This is a lovely house in walking distance to a great park and restaurant hot spot. While the house is on the river-- it's quite a ways down the lawn--not something we could even really see from the house with all the trees in the back-- which was fine, but something to be aware of.

Everything about this property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for a large family to stretch out, both indoors and outdoors, many new fixtures with some classic touches, beautiful grounds leading out to the river, and location very convenient to the expressway. If we are in the area in the future, we would definitely stay here again!!!

I invited a couple of friends to join me to celebrate a birthday over a long weekend. The house was perfect for us. The backyard is exceptionally nice, and the long dining table sat all of us. Communications with Nathalie were responded to quickly. Would highly recommend this lovely and very clean comfortable house.

Charming well kept historic house with private serene backyard. Stormy weather most of the week so several seating areas indoors (and out) were appreciated.
Best day to visit downtown Montreal is Sunday, otherwise tons of traffic. Parking is a huge problem, so we used a parking app to reserve and pay for a space in a lot hassle free.

Christmas during lock down
Just a beautiful house, well decorated, immaculate. We were family of 5 adults and one 3 year old from Alberta-going to visit grand mere.
With province wide lock down over Christmas this home was perfect.
I was able to cook turkey dinner for Christmas as place well stocked with utensils and dishes. Thank goodness for parks and trails in area .
Walking distance to old Terrebonne where we could take our grand son daily to park and admire all the Christmas lights at night.
Hope to return when times are better. We highly recommend this property!! The Boisvert’s

Quaint and wonderful
How wonderful to arrive at Nathalie's peaceful cottage, especially after anxieties about crossing the Canadian border. Parking was ideal, we loved the little verandah with porch access, and sat outside as well. I don't think the photos at all do the outside bit justice. I loved the decorations, too. The long table in the dining room was super useful, the kitchen had everything we needed. We went into Montreal for the day, but Terrebonne is beautiful too, there's a lovely park--my husband was in ecstasies from just being inside the nearby IGA grocery, which is not at all like a USA IGA but like its own magical country with fresh, amazing, interesting food. We had a great stay all round. Street noise is somewhat of a concern if you want to have open windows. Nathalie was great, very helpful. We'll be back if we can arrange it!

Great weekend away
Fabulous house to stay in, close proximity to Montreal. If the weather had been warmer it would have been great to walk around the area. I’d love to come back again

Vintage house
The house is clean and beautifully designed. I had my own sheets but I really didn’t have to use them. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Nathalie for your hospitality.

Wonderful stay in quaint village just outside Montreal
My wife and 3 kids, ages 15-19, spent 4 nights in the house at Terrebonne. The house definitely met our expectations. It was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown Montreal. While we enjoyed visiting the sights and restaurants in old town Montreal as well other parts of the city, it was a pleasure to return to the house at the end of the day. Very short walk to the historic centre of the village, including the beautiful riverside park. Nathalie was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for families looking to explore Montreal, but also urning to experience a genuine taste of a Quebecer town.

A Beautiful and Impeccably Clean Home with an Attentive Owner!
I have stayed in several rental properties, and this owner, home, and location was incredible. The home was as promised in the description and photos. It was impeccably maintained and very clean. It is evident, Nathalie is passionate about providing the best experience. We enjoyed our morning coffee by the river and sat outside in the evenings. She checked in on us to see if we needed anything or had questions about Quebec. My only regret, is that our stay was not longer in this lovely home.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! Thank you! It was comfortable and spacious!
We loved this place! It was surprisingly spacious and comfortable! Although we lost internet access, it was actually a blessing as Nathalie has all kinds of games for the kids and we had a wonderful time (without phones!) just playing board games. Thanks! I highly recommend this place!

Delightful experience at this beautiful charming century old house.
We had a wonderful stay. First of all the place was spotlessly clean and well looked after. This place has a character. From the library or recreational room to dining to patio to bedrooms, every room is thought through. The charm is intact with all the modern facilities. The owner is proactive and very helpful. She provided a lot of linens and towels. This charming house is in a beautiful town with cafes and restaurants. I am recommending this place to family and friends and will be coming here again. Thanks a lot, Nathalie.

Beautiful house with everything you need to be comfortable! Just like home.
We felt like we were at home on this property. The house had everything we needed plus games for the whole family! Enjoyed the house and yard. 1000 times better than staying in a stuffy hotel room! If we venture back this way we will book here again!

Very nice remodeled early 1900 home with fully modern updates.
We had a great time in the house in Terrebonne. Fully updated with rustic wood floors throughout the house. Modern well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two full baths. Owners checked us during the week to see if we needed anything and to make sure we were warm and comfortable with all the snow. Great backyard leads down to river with great views. We had a great time visiting Montreal and Quebec City along with playing in the snow in the local parks.
