Very close to the center
Very noisy, I could barely sleep because I heard a child crying every night

Verder alles uitstekend!

Staff was very polite and professional.
Great restaurants within a block or two
The room decor, furniture is very dated. very plain. Looks like the furniture someone was giving, throwing away. Wood-looking vinyl flooring was cheap, just like the furniture. Was loose and buckling throughout the unit, room 21. Overpriced for this reason. (Person in room above me walking like an elephant until 3:30 or 4:00 a.m.. Consequently I was unable to fall asleep until 5:00 a.m..)

Awesome hotel with dry sauna! Would have loved to spend more time here but the location is quite a bit from London center. So sorry I didn’t have time for breakfast. It looked fantastic!

Good location. Complementary coffee and tea was provided for free.
A little bit noisy at night with the tram going past. Room size was small but ok for a dutch inenr city.

Rooms were affordable in the city, at this time. It is a very simple hotel without many amenities - there is a coffee corner. The hotel is surrounded by many small restaurants (excellent Thai).
Hotel does not offer breakfast on location but in a different hotel. Breakfast here is serviceable but not extended; located in basement with industrial feel/ not cozy. Cafe's in the neighborhood do not open before 11 am = no alternative breakfast option.
Rooms are serviceable and small. A bit outdated, but clean.
Heating system makes noise.
Hotel has steep steps, no elevator.
Public transport in direction to Mauritshuis is limited.
Not recommended for people who are not fully mobile.

A really nice hotel. The room was super clean, and the bed was extracomfortable. A 10.

bed was comfortable, room layout was functional. coffee in common area was appreciated.
room furniture was extremely minimalist/Ikea like. shower was difficult to control for on-off. hair dryer was nonfunctional & required replacement. facility is run more like a pension than hotel. some fresh fruit or the like would have been a nice touch.

My own room with ensuite bathroom - excellent value.

The location is really nice, it is not exactly in the city center but the area is full with nice cafés and bars so it's really nice to explore. The room was nice and clean. Parking is not too expensive (19 euros/day). There is free tea and coffee all day long at the hotel.
The king size bed is more like a double bed put together so it's not the most comfortable but it is acceptable.

no need to check in
the online card didn’t work once

Close to nice cafes
The noise and lack of accessibility from the construction outside was horrendous
