Adding a few condiments in the kitchen, microwave and an American coffee maker would be helpful. The host was wonderful and the location, the A/C, and the parking made our stay one of the best!

Very beautiful place with balcony and private parking

The host Alex is very kind and responsive, welcomed us to the house. The car can be parked in a closed yard at no extra charge. The beds were very comfortable, we lay asleep just like at home.

We regret that we could not stay longer. There is no kettle and iron for clothes, cooking pans need to be replaced as they have been scratched, so we did not use them.

Fabulous apartment. Large bright rooms. Alex was waiting on time and warm welcome.

Fabulous location. Quiet building with lift. Apartment has character and a view from the little balcony. Very clean, large comfortable bed and good towels. I would stay again great base for exploring the lake and short walk to the bars and restaurants

No kettle or iron for clothes, cooking pans need replaced as scratched so did not use Alex advised there had been one but had been taken 😲

Great location, clean and comfortable, friendly and knowledgeable host, close to many restaurants, cafes, and bars.. I have nothing to complain about!

Couldn't have asked for a better place in the Como/Cernobbio area! No negatives.

Bring teabags!

Lovely airy spacious central apartment and very pleasant host Georgio. Overall, I recommend this apartment. And the photos don't do it justice - it's much nicer, especially the ultra modern bathroom with fab shower

It's a 2 bed apartment but the second bed wasn't made up (there was an assumption that because we were just 2 guests that we would be sharing a room - not!) Absolutely no pantry items such as tea, coffee, oil, sugar, salt in the (immaculate) kitchen. The inclusive Italian breakfast (small capuchino and pastry) is in a pleasant cafe in town but not worth the effort, I think... Lots of local noise at all hours, especially noisy mopeds and competing bells!

Fabulous

Spacoius and cosy appartment in an older building, just a short walk to the lake, lake and park view, very welcoming and nice host. Free coffee and croissant in the near pasticceria. Free and safe private parking even for larger cars.

It was extremely hot during our stay, an air conditioner would be necessary. No elevator.
