So comfortable and well appointed that we wished we could have stayed longer. The heated swimming pool was a nice bonus. Host was extremely attentive in their communications.

We came to the area for our daughters senior night at college and this was a perfect place to stay to be close to Moraga. The home is well stocked and beautiful. The location is great next to Safeway and Starbucks all within walking a short walk. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying in this spacious and well-accommodated home. The pool was lovely and everything was so beautiful. We were in the area to visit family and were able to walk to the grocery store and shops. Very convenient location. The weather was very hot during our stay but the house remained cool quite easily. I kept turning down the AC even. Beds were comfortable.

Kate’s property was perfect for our family. The home was well-kept, clean, and conveniently located close to a grocery store and restaurants. Additionally: • In the middle of summer, the pool was an awesome amenity. • Check-in was simple and easy. • Kate was very communicative and helpful. This house was perfect for our family. We were able to relax and enjoy our first trip to the area from Australia. Lovely quiet street, close to all amenities. We would recommend. Communication with our host Kate was very easy. We would book again.

This VRBI is a beautiful home with a lovely backyard. We (group of old friends) greatly enjoyed lounging by the pool. Manager was a pleasure to work with and very timely in answering texts and emails.

I would first like to say that the owner is fantastic. Any question or concern was answered immediately. The property itself is wonderful. The furniture and the beds (especially the pillows) are very comfortable and the appliances are new. The yard is the perfect spot for relaxing, and the pool is great. The neighborhood is quiet, yet it is a literal 5 minute walk to groceries and a really great restaurant. This was the perfect home base for our stay, and I do hope to stay here again.

The rental was even better than advertised. We would definitely stay here again because of the convenience to BART for trips into SF. We really enjoyed the centralized location that made it convenient to visit other areas such a Muir Woods, Napa and other local attractions. An extensive bike trail was right out the back door with two bike rental shops within a couple of miles for daily or weekly rentals. Kate was the best.

This home is beautiful and close to everything! Incredible stay!

We chose this house based on answers related to having good a.c., the pool, of course, being pet and mostly carpet free due to allergies, and it being somewhat between our itinerary points of Lassen Volcanic NP & Monterey areas. We flew into SJC assuming it would be an easier airport than SFO. It was both easy and friendly and about 1 hr away from house. It was a mid 90s degree day, so we were relieved to enter a cool house unlike our previous CA house near the other nat'l parks, so that was good. In fact, this house had wonderful, guest controlled a.c. We had been so hot, we couldn't wait to cool off in the pool. We opened cover and touched the water and it burned so be careful not to jump in or have your kids go in right away if it is a 90+ degree day. We called Kate and she explained it was just the surface and stirring it with the pool broom should help. We did that and waited a bit and all was well thankfully. We had a lot of fun cooking out on the grill and swimming. Unfortunately, we were so busy with long days, we only had the opportunity to use it once. That is my only regret --not enough pool time. The house was super clean. I highly recommend the Safeway down the street for ample food availability. One could walk there in like 5-7 mins it was so close to the house. The master bed was just right. I also appreciated the hotel-like features of a luggage rack and room darkening curtains. Our 3 kids loved their rooms and beds as well. We were so gross from a long, hot, buggy, but amazing hike in Lassen, that I had everyone immediately get dirty clothes we wore and did a quick wash. The washer and dryer were wonderfully efficient and quick. I'd only rec a pack of fragrance-free detergent as an option for allergy sufferers. Along those lines, clearing nut products from cabinets too. The kitchen was huge and beautiful. The only thing I did not like was a bottom freezer as I use the freezer a lot to put meals in and chill water/drinks etc and that isn't conducive for that. The bathrooms were awesome. I wish I had time to make use of the master tub. My only issue in this room was it could use a lighted make-up mirror. Two of my kids and my husband loved the big, wide hallway. It sounds like an odd thing to compliment, but it was a neat, unusually wide hallway. The backyard area was beautiful, with plenty of room for family dinner and playing. The grill worked well too. One of the best VRBOs we've had and would definitely return if in area!

The property was just like the listing. Kate was an exception host and she immediately took care of any needs we had. This will be the first property we look into when we return.
