Nice hotel, good views over Oslo and handy to the metro

Great views and a nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful with directions to the metro and ideas of things to do.

Shower leaks all over the bathroom floor- could do with a new glass door that doesn’t have a gap in the bottom or a shower curtain.

Great place to disconnect

Sauna available at our disposal was a sweet treat. The view is nice during the day. The bed and view from the room were great. Overall comfort and cleanliness was on point

The breakfast was ok but the staff for breakfast was a bit rude.

nettes Hotel, leider zur falschen Zeit

Das Hotel hat ein schönes Ambiente, bei klaren Wetterverhältnissen bestimmt super Ausblick, leider war alles vernebelt, das Frühstück war super, das Einzelzimmer hatte alles Notwendige.

Als Raucher (ja sollte man einfach lassen) wird es einem schwer gemacht, trotz Zugang vom Zimmer auf eine Art Balkon Rauchverbot, vor dem Hotel weder Aschenbecher noch Mülleimer... Also für die meisten heißt wohl ab in die Natur mit der Kippe. Am Tag meiner Ankunft war das Hotel im Ausnahmezustand wegen einer Hochzeit, man kam sich als normaler Gast schon etwas unangenehm vor nachdem sich alles direkt im Eingangsbereich stattgefunden hat. Bestimmt ist das Hotel ansonsten total super, könnte ich aber leider nicht erfahren. Parkgebühr für Hotelgäste zu erheben finde ich generell frech, wäre schön das schon vorher zu erfahren, war etwas überfordert.

Sehr schöne Lage!

Parken konnte man direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Wir waren zwar nur für zwei Nächte auf Durchreise, aber dieses Hotel kann ich gern für einen längeren Zeitraum empfehlen. Es hat zudem auch eine Sauna. Und ein Außenpool, jedoch ist dieser nicht beheizt. An bestimmten Punkten im Hotel, hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf Oslo!

Das Parken war allerdings nicht kostenlos. Für deutsche Verhältnisse, ist die Bar sehr sehr teuer! Für ein Bier (0,6 L) und für einen Aporol, zahlten wir insgesamt knapp 30€. Aber das wird wohl überall so sein.

Croissantene ved frokostbuffet. Vennlig resepsjonist. Enkel utsjekk. Parkering.

Bråk fra etasjen over. Eldre rom som trenger oppgradering. Bittelite bad, ikke som på bildene. Flekk på håndkleet.

Uma decepção

O hotel tem de facto uma bela paisagem e está inserido numa zona calma e que convida ao relaxamento. As zonas comuns do hotel revelam bom gosto e cuidado. A possibilidade de se apanhar transporte público nas imediações do hotel.

O hotel é demasiado caro para o que oferece. Mesmo para uma cidade cara como Oslo. Fica numa zona afastada da cidade e temos de levar o carro. Acontece que, na zona, não é permitido estacionar a não ser no parque do hotel que custa uma quantia razoável por dia. O mais incrível é que os hóspedes pagam. Os quartos precisam de manutenção. O meu tinha o teto numa miséria. A casa de banho é pequeníssima. Um cubículo sem possibilidade de colocar, sequer, um toalheiro. Para se tomar banho, molha-se a sanita! A funcionária do hotel que estava de serviço desapareceu e não fez o reforço do pão. Após muita espera, tomei a iniciativa de chamar alguém indo à cozinha. Felizmente o chefe, rapaz novo e uma simpatia, fez o favor de ir buscar mais pão. Não lhe competia a ele mas demonstrou simpatia, respeito e profissionalismo.

God beliggenhed, tæt på skiløjper og transport. Ret skuffet over dette ophold. Har boet på Voksenåsen før, hvor alt var

Havde boet der før, meget tilfreds tidligere. God beliggenhed for udsigt, ro og natur

Værelset var ikke egnet til 2 personer, svært at komme rundt om sengen. Når man sad på toilettet sad man med håndvasken i brystkassen. Absolut kun beboeligt for slanke personer. Håndvasken sad løs, sikkert fordi man er nødt til at støtte sig til den for at komme forbi ved bad eller toiletbesøg. Meget upersonlig og anonym indcheckning Følte mig ikke velkommen

The view and facilities outstanding

I m Hervin from KL, Malaysia. Most unique and prestige hotel in Voksenasen Hill site. I m really indulged well every facilities in the hotel. The view from hotel so stunning and can see until Oslo city is also. Hotel receptionist so friendly and so cool too. I like their so much breakfast choices. I will come again with my love.

View from my room only distracted by thickness snow. Hope have solution from that problem.

The hotel at the top - all staff are l exceptional , going above & beyond to assist. 5*plus

Everything- staff went above & beyond to help, The room was a good size with a stunning view & access to Holmenkollen was good ( as long as you are fit). As for breakfast , it was extensive and all tastes catered for. When I asked if they had a particular Norwegian jam , they even offered to get it for me for the next day!

Nothing - you cannot improve on excellence, Possibly a squeegee to clean the wet toom floor _ But that is all

FANTASTIC STAY!!

LOVED this hotel!! The junior suite was unbelievable!! Location was up in the mountains and the staff were fantastic. Buffet breakfast was included and had a great selection of food.

Could not fault the hotel.

Exceptional

Overall great stay at Voksenasen, had a wonderful time there. Incredible view over Oslo and Oslo Fjord, located in the nature so good start point for outdoor activities, very close to public transport. Crew was very kind and always available. Breakfast Buffet was rich and delicious. I can only recommend the hotel

Nice but could have been better

The breakfast and the location to the winter park were both excellent. However, I am not sure if it was worth the location because there is no restaurant cosed by the area. So need to travel to get dinner because by 9 pm everything is closed

The hotel should have informed us that last order was 20.45 to book the restaurant And they hotel never mentioned that they closed down the hotel all together on Sunday

Very good

The location is brilliant with an amazing view of the city and the sea. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful forests and, if you're lucky, you can manage to arrive in the winter fairytale even if there is no snow in downtown Oslo. The room was cozy and in the Nordic style - with wooden floors, nice colors, and huge windows facing the forest and Oslo. Common areas are very cozy, as well. With fireplace and beautiful views. The sauna was simple and nice. The reception was helpful and quickly solved the problem with the leaking sink.

The kitchen staff is really rude. We arrived 15 min before the breakfast ended, and they continuously were emptying tables from breakfast offers and, in all possible ways, were showing that we were an inconvenience. Next morning, we arrived 30 min earlier, but still they managed to be rude. Grabbing half finished plates and making us feel stressed. It could be just nice if they would not have this slightly aggressive presence and that people could eat their breakfast in calm and in harmony. One night above us, there was like a disco or rave. Or simply a room with youngsters who tried to have fun. It was loud, but we survived.
