Hotel not well looked after

The bed was comfortable, the sheets nice and soft and the air-conditioning worked well. I didn't use any of the other facilities as I was just there overnight before catching a train.

Unfortunately the place is in need of some love, the paint was chipping in the room, the bathroom was all stained around the tiles and was dusty so not cleaned recently/properly. The coat hangers were broken but still hanging up! I believe the photos on here are at least 10 years old. The place is affordable for a hotel but the price is low because of the state it's in.

Indoor pool and a varied breakfast menu

Room cleanliness is lacking, lots of hair on the floor and there are splashes of sauce on the walls that have not been cleaned. Every day the room is only tidied up, not swept and mopped, the room floor is sticky.

Stayed one night to catch an early train next morning. Arrival hall looked amazing. Lot of choices for breakfast.

Room was disapointing. Huge comfy bed, but bathroom was dirty and smelly. No windows that could be opened for fresh air. Pool closed at 6pm, unconviened for late arrivals.

It is located nearby Paskal Mall. Easy to find food if you're hungry.

I got a room at 7th floor and it is next to a karaoke club. You could hear the noise and wall banging through out the nite until 11pm. The wifi keeps on logout and signal was not okay.

Very close to Railway Station and good property.

Good breakfast, restaurant staff very supporting. Room was spacious.

Very bad road at entrance. Bathroom towels were dirty.

There was a gym so its okay

The breakfast was flavorless, the first time I arrived at the hotel, we had some problems with the bathroom, the door couldnt be locked, the bathtub, also the light at our room. The connection of the wifi wasn't stable.

Nothing but the lobby. The lobby is huge and looks elegant but not the rest.

Good hotel, comfort and affordable price

Big room size, Large size for twin beds, Good facilities, Big Hotel, Good location, Affordable price, Good staff, Good breakfast, Comfort bed and High pressure water for shower. Everything was doing good.

Maybe because of pandemic and occupancy was low before, some spots not well maintain and dusty. Also amenities looks old and dirty, should be change with new one.
