This is a great place with great hosts. Very central for the ski resorts and great in the summer for the lake or other events in Summit County. Lots of space, nice kitchen, lots of parking.

Home was great and stocked with everything needed as a "home away from home". We had ample space. It was a little tricky to find the first time, but not bad.

We stayed 3 couples with 2 babies and the house was very comfortable. The basement apartment worked amazing for having an infant as it’s nice and dark (great for naps), relatively sound proof from the rest of the house and has its own fridge and kitchenette.
The top floor does get hot without any AC so it’s important to keep windows open at night. Otherwise everything was very well stocked and worked great for a weekend stay in silverthorne/ wildernest!

Great house that had everything that we needed and some nice amenities. Best part was that it is around the corner from some beautiful views.

Our 3 day stay at this property was okay. While I understand property allows pets, there was dog hair all over the place. The trash in the garage had not been taken out for quite some time and had an odor.

Great family getaway
This property was perfect for everyone. The location and the beautiful and spacious condo made our summer family reunion very memorable and relaxing. We are looking forward to coming back to this same spot in the future.

Spacious place
Very spacious home for a family of five plus a dog to spread out. Clean. Well stocked. Nice mountain views from top floor bedroom windows. Wished we had been a little closer to Breckenridge, but the location was very centrally located for getting around to other towns/excursions.

Fox always on the trot
House was pretty much as described, very very clean (they have a good house keeper), furniture and appliances were no frill, but worked out fine. Grill worked really well. The outside of the house (porch, steps and deck railing ) need attention soon. The mountain view from the deck was minuscule, and the back/side yard of the house is nothing to look at. We did see the neighborhood fox daily and a moose on one occasion though. Well...., I guess we would stay again, but again the place was no frills, but suited our needs as a vacation spot to visit Summit County for a week.

Great location
This is a really nice property in a great location. It is up the
hill to the Lily Pad Trail, near the Dillion Reservoir and close
to shopping and restaurants.

The property is due for an update. The garage can only fit one car due to the owners stuff on both sides and in the front.

Peaceful getaway
Eclectic furnishings were fun with antique typewriters and rotary phone. Kids found the games right away and having beds for all 8 of us was perfect. Calls and texts to management were responded to immediately and we were very pleased to see wildlife from kitchen window. The location was quiet with a lovely deck to sit peacefully any time of day. The stairs can be an issue for older adults, but house and garage were easy access.

Mountain Getaway
This was a great place for our family gathering for a long weekend in the Colorado Mountains! The kitchen was well equipped and very organized. The property management company was available for questions and it all went well.

Fantastic stay!!
This property was the perfect rental for our family. The unit is extremely clean and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked, and it is in a great neighborhood/ location for activities in Silverthorne and the surrounding towns. It is in an area with other vacation rentals, it was quiet and we felt safe walking in the evening. The house would be great for multi-generational families- there is additional sleeping/ bath/ kitchen space in the walk-out basement. We didn't need it for our stay, but it would offer privacy for a larger group. There is a paved walking trail just off of the driveway for anyone that walks/ runs/ or needs to walk a pet. There is a hiking trail head just past the next house/ driveway that was a fun hike. There is wild life! My husband was getting things out of our car when he noticed a female moose at the end of the driveway- she was just eating the neighbor's plants, so that was a fun viewing experience for our family! We loved this area, and would absolutely stay in this house again!

Awesome townhouse backing up to the National Forest
Great spot in Silverthorne backing up to the national forest. The house was awesome, way more space than we needed but it worked out perfect. There's essentially two separate living areas and kitchens. Having an attached garage was also a huge bonus for those cold mornings heading to the resorts.

Was a great experience. Was as advertised. Would rent again.

Nice place
The view was gorgeous and the house was great. However, the WiFi didn’t work and all communication with the main office was prompt but the issue was never resolved.

Beautiful view, nice family table
The house is very nice. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, some spices, great coffee, and an espresso machine. Lots of linens, and towels in all 3 restrooms. Only thing is you couldn't use more than 1 shower at a time not enough hot water pressure my daughter n law found that out that the hard way. There was no laundry detergent and the neighbor was rude. She didn't like the fact that we were playing on her property but there were no signs showing that is was private private. Carbon monoxide detector went off call them they came out very quickly. Loved eating at the family table fit 8. Garage for 2 cars was a little tight. House close to shopping food and all the locations we visted. All girls had fun.

Great location and well equipped
I was expecting a house, not a town home but the home suited our needs. Especially the separate quarters below for my married daughter. Seems a problem with the climate control. We were roasting with the heat turned down all the way and the windows open. Very nice kitchen and super equipped.
