A vista é deslumbrante!

O quarto é lindo e bem organizado, tudo limpinho! A vista é o ponto alto, deslumbrante com o Pão de Açúcar e Cristo Redentor. A piscina é incrível e bem bonita!

Everything! I was greeted by Luciana and Beatriz who were delightfully welcoming, informative and went beyond expectation to help me; I am so grateful to you. The room met my expectations and the hotel was just perfect 🥰 Luciana, Bia, Felipe, Pedro, Marcus and the lovely girls who worked in the restaurant were all fantastic. The bed was comfy, the hot tub was amazing, and the view was incredible: such a treat waking up there ❤️ I look forward to returning 👍 and I would recommend Santa Vista to all. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay 🫂
Having to leave!

The facilities were clean and beautiful. The view from the hotel was great and it was only a short taxi ride from Sahara Teresa and other popular areas

The view was amazing, I mean really amazing. The staff are even better. Luciana and Philippe took care of us, from chef to the servers, everyone made us feel at home. They did what they can to accommodate all our request and we were very needy. Breakfast are always good and all the food that they have are good. Yes we tried them all. Tubs are huge in the queen room. So relaxing after a long day with the view. Santa Teresa have some really good restaurants. Uber was our best friend, we spent $2-5 it’s cheap.
It was kind of loud, there’s an airport near by so you can hear the planes. Waking up in the morning with the view makes up for it.The water for the shower runs out of hot water, it does come back after you turn it off. Again, waking up in the morning with that view makes up for it.

The view is amazing and the best thing of the hotel, the staff is friendly and helps you.
The state of the hotel is unfortunately very bad and really in need of a thourow renovation, the pictures are dated over 5-10years old and there is really a lot broken or damaged.

– I loved the staff, so friendly and amazing. They really did everything for making us happy. Many thanks to receptionist and the lovely chef!
– The view from the room and especially the restaurant is just outstanding, both Rio icons at one place. It was so beautiful, we didnt move out of the hotel for the most time.
– Breakfast, lunch/dinner is just UNBELIEVABLE.
– The room is cute, but there is a huge problem with showers and toilets:
1. it is open – not for a new couples lol, avoid having awkward situations loool.
2. no ventilation for water vapour, the water is being stuck in the room causing fungus appearing all over the room.

Lovely views of the city and mountains
The roads to the location is not great. The small narrow stairs to the rooms is not pleasant especially when carrying bags

Nice quiet neighborhood. Attentive staff. Great breakfast.
Needs a little TLC. Lots of repairs and maintenance in progress. Room was fairly small.

Good breakfast, staff quick to attend when needed
I advised that it was our wedding night. They had the opportunity to do something special but instead, absolutely nothing was done. I felt this was lazy and lacked customer care.

The is probably one of the nicest places to stay in Rio, simply because the view is so breathtaking. The rooms are spectacular and the staff is incredibly nice. I literally do not have a single bad things to say.

We came for the view and it didn't disappoint! We had incredible views of the city right from the comfort of our bed e.g Sugarloaf and Christ the Redeemer from the window. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking! The staff was wonderful, very accommodating and so attentive; they decorated the room a bit for my birthday, which was very special.
The pictures of the room looked different from the photos online. But most disappointing was that it had a musty smell. The room in general was not well ventilated and there was mould on the walls and in the shower. Also, the bathtub that we paid extra for, was old and rusting around the metal - not particularly appealing. When we did attempt to try it one evening there was no hot water available. :( This being said, we did tell the staff about the water issue in the morning and they fixed it almost immediately, but we didn't use the bathtub. In general, the staff were very apologetic and willing to help with everything. Again, the views are still amazing and I can imagine that had it not been for the ventilation issues, our stay would have been great.

The view from my room over Rio was stunning, Sugarloaf Mountain to the left, Christ the Redeemer to the right with the city view in-between. Get up early and enjoy the sunrise on the terrace!
Breakfast was good, a selection of pastries, bread and fruit to your table, additionally you can order cooked eggs.
Staff were all very friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is on a flight path, however that changes during the day and the 1st flight was after 8am so wasn't a massive issue.

Great view. Very solicit staff. Room was very clean
Food in the restaurant took around 1 hour to be ready. The bed was not very comfortable, you could feel the springs in the back while laying down and it was not comfortable (hurt a bit).
