About this villa rental

Villa 194 is a stunning spacious four double bedroom villa with it's own separate 2 double bedroom casita and recently added new self contained en-suite double room. Ideal for large parties or families the villa is extremely private set within beautifully mature gardens with it's own heated swimming pool and sun terrace. Within a five minute stroll are the first tee's for both the championship 'South' golf course and the 'North' as well as the five star hotel and golf academy. La Manga Club also hosts a 28 court tennis centre, bowling green, squash courts, football academy, supermarkets, designer shopping, and sensational restaurants and cafes offering every type of cuisine. Both the Villa and Casita have central heating/air-conditioning and satellite TV (sky sports and other premium channels) and the property enjoys it's own private parking. There is also broadband (wifi) in the main villa.

We recently stayed for 10 days as a group of 8 adults and 5 children, comprising 4 families. The villa was extremely well suited to our needs and included all of the facilities necessary to make our holiday enjoyable and comfortable. The pool is a great size and there is plenty of space for outside eating and relaxing (which we did a lot of!). The area is private and felt safe and secure for our families. All of the amenities of La Manga Club are within walking distance, and the beaches of La Manga are a short drive away. Communication with the owner and villa management was excellent, and they let us drop our bags off far earlier than the agreed check-in time. When one of our party was unfortunately hospitalised towards the end of our stay, they couldn't have been more kind or accommodating of our needs and changing circumstances. Highly recommended!

There was a group of 10 of us that stayed at the property. We had a fantastic time, the house was really functional for us all. The management staff were incredible, they had a room set up for when we got there early so we could put our suitcases in and lock the door whilst they were finishing off. There was enough cutlery and crockery, the welcome pack provided was a lovely touch and meant that there was snacks until we got the food shop in. We had the best stay so anyone looking at the property go for it! It was a short walk to restaurants and a short drive to la manga. The only slight thing is that the pool was cold!! But it's early on in the season so should warm up throughout the summer. Thank you so much for having us!

Great villa, great location, owner and management company were brilliant in communications - 12 of us best friends had a great time celebrating my 60th. Best to choose the heated pool option in April but the sun was out and the pool warm. Memories are made of this !!

We stayed with a group of 14 adults at this beautiful property. Both the main villa and the casita have plenty of space. A lot of bathrooms, showers, toilets. Everything was very clean. Good welcome kit received, including 3 towels provided for each guest (small hand towel, bathroom towel, pool towel). The pool and terrace were the highlight of the property. Thanks for all !

Great villa in a good location. The pool was great, with enough sun-loungers for all. The rooms are all a good size. The BBQ was successfully used a couple of times. There is a supermarket within walking distance, as well as few bars and restaurants. We didn't hire a car, but found it easy to order taxis to get to other locations within the resort and to the harbor for dinner. It took about 40mins to transfer from the airport. I would recommend this villa and would stay again.

The perfect villa to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends. Plenty of bathrooms for the amount of people. Lovely outside area with pool. Host was so so helpful when our flight got cancelled. Will definitely be re booking for next year. Thank you.

What a fantastic week we had. The villa is clean, comfortable, spacious and located in a quiet secluded spot on the edge of the resort. Bedrooms and bathrooms galore with a well equipped kitchen. Large outdoor BBQ and dining space. Communication with Gavin couldn't have been easier and check in check out as smooth as silk. We were a family party of 13 with kids from 9 yrs up to 20yrs and the villa was perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.

I booked the villa for my 50th with friends. The villa is exactly as it is in the images. Couldn't have asked for a more spacious, well equipped, relaxed part of La Manga. The owner and caretaker were extremely helpful and our 'Welcome Pack' was just what we needed! Nothing was too much trouble and we definitely want to go back. Lots to do on La Manga Club and to venture offsite. Great value for money and all of our party gave it a 10/10!

Alles was goed mooie grote villa en mooie grote casita. Mooie zwembad maar wij konden niet koken en buiten eten . Wij werden aangevallen door de vliegen. Dat was erg jammer . Barbeque kon ook niet dus dat was een flinke domper . Misschien in een andere periode als er geen vliegen zijn . Goeie communicatie erg vriendelijk , als er wat was kreeg ik gelijk antwoord. Super vriendelijk en de casita waar ik verbleef was ook groot genoeg voor 4 personen .

A great holiday.

A great holiday.

We stayed at this Villa for 2 weeks in mid August 2016. 3 families all had a great time. I have stayed at many different Villas over the past 20 years at Club La Manga and this was definitely one of the best. Although not centrally located, for groups/families who wish to use the Golf facilities (particularly for the North and South Courses) this is ideal as you can simply stroll 5 minutes along to the first tees. We were a group of 6 Adults and 7 children (aged from 1-6) and there was more than enough space as the Casita itself is very spacious. The Villa/Casita were clean, well maintained and with excellent facilities. Before our visit we had excellent service from the Owners and indeed throughout the holiday. You do perhaps need a car if you are staying at this Villa so you can easily get to the Tennis Centre, Shops, Restaurants etc however most people would agree that you need a car wherever you are staying to make the most of all the facilities that La Manga has to offer. We shall definitely look to book this Villa again.

The villa owner and his local management team could not have been more helpful prior to, during and after our stay. The villa is spacious and well equipped, clean and comfortable, with a lovely pool and surrounding gardens. An easy walk to the hotel, golf courses and the heart of the resort where there is a supermarket, other shops and bars and tennis centre. The property has the benefit of a separate Casita making it ideal for a two-family holiday. Although it could do with some modernisation and redecoration over the next few years it provides good value for money by comparison with similar villas we have rented and is. recommended.

We were a party of 12 and the villa accommodated us all very well and as described in the particulars. The pool area was a perfect place to relax and unwind after a hard day on the tennis courts. We used the bbq each night and ate outside. The pool made the weekend extra special - it was a good size and warm. We would definitely recommend this villa, and would return if I could have my 50th Birthday again!

Liked it so much the last 4 times we've been here we came back again! Property is well maintained and spacious. It has 4 bedrooms and the Casita (with two more bedrooms) as additional accommodation so plenty of space for family and guests. Property cleaned a couple of times during the visit and owner and management company very responsive to our requests for extra bedding and mattresses. Pool maintenance two or three times during visit (the maintenance guys were relaxed about the kids managing to break their net a couple of times - we paid for the replacement!). Position of property, perfectly secluded but within close walking distance of the centre, football and golf, ideal for us. Kids could make as much noise as they wanted without disturbing anyone! Would recommend the property to others where space and seclusion are key but who are looking for all of the benefits of the La Manga Club within a short walk.

Three generations of our family stayed in this villa during August.We had wonderful weather and were extremely impressed with the resort - its location, cleanliness and facilities.The villa itself easily held the best part of our four families. It was spacious and had all the facilities required to make it feel home from home (but in a nice way!!).
