I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money offered by Art Suites Athens. Is located in a convenient and safe neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a great stay

My suite exceeded my expectations with its sleek and stylish design, comfortable accommodations, and excellent location in the heart of Athens. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend Art Suites Athens for anyone looking for a cozy and modern stay in the city.

Could not fault this hotel for the price. Very central for getting around. Beds were comfortable, new and modern with a great choice of pillows. The rooms were clean and refreshed daily. The breakfast was basic but ample to start the day. Most importantly the staff in this hotel were amazing.

Comfy and cozy this boutique hotel is the place to be when visiting Athens. In close proximity to the most busy area of the city with easy access in transportation, it is the ideal destination in terms of functionality and comfort.

Amazing and cozy rooms. In the center of Athens, that was gave us a lot of options for places to see, amazing foods to try and bars to enjoy “Athens by night”. Very pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend!

Great size. comfy bed. Good location.
Place could do with a proper clean. There were parts that hadn't been done for ages. The sofa was covered in stains which wasn't a great sight!

My credit card was charged twice for the same stay and I have not received any apology or refund. Also, no contact with the hotel. I never saw any of the staff on site.

We have stayed in the hotel and had a great experience. The rooms are very nice, modern and elegant, beds are double with comfortable mattress and softly pillows. Fair rates for the season and great location. Many amenities inside. Near to Megaro Music of Athens and too many others like bars, cafe’s, restaurants, cinemas etc. All the staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. It was a great experience and will definitely come again

Value for Money, especially if you're planning to use it only for sleeping. Very close (walking distance) to the city center and most of the monuments and sites to visit in Athens. About 7' walk from the metro station and 3' walk from one of the largest and most central highways of Athens (buses, taxis etc.), the Music Hall, the American Embassy and the Mavili square with lots of modern bars, restaurants and street food. The room was very big for a hotel, more like a small apartment. 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 convertible couch, could sleep up to 6 people. Big bathroom too with a douche and a jacuzzi.
Generally the hotel had a clear picture of abandonment, very sufficient from the reception and the lobby to the room lock, the poorly maintained and old room furniture (seemed at least 20 years old), faded white appliances, everything working properly though. It had only 1 wardrobe and the locker/safe wasn't working. The road is a bit dark at night and may cause some insecurity but the neighborhood is generally safe. Morning and working hours has a lot of people and markets.

Position
- Spider web on the ceiling
- two extra beds taking all the space in th living room
- insufficient cooking equipment: one pot without matching cover, not flat. No frying pan
- missing tiles on the floor
- missing plug (or switch) in the bathroom, uncovered cables coming out of the wall

There was a wide range of not functioning or even impaired infrastructure inside the room, chiefly regarding the bathroom.

location was good
the door seemed to have been forced, the presence of sex workers in and around the building

Good sized appartment. Fridge and kettle very handy. Host very helpful. Small outdoor pool, but great for a dip with the kids - a welcome bonus in the city.
We struggled to find it late at night.

The very budget friendly cost, pool and family room for 2 adults and 2 separate beds for 2 kids.

The property was nice & modest, it’s very quite & comfortable. Size wise it was good too
would have loved more towels & other essentials

The apartment was very spacious, there was a large jet bath (very well needed after long flights and walking) and a beautiful bathroom. There was lots of storage in the bedroom and the bed was comfortable. The lounge/dining/kitchen space was excellent and easy to relax in. The balcony (from the 6th floor) was large and the views over Athens and up to Mount Lycabettus was beautiful especially at sunset.
I was always looked after my Miss Miranda and the lovely cleaner Roxanna. Miranda was helpful from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better host to help me navigate this new city, and make me feel so at ease especially because we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Nothing was too much to ask and I was always offered advice or coffee whenever I saw Miranda. A brilliant host, and I will most definitely be back. Thankyou for making me feel settled and so welcome!
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. A potential improvement to have a sun lounger on the balcony?! And some instructions for the microwave. But nothing negative to report.
