Nice hosts, neat place, great location.

Margarita and her mom are good hosts, there is a wash machine, a coach where you can sit and watch tv anytime, the kitchen is small but equipped well. If you like to cook you will manage fine. There is a market 500 feet away and you can buy most things needed to prepare a meal. If you walk a bit, you will find also a few food stores where you can get pizza, a burger or chicken wings for a decent price. We didn't have the chance to swim at the pool but there is one at the 7th floor.

We had a rough start while checking in, if you book make sure to provide the details of your arrival, so the owner can reach you and also get the details on how to get in the apartment beforehand.

Staff was friendly and the location is good. Close to shops for convenience

Definitely things can improve as the staff are very attentive and nice. *No one met up with us on the night we checked in but came to the apartment the day after instead *They didn’t speak English as described on the listing *No fan or AC but can easily be requested and was given to us a night before we checkout therefore it was a bit unpleasant *No shuttle service as described on the listing

The place is nice, the landlady was so amazing and friendly , she took me with her car to withdrawl money and took me back , she was very nice , the neigherhoood is very ssafe , you have restraunrats and shops and farmacies around you , its very secure.

its a bit far , and wasnt not easy to get there , because the exact looking takes u 5 minutes by walk away from the place.

Pleasant, but with lots of problems.

The property is very nice, an apartment situated in an area a bit out of Medellin. It was clean and had good facilities, and hosts were pleasant.

We had a really terrible time trying to get hot water. We booked this apartment for a special occasion, and when we arrived there was no hot water. We really wanted a shower, but this wasn't possible. The technician was in our apartment all day trying to fix it, which was slightly annoying as we wanted privacy. It was finally fixed that evening, just in time so we could wash before heading for a nice dinner. However, when we woke the next morning, the water ran hot for a few minutes before turning completely cold once again. We had intended to stay for an extra few days, but we really couldn't have the stress of no water and people coming in and out of the apartment. We thought that we might have been re-compensated some of the money from our stay, or at least apologized, but there was nothing. Also the location says there are a gym, swimming pool and hot tub on site. We couldn't seem to find it, and the instructions to it are unclear. Be warned that the swimming pool is outdoors. Finally, the location made it difficult to get to the metro, and lots of taxi's didn't know where the property was.
