Wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber, alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann.
Das Bettsofa und die Kopfkissen waren etwas unbequem.

The apartments have high quality finishes and materials. It was clean and quiet. The apartment has everything except a microwave and a dishwasher. There is underground parking for free.
The apartments are made with high quality, but there is no feeling of comfort there. Also the apartments seemed very small and smaller than the description of 55 square meters. I think there is no more than 35 square meters. View from the window to another house, there was a mess on the balcony and this worsens the view from the window. The building has a swimming pool, but there is no desire to swim in it, it really does not look attractive. These apartments are only for stays of 1-2 days at most.

Location for the Jakobshorn ski lift was outstanding and within easy walk of two rental shops as well.
The assistant at the property only spoke German, which was an issue. We struggled through but never felt 100% clear on how to get in when we arrived.

Hot water and wi-fi.
This was a very disappointing experience. I have no idea how it is rated so highly on Booking.com. After travelling all day we were left to look for a key that had been left by the caretaker who coudn't explain to us where it was. Eventually he turned up and he let us in. We had to climb a flight of stairs. as not every floor has a lift and he unbelievably !!!!!!! did NOT help us carry not even one bag. It was disgraceful. Once in the flat we were looking forward to putting the kettle on but there was no adapter. The caretaker does not speak anything other than German and expects the guests to speak German. Thanks to google translate we managed to make him understand and he came back a while later with an adapter. The towel rail was broken. The owner was unable to repair it whilst we were there for 4 days. We explained we needed it to dry our towels and asked if we could at least have another set. The mean spirited host told us that we have 2 towels each , a tiny hand towel and a very small bath towel and therefore that should be enough. The view from the windows is dreadful. See pictures. The heating is set on their system and you have no control of it. There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment. It is in the basement of the ugly building and costs extra.. The sauna costs extra if you want to use it and the pool is very uninviting, dark and dingy. There are no side table by the bed as there is no room. You can just about stand up . You are totally overlooked in the apartment by neighbours and what look like offices. So unless you close the shutters or curtains you are exposed in all windows- see pictures. There are NO TOILETRIES, just hand soap. So we had to go out and look for shops to buy when all we wanted to do was unpack and have a shower. BEWARE the EXTRA charges for your bedding and towels a whopping 80CHF.. And slippers .... there are no slippers. I feel that this apartment is misrepresented.

Great apartment at a very convenient location. The couch is super comfortable as a bed if needed. You have all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
The building itself is one of the most confusing ones I have ever been in :) Will get yourself around after first day, just prepare for a bit of an adventure.

Perfect location next to Jackobshorn / Davos Platz - everything is in easy walking distance (skiing, shopping, bus, train, ice skating). Very lovely and stylish apartment with everything you need for a great mountain vacation.
Would be perfect if there was a bit more room in apartment, better view, bigger/nicer swimming pool
