huge! Came with all the necessities and clean for the most part. High touch/contact areas did appear to need to be wiped down upon our arrival but that was an easy fix! Golf cart was provided and easy to use. House is in a great location for the beach and other amenities.

This was a beautiful home for my family! It is extremely spacious and clean! Very convenient location for bay activities and fun! Fishing, bayside beach and views of the bay are close by. Access to the golf cart was an added bonus that we fully took advantage of and enjoyed while exploring around Bayside! This was a great vacation and getaway! We certainly will be back!

We rented the house for our son and his family from California. The house is located near the beach, children’s playgrounds, and pools. The provided golf cart makes access to those areas convenient. Caution should be taken to avoid the under age kids speeding in their golf carts!The house was perfectly described in the description on the website. The house was clean on arrival and appeared well maintained. A minor issue was that the porch lights were burned out and we had to replace. The furniture in the living room was clean but showing wear as expected in a rental house. The open design of the living, kitchen,and dining rooms was perfect for a vacation home. The ac unit was able to keep the house cool during the heat wave for the week of 6/30 to 7/7. We received exceptional service from the rental manager!We had dinner one night at Paradise Grill, the food was ok but nothing special, the entertainment was ok that night. Other area restaurant and food places visited was Yellow Fins which was outstanding, Long Neck Deli for submarines and steak sandwiches was excellent! The beaches were clean but very crowded, the pools were clean and refreshing, the outlets were great, especially with no Delaware sales tax.It was convenient for us, since our family were a short distance from our bayside home.We would highly recommend this rental house.

Ocean Pier is a lovely house with a gorgeous water view. We rented the place for the covered porch and it did not disappoint. We took our dogs and they enjoyed the porch in the morning and evenings as much as we did. The home was clean when we arrived, but very warm. We immediately closed all the blinds and the ac just didn't keep up even though it was not an overly hot week. Ceiling fans in the unit and better blinds may have helped. The ceiling fans on the porch did not work. When the maintenance man arrived he said he was going to try to work a miracle. I'm assuming he knew the fans didn't work. He said he had to order a part and would be back in a day or two. Six days later we left and the fans were not fixed. Overall, the house is lovely, spacious and comfortable. It was just a little too hot for my family who requires cool especially for sleeping. The golf cart is a wonderful bonus as well as the pool and beach. My family had a great time exploring the community and making memories.

This bay view house in Long Neck is very new and beautiful. I enjoyed reading the morning paper on the front porch looking over the boats in the little inlet in front of the house. It was a short walk to a really nice little bayside beach and a 25 minute drive to Dewey Beach or Rehoboth. The bed was comfortable. We stay in many VRBOs and this one was a little more like a hotel in that while the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc, there were no things you might find in renting a VRBO that is sometimes inhabited. Like salt and pepper, but that is very minor. Overall we really liked the house and neighborhood for it's quiet walks (It was mid September so it there weren't many others around in the neighborhood. We would stay there again. Thanks, Ray

The vacation was great.. the refrigerator needs updated it doesn’t make ice very much or get cold. The temp was set on 40 and drinks or food do not stay cold. The TVs need a cable guide. The TV in the master bedroom just has static on the screen we could never get it to work.. other than that we will definitely be back next year!!

Rental experience was very good, very clean, and exactly as described. Note to management - There is a lot of construction and maintenance. I was woken up at 7am every day to loud machinery, including tree service. Suggest to have heavy machinery limited to a 9am start.

Very clean and spacious
Everything was immaculate and there was plenty of room for my husband and I...plus 4 teenagers! We loved the golf cart. Unfortunately, Paradise Grill restaurant wasn't open yet for the season but it's a 5 minute walk to it. I would also highly recommend Hide Out Bar and Grille for food, good service and 80's decor/ arcade fun for the kids!

Amazing Winter Getaway House
When we started looking for winter getaway, we knew we wanted to be near a beach. When we found this house, we knew we found something special. It sits just a short walk from the beach and offered a peaceful environment to enjoy time with friends.
The booking process was made especially easy with the help of Debbie from the management company. When ice storms hit prior to our arrival, she helped us check in early to keep us safe. As the organizer, I really enjoyed having someone I could reach out to directly and her customer service was exceptional.
The house is freaking beautiful! It was bigger than the pictures let on and was immaculately clean. The large kitchen and numerous seating options made it easy to congregate and enjoy time with one another. The kitchen had the essentials as did the bedrooms. I liked the front bedroom which had a private entrance that I used for morning walks.
The neighborhood was awesome too. We saw a lot of neighbors walking around the block and even ventured out to an estate sale. There were a lot of restaurant and grocery options nearby. We took advantage of the outlet mall and tax free shops nearby.
Overall, I'd I definitely recommend this home. It will meet your expectations and in many ways exceed them!
