The location.
That's all.
The dirty chalet. Dog hairs in fridge on bed linen. Broken toilet. No proper oven. No door curtain for privacy. Noisy toilet. Bathroom door sticks hard to get out. Not maintained properly dirty windows and carpets in bedrooms. Not worth the money I paid for my stay.

Good location
Not very clean very small bedroom and very uncomfortable sofa in living area

The beach and the beautiful sunsets.
The tiny bedroom stank of cigarettes, as did all the bedding, which we had to replace at our own expense. If we showered at a sensible holiday time in the morning the water was cold. We were later told that this was due to water pressure issues, and we needed to shower at 7am in order to get hot water. We were unable to get WiFi even though the handbook said we could.

It's a beautiful part of the UK; wooded hill on 1 side, beautiful beach and bay, and fields with sheep on the hills on the other side, plus a short drive into Aberystwyth. The Chalet was fairly well equipped with some extra little touches, ie, DVDS and towels, which we didn't expect in self catering. It was quiet when we stayed, but as it's a holiday park I can imagine it being very lively in the height of the season. We would definitely consider going back to stay again.
The second bedroom was a joke, I literally had to edge my way in sideways and couldn't turn at all whilst in the room, as the bunk beds are about a foot and a half from the wall/window [not exaggerating]. I'm not massively overweight [34" waist], but I literally could only edge in sideways, as my shoulders are to broad to allow me to squeeze in frontways [literally got stuck between the wall and bunks] and had to be really careful not to bang my head when trying to get into bed. So, any tall, overweight, or claustrophobic people should avoid booking the chalet if they're going to be sleeping in the 2nd bedroom. It's a shame as it lets the place down!

EXELLENT PROPERTY very clean and comfortable and everything was provided ,bed linnen ,towels even though we did ues our own.Key was in key safe ,so no going to reception ,car parked right outside, everything from eletrical goods to hot water ,good bathroom, spare batterys for the remote that wasnt needed ,spare light bulb and torch ,needle and cottons ,cellotape ,clingfilm ,cleaning equipment ,spare toilet rolls everything ,just like home ,we didnt want for anything ,strees free and we made use of the outside table and chair for breakfast in the sunshine LOVED IT THANK YOU
The campsite was in need of some money spent on it generally, everything was closed at 6 pm ,we did not use the showboat club, We had some nice walks in the evening and used the location as a base and travelled out each day by car The double bed in the property was a bit difficulty in getting in and out ,espesially for the toilet during the night, but we laughed a lot ,and once in the bed it was comfortable.
