Things you should know:

1 - At many lodges in Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability.

Current Overnight Parking Rates:

Nov 1 - Apr 30 - $50/night
May 1 - Oct 31 - $30/night

2 - There is a No Smoking Policy which is strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined. This includes any cigarette, vape and marijuana products.

3 - There is a No Pet Policy which is strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined.

4 - Service Animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are allowed. The work or tasks performed by a Service Animal must be directly related to a guest staying at the property, and to that individual’s disability. Emotional Support, Comfort and Therapy animals are not Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not permitted.

We had some issues with checking in as we arrived a day late, but the property manager helped us out and was very responsive throughout our stay. She was very helpful. I called as there was no AC unfortunately, but this is common in almost all areas of CO. The place was clean and space was great! We enjoyed all the shops in Breck! We would def stay again.

To celebrate our anniversary, my wife and I decided to stay at this wonderful studio located in the heart of Breckendridge. The many hot tubs and heated pool was amazing and the location was perfect to easily walk to everything, including the gondola. We really enjoyed our stay. The one thing that took some getting used to was using the app in order to use the elevator and unlock our room; if you forget your phone or don't want to bring it, then you are pretty much out of luck. Other than that, I can't recommend this place enough.

I didn’t found in online advertisement info regarding parking spot, that it’s subject to separate and additional charge… This was ridiculous especially that pick 9 lifts been already shut down…. Also, no confirmation emails, no check in info emails - had to call and text few times manager but Twilla was thankfully on top of the game!

Hard to beat this location in Breck. Walking distance to Peak 9 base area lifts and town. Great communication and very clean unit.

This condo is just steps from the lift and a short walk to all the downtown restaurants and shopping. So convenient and everything you need for two people. Twilla was amazing to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Close to Peak 9 lift; great for 2 people—more people might be a tight fit. Clean and had all the kitchen basics. Finishings are very nice; walking distance to Main Street with plethora of shops and eating places. Fabulous communication with property manager/owner—kind, patient, and helpful. Highly recommend :-).

We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend. It was perfect for the 2 of us! And would have been plenty of space if our 2 kids had been with us. Location was great, everything we needed in walking distance. Twilla was excellent at communicating from the time of booking, until the morning we checked out!

We enjoyed our stay. We’ve been in the building before and enjoy the amenities and location. I will say the appointment of the furniture and lack of storage make it difficult for 4 travelers. We’ve had access to the ski lockers in past stays in this building and it makes a difference for ski equipment, luggage, etc.

Great location and efficient layout. Easy walk to ski rental and Quicksilver chairlift. Walked back each day for break from skiing at lunchtime. Kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and anything needed for preparing food. With 4 adults in room, appreciated the bathroom layout (2 sinks, separate rooms for shower and toilet). Very close/easy walk to downtown. Enjoyed the hot tubs. Liked the extra pillows, blankets, and linens.

This place was really great. It’s within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge and all the shopping you could want to do. I really enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and hot tub also. Our room was very clean and really overall our whole time here was perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. Twila was also a top notch host.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this studio. The space was perfect for a long weekend stay for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday in Breck. The place was very clean, well-stocked, and it was cozy! We loved having the full kitchen so we could cook dinner and prep our lunches for our hikes. Twilla was EXCEPTIONAL at communication and was a super-fast responder when I had a couple of questions during our stay. Highly recommend this space!! And the host is awesome!!

Twilla was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Pros:Condo was pleasant with a view. Bathroom was large and bed was comfortable. Condo was clean when I checked in. Cons: Non functioning window opener in kitchen made it less airy inside. Damage to microwave trim panel was noted. Overall a nice condo for the price.

Everything was great, the only downfall was the temperature of the room at night. It got very hot, little air flow and the air was super super dry. Other than that it was an awesome stay and would highly recommend!

Great little studio for the weekend bourbon fest. Well appointed and comfortable. Just need to replace the tv. It’s all blotchy in and out. No big deal. Didn’t ruin our stay.

This studio condo is an excellent place for a summer visit to Breckenridge. The location is perfect - right in town very close to shopping, dining, and the Riverwalk Center! The check-in/check-out is so easy and very convenient. The studio itself is smartly laid out using the space in this unit. And the owner, Twilla, is wonderful and very responsive to any question or need.

The location could not have been better! I really appreciate that Twilla called me the morning of the stay to verify whether we needed onsite parking. I highly recommend using the convenient garage parking. The amenities & condo were clean and really enjoyable. We could see the lift from the hot tubs. We can't wait to visit again! This property was absolutely everything we could have asked for! The location is amazing - a true ski in/out property and close to all the amazing restaurants Breckenridge has to offer. The property was well maintained with a very well equipped kitchen. We will absolutely be back!

Great location; perfect for small group of 2-3. Onsite amenities were great (hot tubs, pool, gym). Check in is a bit dicey if driving-no real obvious areas to stop/park. Would recommend pulling in to the hotel entrance area-putting on your hazards and jumping out to the code box(just next to the parking entrance). Communication with Twila was terrific. Enjoyed the spot, just next to lifts at base of peak 9
