Good location and convenient for my professional trip to Darmstadt

Cleanses and easy access to both city center, train station, and freeway

The parking is rather tricky, and my customer experience would have benefited from a more marked “human touch” in the staff

Slightly disappointed

The prices over the weekend were competitive and there was a lowered price for the garage of 7€ for hotel guests

We though we booked a cool design hotel, but it turned out to be an old ibis hotel, where almost every thing has been kept. Not necessarily a bad thing, but not what we expected. When we arrived at 14.10, they offered us to check in for an "early check-in fee" of 30 euros, or wait til 15.00, which I don't think we've experienced at any other hotel. And that they afterwards had ignored our wishes for the location of the room, came as no surprise. But, the main problem was the noise level in the room. The doors are extremely badly isolated, and as the room was close to the elevator and stairs, there was constantly people taking, shouting or playing outside our room. We had to give up an afternoon nap, as a very loud group used the hallway as their private lounge and playground for their children for around an hour. When we addressed this with the front desk, we were only told that it hopefully would be more quiet later... Don't think we'd choose this hotel again.

Excellent stay!

Friendly and accomendatig staff. The rooms were clean and of a good size. The location of this hotel is excellent. Right by train to frankfurt and there is a direct 30mins bus to airport from there making it easy Such a cute city. Well worth visiting Price of the extended time for checkout was very reasonable

THE PLACE TO BE! Outstanding in every way

It is hard to summarise how fantastic this was! I was flying over Frankfurt on my trip back from Baden Baden, but decided to stay outside Frankfurt. Damstad is around 30mins by transport from the airport and it was extremely easy to find my way there. The city of Damstad has a lot of great history. lovely architecture and great location for food. Given the prices of the hotels in Frankfurt, this was definitely a win to as this was a luxurious hotel but very reasonable priced The staff at the hotel went above and beyond with their amazing service! they were over the top helpful and kind! They took me through what to see while in Damstad and even kindly let me leave a present behind for a friend to pick up the next day. The room was clean and fresh. great modern vibe to it, and had absolutely everything i needed. the bathroom was clean and perfect. This hotel was outstanding and specially the staff!

That my room wasn't made. That the bathroom was just a plastic cubic in my room and was not cleaned. The sink was almost clogged.

Stay was ok

The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good. The luggage trolley and elevator are very useful.

The air-conditioning system wasn't working well so the room was not cool at all while we were staying there on the hottest day in July. There's no mention about the carpark car dimension limits on the booking.com profile so we only found out on site that our car was too wide and tall for their carpark and had to park at a nearby public carpark.

Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. Room was modern. Parking on-site.
