Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht

Das Essen war sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Lage unseres Zimmers erschien uns anfangs etwas eigenartig (Terrasse, von Büschen abgegerenzt, dahinter einige Geräte. Wir kamen aber bald auf den größten Vorteil des Zimmers drauf: die Strandnähe. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, besonders die Dame am Restauranteingang.

Das WLAN hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert.

Hotel je uredu, preksup za ono sto nude. Osoblje je jako drago i ljubazno.

Hotel nam je napravio dobrovoljno upgrade na bolju sobu s blakonom i pogledom na sobu. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i pristupačno. U sobama se nalaze odlicnan sampon, losion i sapun. U sobi postije i kuhalo gdje su nas docekali caj i kava. Hrana je fina i ima puno izbora. Spa centar je odlican, ima bazencic, jacuzzi, 3 vrste saune.

U sobama nismo dobili papuce ni ogrtace. Kasnije smo tek saznali da ogrtace mozemo zatraziti. Za tu cijenu po noci ocekivala bi minimalno ogrtace i papuce da te dockekaju u sobi. TV je jako mali i zastarjeo s puno stranih kanala koji nemaju prijevod. A i dobro di doslo modernije uredenje sobe. Sve je ovo su sitnice, ali najveci je problem sto postoji problema s vlagom i to da u hodnicima curi voda s plafona da ju moras izbjegavati. Nadam se da ce se to uskoro rijesiti.

Good for a short break

We checked in earlier because the room was ready, and that was a big plus. The hotel is part of a chain and there are other hotels nearby. Room was small, but clean, anyways we spend the entire day outside. Breakfast and dinner with a lot of varieties, it might be a bit crowded, but still plenty of space to sit and enjoy the food. Pool area is also crowded, but if you are lucky to go there earlier in the morning, you can find sun beds just below the pool area or pay additional 20€ and rent some at the beach.

We loved it and plan to stay here again!

The staff is helpful and very nice. Food was amazing. Dinner had vegetarian and vegan options which we were very happy with. There are 2 outside pool areas so it wasn’t too crowded. The hotel is also encouraging to be green and sustainable, which we think is amazing. There are quite a few cute little messages/quotes on how to be more sustainable around the hotel, which we think is really important, so we loved it. We also love that the hotel is pet friendly.

Self serving coffee machine at the breakfast buffet could be a little bit better, but there are other coffee options, so it’s not a problem.

Rooms are nice, staff is very friendly and professional.

In the room there is watter heater but no caffe bags, also no slipers in the room. Mini bar was empty, filled on demand. Breakfast ingridiends were "cheep".

Big disappointment

The room was clean and good size but without the possibility of regulatinng the heating. When we got into the room it was heated at 25°C and after requesting at the reception to lower the temperature to 18°C it was still unbearably hot specially during nighttime. How very sustainable!? The staff was very acomodating.

The excesive temperature as mentioned. The inside pool is far too small for the hotel of this size and accomodation capacity. Much smaller than in Valamar Corinthia in Baška that is only a 3 star hotel. Compared to Cotinthia as well they have less choice of food and do not have brunch included in the price. Rabac is a dead location during winter time whitout even a kiosk. So hotel could at least have a small gift shop.

Staff very polite and helpful...

Jacuzzi temperature very low..whole room actually cold....not even one available sun lounger... no place to put the towel...place was packed...additional charge for bathrobe ( usually u get it free together with sliders) location ...in winter time not really good idea to walk on the rain to get spa centre or dinner which is based in main building...

Best location, regular hotel, no activities out of the season.

Very nice located hotel. Beautiful view. The hotel is nice, even if is old but everything is functional, in good condition. The area around the hotel is perfect for walking or swimming in the sea. The room was regular but clean with minimum facilities for 4 stars ( mini fridge, locker, water heater for tea, hair dryer ). The 2 main beds were comfortable even if they were of different dimension... Inside pool available and opened, towels provided, free jacuzzi. Free parking being out of the season. The food for breakfast was ok and good variety. The food for dinner was also tasty and good variety but nothing special.

Excepting the pool there was nothing else opened, no other activity, no entertainment. Even the playroom for kids was closed. Feels like there is nothing to do around being out of the season. The 3 beds rooms was in fact 2 beds + 1 armchair which was extremly hard, almost impossible to sleep on it. The hot water before dinner when everybody was showering probably, was some moments hot some moments cold. The employees had a "fake smile" look like they are very said working there. The promoted "included soft drink" represent some bad quality juices, but at least there is free water. 1 glass of beer at dinner 36 kn, way too much.

Very small Spa facilities for such a big hotel. The spa is located in a main building therefore the guests staying in other units of the hotel do not have direct access....If the spa is very important to you, this hotel is not the best choice.
