perfect location but awful accommodation

location was perfect, fabulous views from all windows. excellent for shops, walking Snowdon, access to railway etc. parking was also great. very spacious too.

felt very dirty, fridge was dirty, kitchen sink was dirty and everything felt unclean. Bedding could all do with being replaced/freshening up. There was never enough water in the tank for a bath and after trying to run a bath there wasn't enough water for showers or washing up. There are no hooks on any of the doors to hang coats to dry out or towels after showers. No washing up liquid but we left a new one there so should be some for future guests. very strong unpleasant smell of either laundry detergent or air fresheners but it made us feel ill. television cut out everytime anybody walked in front of it so watching tv isn't easy!

Perfect, No complaints

Great value for money, lovely location with beautiful views. Good facilities, easy parking.

Only thing I would change is add a washing machine as it gets quite muddy in the winter

Location great but issues with shower & drying wet clothes

Location is perfect for the Llanberis Path walk up Snowdon and the village. Large spacious apartment. Comfortable beds & sofa. Big kitchen, but no dishwasher. Nice views from apartment. Free parking

The hot water is from a tank. The shower is a power shower running from the tank. It would only work when the hot tap on the bath was also running (this was a tip from the landlord in the info in the apartment). This meant a shower used 2x the hot water, and a lot because it was a power shower. With 4 people in the 3-bed apartment, we needed to plan the hot water carefully. It meant when we came back from a walk soaked to the skin, we could not all have hot showers. This is a problem that would not occur with an electric shower, which would be cheap to install. It looks like they invested in a luxury power shower, and it has made things much worse than with a standard shower. No washing machine or dryer. It rains a lot in North Wales! A washer and dryer would be a game changer, and there was plenty of room for both. We took our wet clothes home with us. You have to check out by 10am. There was no room for negotiation at all on that! A chair in the bedrooms to put clothes on would have been nice. Even a tiny bar of soap for the bathroom sink would have shown a bit more effort.

Perfect for the 3/4 day stay in Llanberis

Brilliant location, we left the car at the apartment most days, it’s so easy to get to all the main attractions at Llanberis

there wasn’t anything to dislike. we did have the benefit of glorious May weather approaching whitsun. It may have been different in the depths of Winter.

Good stay

Great location, well equipped for a holiday in the area. Do read the information sent carefully. Bring a hairdryer if you need one as none are provided. Bring tea towels and a sponge for the kitchen and toiletries for the bathroom.

The flat could do with a good clean. The hot water is temperamental.

Fantastic location, really needs central heating to get rid of the damp smell / feeling.

great location, ease of parking and size of property

The smell and feel of damp as you walk into the property (only plug in heaters) hits you immediately. This then gets into all of your clothes. The pillows are extremely flat if you like fluffy supportive pillows bring your own but then remember the smell of damp will be I. them afterwards.

Ideally positioned with respect to village conveniences and Mt. Snowdon. Comfortable and spacious.

Spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for food preparation and cooking. Property is warm and central in the village, ideal for pubs, shops and Mt. Snowdon. Electric heaters maintained temperature at comfortable level.

Kitchen: only one T towel provided - a few more would have been useful, also sponges are OK for washing up but a dish cloth is needed to wipe down surfaces. No re-cycling bin available for bottles, tins etc..

Works very well for a group of friends walking in area. Everyhting clean and to a good standard

Shortage of mains sockets. There were 3 bedrooms with 5 bedside lights but only one of them was capable of being plugged in and used.

A good central location. Comfortable. Very helpful owners.

Location. Helpful owners when had a query. Views of the landscape. Handy for public transport. Clean. Comfortable temperature.

Possible to have a teapot and some cups and saucers. A coffee pot. For arrival, a couple of tea towels (for the length of stay).

A fantastic stay, will definitely come back again and fully recommend to family and friends.

The central location within Llanberis and also North Wales, the rooms were well-furnished with spacious living room/dining room and bathroom.

It can get a little noisy from the traffic outside the apartment, but this is a minor issue.

Lovely clean apartment, a great location and easy to find

The space was big, clean and comfortable, well equipped and in a great location for both the ZipWorlds (Quarry and Fforest) and also the railway and slate museum with play parks and cafes. A lovely big standalone bath and a separate large walk-in shower, need to run a hot tap to kick start the shower but not for long. All bedrooms are big, the single bed was larger than a standard single bed. The place was cold when we arrived but heaters in each room that warmed the place quite quickly. We would highly recommend and also happily stay again.

The toilet seat was broken and moved so therefore quite loud when sitting on it and the shower needs re-grouting but no real complaints here.

The property was a nice size. In the right location for Snowden mountain and other walks.

Although the property was a nice size, it was very cold in the property. The water was temperamental, I ran the hot water for a bath, it went cold very quickly and shower cut off halfway through rinsing shampoo off. Loose toilet seat and cobwebs.

Great for friends

Well located and very handy to connecting to the Snowdonia mountains. Warm and cosy it suited our needs very well. We would definitely use it again

It could do with a tea pot and some bigger mugs but I was visiting with tea fans.

Great accommodation in a fantastic location!

The accommodation was very good, clean and spacious. The location was superb, right in the centre of Llanberis, near the lake.

The only addition that would have been nice would be the addition of a washing machine.

Home away from home with lovely views!

Perfect location. Spacious yet warm and homely. Welcoming and comfortable. Beautiful views.

A sponge or cloth for washing up was missing (possibly an oversight) but nothing a pop to the local shop couldn't fix. A hairdryer would have been nice though after being caught in the rain!

Great base for mountain walking.

Conveniently located in the heart of Llanberis, this property is exactly as described on booking com. A comfortable living area and a well resourced kitchen with plenty of heaters dotted around to keep us warm on those cool evenings. Wifi worked really well too!
