Localização e conforto.

A localização é excelente. Fica na rua principal onde encontram-se vários restaurantes, lojas e bares, além de ficar em frente as piscinas naturais. A piscina é bem agradável. A atendente Miss é a pessoa mais simpática e atenciosa do hotel.

O hotel fica em uma rua fechada para veículos, portanto, não tem estacionamento nem tem como parar em frente para deixar as bagagens. Mas é tranquilo estacionar nas ruas próximas, sem necessidade de colocar em um estacionamento particular. Quase em frente ao hotel tem um restaurante bar que à noite tem musica ao vivo até tarde, isso atrapalhou o meu sono mesmo com a janela fechada.

Super válido ficar! Eu voltaria!

Vista deslumbrante, piscina com borda infinita, elevador, quarto confortável. Muito bem localizada, não precisa pegar carro para nada.

Achei o quarto pequeno, poucas toalhas, trocam apenas dia sim e dia não, em local de praia acaba sendo ruim.

Recepção decepcionante.

Nada..

O atendimento na recepção péssimo. Pessoas sem preparo. Sr. Alberto "Beto" não sabe informar as regras ou disponibilidade de apartamento antes das14h. Fiquei na recepção esperando uma posição e ele saiu para almoçar sem dar uma resposta definitiva. Tentei falar com responsáveis.nada... Sra Leila ? estava de folga. Ninguém mais para me dar informações adequadas. Fiquei de 11:30 às 13h onde desisti de esperar sem um mínimo de retorno de informações. O recepcionista simplesmente ignorou a hóspede e foi almoçar em silêncio. . Nem a substituta tinha orientação. E no final tinha apartamentos disponíveis desde então. Não volto neste hotel.

La no disponibilidad de cierto personal, teníamos un olor muy fuerte a humedad en el cuarto y no nos acogieron nuestro reclamo , tuve que comunicarme por correo con una perdona de gerencia y me dieron solución inmediata , se corto mucho la luz y el agua , pero no se si es todo el sector o el hotel

the breakfast and location are great we were celabrating wedding birthday and I requested a good room. my room was at second floor and in front of my window, there was a wall. the shower was not good and the room maid did not clean our room one day

The location and the breakfast.

The shower was terrible, and really dangerous. the hairdryer was awful, really old. the air conditioner didn’t work properly. Was so noisy, you could hear literally everything from outside the hotel and everything from the hall. We paid a fortune for one night, very disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing

Location only. Some workers were nice.

Very strong sewer smell in front of the hotel and also outside the hotel. Nightly workers were without a mask on their phones all the time. At check in (6pm), he made me feel very unwelcomed like it was a bother for him having to check us in. Horrible bedding.

Location is great. View form roof top is one of the best in the city

Staff is not friendly at all. Superior room have only one small mirror. The roof top have no cover or protection for sun or rain, so either you're burning under the sun or wet under the rain

AMAZING PLACE AND PEAPLE

The location is perfect. The pool is amazing! And breakfast is wonderful

Maybe I could have requested, but there was no blanquet besides the regular sheets in the room. I get cold at night, it's nice to have that available.
