przestronny apartament idealny dla naszej 6. czysto, pościele pachnące , spora ilość ręczników , przytulny balkon . mydło i żel pięknie pachniały .
zbyt miękkie materace, słabe wyposażenie kuchni, brak kieliszków do wódki, brak pokrywki do patelni, nie wyniesione śmieci po poprzednich lokatorach, zawieszone zasłony na listwie przesuwnej , które kilka razy odpadały bo nie da się ich przesuwać... no i brak łóżeczka dla niemowląt to spory minus...

Mieszkanie położone w starej kamienicy, wejście od ciemnego podwórza dawało negatywne wrażenia. W prysznicu odpadało trzymanie słuchawki prysznicowej.

Lage und Ausstattung des Apartments haben mir gefallen. Trotzdem kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen, so lange es über RentPlanet vermittelt wird.
Ich konnte das Apartment am ersten Tag nicht beziehen, weil RentPlanet den Zugangscode verspätet erst nach 19 h gesendet hat und weder telefonisch noch anderweitig erreichbar war. Da ich nicht eine Nacht ohne Bleibe riskieren konnte, habe ich notgedrungen in einem Hotel übernachtet. RentPlanet will leider die Verantwortung für seinen Kommunikationsfehler nicht übernehmen und mir sind doppelte Übernachtungskosten entstanden.

Posizione strategica in quanto a 5 minuti dalla piazza principale, ma comunque silenziosa,. L'appartamento è collocato al quinto piano, ma c'è l'ascensore. Si accede al portone principale, a qualunque ora, tramite codice fornito dai gestori e la chiave dell'appartamento si recupera da una piccola cassaforte.
L'appartamento è molto moderno e ampio, con un bel salotto e un bagno fornito di tutto. Ci sono due stanze, una con letto singolo e una matrimoniale, entrambe ben arredate con letti comodi.
Suggerisco ai gestori di mettere delle tende più spesse o delle tapparelle alle finestre, almeno nelle camere da letto. Ci sono solo delle tendine ed avendo soggiornato a giugno, il sole si alzava prima delle 5 e per entrambi è stato impossibile non svegliarsi a quell'ora. Se siete abituati a dormire al buio, valutate delle mascherine per la notte. Peccato perché i letti erano confortevoli!

Great location! The apartment has everything needed and it's actually a great value for money. The building has a glass elevator (a nice surprise). Furthermore, the view from our window was also very nice.
The only disturbing thing is the smell: the smell of cigarettes in the building downstairs & waterwater tubes in the corridor. However, it didn't influence my overall great impression.

The apartment outside of safety issues was okay
The entry to the property was almost derelict, four flights of stairs were unsafe for our use. Broken and the Bannister's had huge gaps in them leaving us concerned for our children's safety, with the apartment up four floors. On top of this once we got to the apartment the easily accessed and openable windows had no lock mechanism on them leaving it a huge hazard for our small children. We did not stay in the property and had to leave due to these safety concerns.

Apartament w najlepszej lokalizacji. Tuż przy rynku, blisko komunikacji miejskiej. Kamienica cicha, spokojna. Czystość apartamentu na najwyższym poziomie.
Myślę, że przy tego typu apartamencie należałoby zadbać o detale takie jak ręcznik papierowy/kuchenny, więcej kawy, herbaty, soli, cukru, czy kieliszki do wina. To drobnostki ale jeszcze bardziej wpłynęłyby na odbiór tego pięknego mieszkania.

Brak internetu oraz tv . Mimo zgłoszenia pierwszego dnia oraz ciągłego upominania się przez nas na infolinii . Brak reakcji ze strony obiektu . Dziura w drzwiach wejściowych. Brak ręcznika papierowego w kuchni .

L'appartamento che ho prenotato si trova in ul. Jodlowa a Breslavia RentPlanet Apartmenty Stare Maisto, questo è l'indirizzo della sua struttura che ho scelto. Ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti al numero +48717550150, inviando foto della mia prenotazioni ma il problema non è stato risolto. Mi hanno assegnato un appartamento diverso e scomodo. Le foto dell'appartamento che ho scelto non corrispondono all'appartamento ricevuto. Tutto questo è pubblicizzato su Booking con foto. L'appartamento che mi è stato assegnato al mio arrivo si trova in un indirizzo diverso, Psie Budy in Breslavia, il materasso vecchio e scomodo, l'appartamento si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore, palazzo vecchio e luci del condominio buie. Ho pagato per un appartamento diverso e più piccolo, in una diversa zona, da quello che ho richiesto. Assistenza pessima all'arrivo di notte in centro a Breslavia con temperature a -3° e ho dovuto soggiornare nell'appartamento che ho trovato. Sigh. Pessima esperienza ma la città di Breslavia è bella.

Всё время нашего пребывания отсутствовал Wi-Fi. Нам очень был нужен интернет. Мы более 20 раз связывались с представителем хозяина, но эту проблему он так и не решил. В номере отсутствует нормальное отопление. Обогрев только кондиционером. Но кондиционер работает очень громко, спать невозможно. Окна выходят на оживленную улицу, очень шумно. Особенно в пять утра сильно слышен проходящий под окнами трамвай. Дом старый, лифта нет. Лестница опасная, можно упасть. Категорически не рекомендую, особенно с детьми.

Zaniedbania i braki techniczne. Uszkodzone meble. Zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty w postaci 4 saszetek kawy i herbaty dla 3 osób na tydzień. Uszkodzona instalacja elektryczna i brak możliwości korzystania z urządzeń kuchennych jak mikrofala czy czajnik elektryczny. Brak miejsca do wyniesienia odpadów. 1,5 rolki papieru toaletowego. Brak parkingu - parkowanie albo na drogich prywatnych albo płatne wokół rynku. Ogólnie nie polecam.

Bardzo ładny apartament w starej kamienicy. Wyposażenie optymalne. Okna wychodzą wprost na Rynek. Widok cudowny, rekompensuje trud wejścia na 4 piętro. Lokalizacja super, wokół pełno restauracji, barów, no i wszędobylska Żabka. Blisko do środków lokomocji.

A parte degli iniziali problemi di comunicazione con l'host , per il resto e' andato tutto bene. I messaggi con le indicazioni per effettuare il check in sono stati puntuali e il tutto e' stato molto chiaro e semplice. Ci e' stato inviato l' indirizzo ed il codice per accedere alla struttura che si trova proprio nella piazza del mercato. L' appartamento si trova al primo piano e dispone di due camere con ognuna con un letto matrimoniale alla francese con due grandi finestre che si affacciano sulla piazza e , nei giorni del nostro soggiorno, sul mercatino di Natale, che ha reso l' atmosfera ancora piu' magica. Ci sono solo delle tende oscuranti che pero' non impediscono alla luce di entrare ma per noi non e' stato un problema. C' e' anche una cucina attrezzata e tutto quello che puo' servire. L' unico aspetto meno positivo e ' il bagno senza finestra e senza aspiratore ma con un' ottima doccia e provvisto di bagnoschiuma, sapone e phon. Appartamento pulito, curato, con letti comodi e piumini caldi . Nonostante i termosifoni fossero freddi, in casa si stava molto bene. Inoltre l' appartamento era silenzioso anche durante la notte. La posizione e' comodissima per raggiungere a piedi tutti i punti di interesse.

La ubicación del apartamento que había contratado era magnífica, lástima que me tuve que marchar a las 2.am porque me comunicaron a esa hora que no había agua caliente
Avisé que mi vuelo llegaba tarde y me contestaron que no me preocupara que se abría con un código, el cual me enviaron incompleto. Después de tener que llamarlos a las 1.40am de la madrugada me avisan ya con las maletas deshechas que no hay agua caliente. Me ofrecen otro apartamento a 15minutos pero me tengo que trasladar por mis medios en una ciudad que no conozco bajo cero y con dos niñas. El apartamento al que me envían con goteras , humedades y no me ofrecen solución .que no sea irme a 40 minutos de mi ubicacion ,hasta el tercer día. Dos traslados , dos días durmiendo con goteras y humedades y un servicio pésimo porque hasta la penúltima noche no me ofrecieron una solución. Y tuvieron la desfachatez de pedirme el dinero de la limpieza por usar 2 apartamemtos

L'appartement etait vraiment au centre de la vielle ville ,on avait accee a tout,les restaurants,caffes,bars,trams,et parcking.
C'etait propre et confortable.
L'eau de la douche qui n'etait pas régulièrement chaude et il n'avait pas trop d'eau. C'etait un challenge de se doucher.

Lovely clean modern apartment, comfortable with a great balcony at jana powla.
It was further out than I expected and no where near our friends when we both had booked at the same time it really spoilt it for us I think when booking the street should be specified, not after booking. The overhead shower didn't work and there were no instructions on how to work the oven or hob... It was not self explanatory.

The location is awesome, across Rynek Square. The room has a TV, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, and kitchen facilities.
It was a challenge to come inside a room. The problem of direct payment via a booking platform was not available. No washing machine. No elevator.
