Locatie en de grootte van de accomodatie. Hygiene was goed en faciliteiten waren goed in orde. Personeel is vriendelijk.

The rooms were very small and extremely hot
the beds were tiny and soft as a hammock
The breakfast was so-so. Instant coffee was just terrible

It was not too far from center, like 5min walk. Staff were nice and welcoming
Small beds. It can get very hot and there are no airco. Only a small fan that makes a lot of noise. Outdated and out of fashion. Poor breakfast.

Convinient appartement for a family. Great park with a football field, tennis courts and a minigolf. The city is beautiful, too. Several attractions in the vicinity, we enjoyed our stay in february despite the rainy weather.
The internet was broken.

When I arrived around 18:30 I was handed a small piece of paper with my name and a 1st floor room number that had been scratched out and replaced by a 3rd floor no. When I started eyeing that, the front desk clerk was quick to erase that first number with a correction pen. I went up to my room, it was boiling hot up to being unhealthy. The room was so tiny that there wasn't even a chair or a tiny table, not enough floor space. I went down to complain about both things, and had to listen (a.o.) to a confused story about wasps that were in that original room, and that that original room was full of chemicals to kill the wasps. I was also told that I had only booked a room through booking.com the week before and they made it appear as if it was therefore my fault that that they had no better room, not their fault. After a while they told me to come back in the morning to see if I could get a better room then. Which I did. At first I was told that unfortunately they still had no better room. I once more complained that a chair and a small table or desk are, in my opinion, standard stuff any room should have. I was answered that none of their rooms had tables or chairs. So I asked an elderly couple that was checking out next to me if their room had a chair and a table. It had (2 chairs actually). It still took a long and unpleasant deal of talking before they finally agreed to let me have that room. Apparently they overbooked, I can understand that. But that does not mean they should lie to their guests and/or suggest that I was being the culprit, because I booked so late, and through booking.com. Incidentally, when I was standing at the front office that morning, a young couple overheard me, they had a room next to mine on the third floor, a similar room. They had booked for a week but left a day early that morning, completely disappointed in their stay because of their room. No compensation had been offered.

The location was beautiful.
The room very small and very hot . We didn't sleep.

External view of the building. Carpark. Gardens at the back of the hotel. Wide range of TV channels. Cleaning staff were particularly helpful.
The hotel description on Booking.com states that WiFi is available in the rooms. It is very poor, slow and regularly drops out altogether. To say that there is wi-fi in the rooms is simply not true. In addition, there is no Aircon in the rooms and only one window with no fly screen. The room was very hot and stuffy. There was an electric fan which was too small and on a very short lead. On our last morning, we needed to leave at 7.30. They would not print the bill the night before but assured us that the bill would be ready the next morning. It wasn't. The receptionist said she couldn't help us until 8am. We insisted and she then agreed to print the bill. Such a disappointing end to our stay.

the green environment was great . the hotel has river at the back. location is great not far from the down town.
the room is too small making it too uncomfortable during hot summer days. the room has small fan but not enough.
the bathroom has no window and also no electric extractor to extract the vapour and moist after shower.
there were some small black Flies in the room due to poor ventilation system.
lastly the position of the head light on top of the bed were badly positioned.your head always hit the lights when you want to sit and rest your back on the bed.
