Slechte ervaring, wij komen niet meer terug

Ruimte van appartement. TV is prima. Als de douche het deed met warm water was 't goed. Welkomst mail.

- de voordeur had een deurklink die zat met een schroefje vast, kwam 3x los van de deur. Kon alleen deur openen en sluiten met de sleutel in het sleutelgat. Zet er een normale deurklink op. - wasbak in douche liep constant vol. 3x aangevraagd of ze het willen oplossen, niemand heeft het opgelost. Er kwam ook niemand. - schoonmaken kamer, personeel niet flexibel. Kon alleen in de ochtend. Ook geen tijd vermeden wat er dan als alternatief kon, heel slecht. - Appartement zit aan een drukke weg met veel verkeer. Bij raam of deur open heb je hier veel last van. - bed is versleten en matrassen zijn slecht. Achter wand van bed zit los. Bed kraakt als je er in ligt als je beweegt en de matrassen voor rechts is volledig door gelegen. Echt slecht. - weinig kast ruimte voor twee personen. Je moet verplicht uit de koffer leven. Er is geen opslag ruimte voor kleding. - 3x geen warm water in te douchen. (buurman in ander appartement douchte een half uur. Met als gevolg dat de boiler leeg was in ons appartement. 3x geen warm water. 3x niet kunnen douchen. Echt heel slecht!

El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, para que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda, es bellísimo el sitio dónde está ubi

En general estaba todo muy bien, me encantó la luz que tiene y la terraza .

Las cerraduras, la puerta del apartamento esa cerradura no es muy normal como cierra.

Fabulous stay

Excellent location, 10 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurants close by. A bus stop right outside the appartment taking to into Malaga centre. Host's great at recommending local places to visit and the best restaurants.

Appartment is a little tired and in need of some TLC, but still fabulous. We would of liked a few store cupboard essentails oil, salt, pepper ect but overall facilites were great.

Lovely apartment located in good place, Nice hosts and beautiful walk into town.

I have stayed in the same apartment twice now. Enjoy the decore, and balcony, and the apartment is fitted with everything that you might need (dishwasher, washing machine, etc). There is an elevator up to the flats which are very convenient if you are carrying many things or have mobility issues. The host is lovely and very responsive. If you are like me and enjoy walking you will have a beautiful walk along the waterfront when going into the city center. There are also plenty of bus connections if you prefer transport.

There is nothing for me to complain about. I enjoyed my stay both times and have nothing negative to say.

Cute place

The apartment was small but perfect for a single person. It was clean and modern and everything was working as needed. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up most mornings! The location was great. Super close to the beach with lots of restaurant options or a 15 min cycle (with Dott bike) into the centre of Malaga. Perfect for what I wanted for my trip. Check in easy and the host was really helpful with lots of information of where to go and eat during my stay. Thanks so much!

The terrace is noisy. The road is not super busy but there is a steady flow of traffic all day. It is also above a nursery which can be quite noisy with the kids. Although the kitchen was equipped with all equipment for cooking etc it would have been nice to have basic stuff like oil and salt/pepper etc rather than have to buy and leave as it felt like a waste (to note there is tea/coffee etc). Not dealbreakers but something to bear in mind.

Brilliant little studio

A really nice little studio, the place was modern and clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was surprised by the price of the apartment as the value for money was amazing especially during the period in which I was there.

Parking in the local area is difficult and there is no on-site parking which was a little bit disappointing. When booking, there isnt pictures of the actual apartment you’re staying in, so it’s hard to know whether you’re actually getting a balcony or not.

Very good stay!

Check-in was very easy. Host very accessible. Location very good: Good restaurant with a good price near by. Supermarket near by. Bus stop with lots of options very close to the apartment. The apartment was very good: Great shower, great space, great bed.

Sometimes the hot water of the shower stopped. Not sure why.

fabulous stay, highly reccomend this lovely appartment in a great location

the decor was beautifully decorated, well kitted with everything you need in the kitchen, spotlessly clean and great location 2 minute walk from the beach. A cleaner also came twice during my stay which was much appreciated. The host was lovely and very prompt with replies and sent an extensive list of restaurants in the area which was most helpful.

The only draw back was the terrace was a tiny bit noisy with the traffic on the road

Misleading booking site. You don't get what you think you are booking.

Surrounding area good. Relatively quiet location. Close location to Malaga centre. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants , beach etc all a short walk away. Local buses cheap and regular.

Booking site shows apartments with balconies. We expected to get an apartment with a balcony but when we arrived the apartment we were given did not have one. We complained and the owners did offer us alternative apartments with balcony for a few days. We ended up moving 4 times to three different apartments! Very tiresome. Misleading booking site does not point out that half these apartments do not have a balcony, and at no point during the process is the buyer informed that the apartment you are going to get, or about to book, does not have a balcony. Apartment 1, which does not have a balcony is very box-like and without that outside space does not have a dining table. So nowhere to sit and eat other than a sofa or what they describe as a desk. Apartments are on the third floor and the lift itemised in the facilities is not working.

Good price quality ratio

Nice area outside centre. The host is attentive via whatsapp sharing a lot of info about do's and dont's. The room was clean and has a washing machine which for this price i havent seen before. Loved the bed. A few good restaurants nearby like 'La Machina'.

Outside apartment the flat is dated, broken windowframes with missing wood. The shower provided for hot water only 2 or 3 minutes, good for environment but not enough to fully wash for me.

Delightful and the hosts were great

The apartment is really nicely decorated and feels very homely. It includes all the comforts like tv, wifi, coffee maker, stow, fridge/freezer etc. The location is great if you want to get away from the city centre when you are not out and about. It is easy to get down to the beach, and you will have a wonderful walk along the coastline if you enjoy that.

There was nothing I did not like, my stay was wonderful. If with very critical eyes I can mention anything it was that the towel rack was lose on one side. But that was really a non-issue.

really enjoyed it overall

the apartment is in a lovely residential area near to restaurants and beach. it’s about an hour walk along the sea front to the centre or a taxi is 5-10 minutes. taxi rank is down a road opposite the apartment . bed is super comfortable.

would have preferred a mattress cover and maybe some drawers for clothes

Style over function

The room was large comfortable and bright. Good shower

The kitchen, coffee machine and toaster could only be plugged into the cupboard, awkward to use. Road noise, the terrace looks onto the Avenida with three lanes of traffic 24/7. Dust and noise from the road meant the terrace was noisy and dirty.

Malaga break !!

contemporary design , good choice of lighting . closeness to the beach , 3 mins !!! lots of restaurants to choose from .

lack of wardrobe space and no table / chairs to eat breakfast !!!

Great stay!

Location right after the beach, apartment nicely decorated, sunny terrace.

However it looks great on first impression there are some wear and tear in the hallway and the apartment. Also the entrance of the place is quite shabby and does not match the quality of the apartments, the elevator is not working, construction work next door was waking me up early.

Great location, quiet area, 5minutes, to seaside, restaurants and bars, property equipped with all necessities for holiday.

No actual service, like changing bed linen , towels, bath mat , rubbish was not collected

Bad luck

The kitchen has everything, even dishwasher and big fridge not too noisy

The room was clean and with very expensive materials and design, but unfortunately the warm water didn't work and my shower was a disaster. The facility fastly offered a 20 % discount in the next reservation, but given the circunstancies I think they should offered for this reservation as i don't know if I'll come back to Málaga. The room has kitchen but not terrace. The checkout it's at 11am but the cleaning starts at 10.45, so if you are a happy sloth like me you should hurry up if you want to don't disturb.
