Central location, excellent internet. decent price, and many restaurants nearby.

Location is close to the center and the staff was very good, Internet worked well and I liked that they had CNN in English. They also cleaned my room early, which was great. They also had a power strip which was great,

Water pressure was marginal in shower.

Cet 'hotel' est situé dans le centre. Les employés font de leur mieux pour vous être agréable. Par contre, ils sont dénués de tout pouvoir de décision, ce qui pose problème quand, justement il y a un problème ! Un distributeur d'eau est à disposition.

Il fut difficile d'obtenir le Wifi du fait de ne pas disposer d'internet car seul un QR code est prévu ! La soit disant salle de bain est un enfer ! Au moins 2 à 3cm d'eau demeurent au sol. Un 'tapis' trempé est posé à la sortie de la pièce pour vous essuyer les pieds mais, l'état de ce tapis n'est guère inspirant. Ainsi, pour aller aux toilettes, dont la lunette est cassée, vous avez les pieds dans l'eau. Tout cela pose un sérieux problème d'hygiène et voilà oblige à des contorsions pour éviter de tremper la chambre. Le linge de lit est en matière synthétique très désagréable. La couverture supplémentaire est sale. Les télécommandes sont sous cellophane ?! Au lieu de proposer des produits de grignotage, mieux vaudrait revoir les installations pour donner à cet établissement l'appellation d'hôtel.

The location is perfect—one short block from Teleferico. Easy walk to many places! Flower market!

Good location. The maid was very sweet. The wi-fi signal was consistent.

The lady who dealt with me-Hortensia-was so friendly and helpful-arranged a taxi for me when I was leaving.Eric was also friendly and approachable.The room was clean and serviced daily.A.C.worked well and sleep quality was good...plus a convenient location.Worth returning to.

Inexpensive old hotel in great area, but needs updated bathroom.

Location was great, as well as staff. Bed was very comfortable. Great price!

Room was small, toilet did not flush completely. Shower was terrible. Only one plug for the entire room. Only overhead light. Rooms were pretty old!

Very good

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were constantly offered tea and coffee. We were able to leave our bags with them on our last day, which was great. The location is excellent. Just a block from the cable car.

Little bit noisy as the doors are metal but for the money you cannot complain.

Average hotel with a sympathetic and hard working staff.

In the heart of the city. View on the mountain.

Weak WiFi signal in my room. I had to go out for a good signal. It took long for hot water to come and at the end the bathroom was overflowing. Even the hard working staff can change this old hotel not in a castle. Due to the high rate my expectations were maybe a bit to high.

The staff at the hotel are just so kind and attentive, the hotel is in the center so main attractions are near so you might walk, good accommodations, it's comfortable, I would come back for sure.

Good value for the money

First and foremost, the staff was excellent. They were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to your needs. Coffee and tea was offered to me every morning. The room was spacious and clean. The property’s condition was reasonable for the price so don’t expect luxury. I recommend this place!!!

The bathroom door was metal and didn’t close completely but can be fixed.

Great location, tiny room in old hotel but clean

Great location close to attractions. Room small, no hot water my 3rd day. Fan did not work. But clean and comfortable and very close to main attractions. Cheap. No one spoke English. They did bring me a fan the 3rd day. Not luxury like NH hotel but decent. No pool. No window screens. They gave water each day and soap. Not bad.

Amazing Value for Money

The Location was very central in this wonderful town. I had an amazing view of the Mountain and the staff was super friendly! Bonus for me: I was able to use my Netflix on the SmartTV in the room.
