This property was well maintained and cleaned. Beautiful view of the lake. No tv or WIFI which was one of my reasons for choosing this property

The cabin was exactly as described. We loved being able to disconnect and enjoy the nature.

Great location right on the lake, however we were not told there was no air conditioning, so it was uncomfortable sleeping at night. Beds were great, and the rest of the cabin was fantastic. I just wish they would have told us there was no AC before we stayed. Other than that it was amazing.

We have been coming to Moosehead Lake for many years. This spring we stayed at 30 Loon Landing on Wilson Pond. The cabin was in an excellent location with lovely views of Wilson Pond. The weather was quite cold so we were happy to have a woodstove (we heat with wood at home). Unfortunately, unlike any other place we have stayed, the wood is not supplied and the cost of "camp wood" at the store is not economical. We relied on the gas heater for the entire week. It kept the cabin warm, but ran constantly (it snowed during our stay)! When I preheated the oven for dinner on the first night, the oven didn't work. It took a while to reach the local representative and another day for a technitian to look at the stove - it was declared non-reparable so we were out of an oven for the week. That was very disappointing as we enjoy cooking. We are supposed to receive an "amenity credit" for the loss. Overall, I would say this was a nice cabin, well equipped kitchen, plenty of thick towels (no TV or internet) and very comfortable. It is dog friendly which is a huge plus! I would return to this cabin and recommend it to others!!

This cottage on the quiet shore of Lower Wilson Pond is the perfect place to get away for some R&R. The cottage is well appointed and extremely comfortable, and surrounded by tranquility. The Association beach is a short walk away and the ideal place to enter the water. The water was warm for this time of year and despite some rainy weather, swimming was the order of the day. My husband bicycled on his favorite routes and I spent a good deal of time reading on the deck overlooking the beautiful pond and listening to the sound of the loons. We definitely want to return.

Perfect!!
Cabin was perfect for 2 people and a dog. Cozy inside with a beautiful view of the pond and mountains. Nice and clean and had all the necessary kitchen items. Loved the walking trails around the pond and the outside fire pit. The area was quiet and peaceful. Short and beautiful drive to Greenville for food and supplies. Great cell service which I was nervous about. No TV service but we brought our playstation and was able to use our phones mobile hotspot to watch Netflix thru the playstation so it worked out good. We loved it and would love to come back. I definitely recommend this place to others. You will not regret it!!!

We loved this place
We had such a great time here was not ready to leave...The walk to the water wasn't far and so quiet. The camp itself was so nice and kept up and plenty of room for just us...

Peaceful and Pristine
We stayed at this lovely cabin to celebrate my sister’s 50 birthday. Private beach spot to launch kayaks but bring booties or crocks as the ground is sharp and slippery, the association beach is right next door with sandy bottom for swimming. We hiked in the woods and overall a beautiful spot. A grill was there snd we used it every night which made clean up easier. Little Wilson Pond is beautiful! Great location!!

Peaceful, secluded
Love how quiet this cabin is. It is our second time here and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was so appreciated that there were new screens in the doors! Two suggestions- some chairs on the porch, and maybe a canoe? We love the loons, the fire pit, and cleanliness of cabin. Thanks!

Fantastic weekend in Greenville!
The cabin is perfect. Nice furnishings, all the comforts of home (minus cable or the ability to stream TV). The outside covered deck with a picnic table was perfect for games and gathering. The fire pit outside was a great bonus! The property is fairly private, one neighbor to the left but far enough to feel like we weren’t right on top of them. It’s pet friendly as well, which was a plus. Wilson pond is quiet and beautiful with the clearest water. There is a path to walk to an association beach and dock where we were able to keep our boat. We would definitely recommend this property to families or even a couple wanting a quiet weekend away.

Getaway
So the parking is excellent. We had 2 pickups with boats in tow and two other cars. Plenty of sleeping space for our group. So I'm not a big fan of property associations but there is some benefit. Very nice people. A great swimming area and super dock to dock the boat at. Very little worry about people messing with your stuff. The camp was clean and organised. Everything worked as it should. Thanks to the owners for sharing their space !

Outstanding
Beautiful, clean, good communication from staff, well-stocked with everything we could need... we were thrilled and will definitely look to stay again in the future. The only complaint we have is that the firewood provided was very green-- not good for burning at all. I'd recommend bringing some good, dry firewood of your own. Extremely minor issue for us, though. Very impressed!

Amazing
Beautiful little cabin on a gorgeous lake. Stayed here in mid August. The water was crystal clear and super warm, excellent for swimming. Would highly recommend.

30 Loon Landing
The cabin was well stocked with dishes and linens. We loved the fire pit, the set up away from the cabin itself. The drawbacks with our stay included the beach having drift wood along the shoreline. Not the safest spot for children nor a desirable entrance to the lake. We had issues with spiders and ants inside the cabin itself, dust with dirt on the windows along with it littering the floor in some areas. The insulation was exposed in some areas. Besides the slight messes and insect issues the cabin was cozy.

Maine cabin
The cabin and property were great. You feel very secluded. There is a house next-door but they were very quiet and we didn’t really notice them. We had a company deliver a canoe and kayak, so we had lots of fun on the water. And the fire pit was so enjoyable.
I did not like trying to get my questions answered through the management company. It took two weeks for them to get back to me about questions we had about the property. I would greatly prefer to speak directly to the owners. I realize that there is a pandemic, but it was just so hard to get hold of them.
